Ranking Nigeria's top problems: 1. Politicians 2. Police 3. PHCN 4. Local Government 5. Judiciary. The reason why people from the north could be so bold to venture into the southern part of the country is because the police will compromise. |
Valid question OP |
What's wrong with using all those seized houses scattered across the country? A country where its citizens sleep under the bridge and pack themselves in face me I face you apartment; how can this government be this unreasonable? Always begging for one thing or the other. Begged for test kits, begged for money, and now begging for houses: shaking my head. |
Politicians will never stop to amaze me. Okowa had ample time to equip his state with the necessary machines before things got this bad, but failed to. |
Why call a spade by another name other than what it is? The number of deaths at this period in time couldn't have been a mere coincidence; COVID-19 |
chatinent:So, they should take cameras to isolation wards to take pictures and shoot videos just to convince your Royal majesty. |
Glory to God. |
Why do I have this feeling that only island people will benefit from this? |
Thrash coming from the head of the most influential international health organization. First they said COVID-19 was airborne, later they denied it. They asked us to stay indoors and practice social distancing; and now they are changing tunes again. The WHO is the reason why coronavirus became a pandemic. They completely played politics by not listening to warnings from Taiwan. |
Kogi State easily comes to mind because the governor thinks he now has an app that helps to identify people with COVID-19 carriers. Hopefully another Kano is not loading. |
May the Lord heal the world |
IduNaOba:You have brought your stupidity to this place. |
The biggest problem we have in this country is the elites. Highly educated, but very uncivilized and cruel in their approach. |
BlackSpanner: |
NCDC says COVID-19 will eventually go round all states. Lockdown may slow down the spread, but it's people's determination to cooperate with the government that would do the magic. My worry is the elites, these set of people are so arrogant and irresponsible to put it mildly. They are the reason why we are where we are now. They think they know, but are empty upstairs. |
Guys at Airtel don't even know how to lie; how can someone exhaust 9GB in two to three days even without downloading. You will be amazed that a Smile 3GB sub lasts longer than Airtel 9GB. |
I love detailed articles. Hopefully a cure is found now rather than later. |
So many lessons to be learnt in just one picture. Good one OP. |
Quest means business: It's strange how he didn't catch the virus before now considering how far travelled he is. |
Just hope they don't act foolishly. |
Most Ibos especially on Nairaland are so arrogant and childish that they think they are immune to the virus. One even made a post yesterday mocking the Yorubas and making jest out of the I million boys issue. I pray that God will protect the Ibos and not let them become victims of their foolishness and arrogance. |
43 years as friends, yet you guys could not advise each other to build and equip hospitals. You guys must have been lying to each other all those years; not see where this has landed your friend. |
Prof! Prof! |
If you have ever been to Kano before, then you will be truly concerned for them. As a matter of fact, start praying for the rest of the North because social distancing will be almost impossible to practice or enforce. A place like Sabongari on a Friday during Jumat prayer is like a time bomb. Just imagine the number they now have just one week or so after the index case was recorded. This will give you a clue to what to expect. |
Fantastic news. News like this is like music to the ears especially during this period. But what's the situation with Abba Kyari? As a public officer, don't we have the right to know his whereabouts? |
[quote author=Humanoid01 post=88418065]And he only had to read the first line.[/quote Just imagine! |
CoronaVirusPro:It's either you didn't read the article or you have a problem with comprehension. Is the pastor a Nigerian? |
With hunger in the land, are you sure you can cater for the need of that bird? Please cut it loose. |
