Please do I need a yellow card at the port of entry when I get to JFK? Someone told me to carry it along just in case.

You should also understand economy class ticket prices are quiet different even when it's the same airline and the same flight time. It depends on the seat location in the aircraft .

I checked wakanow and I saw 2 economy class tickets for 10th of August with air Maroc ( the same flight time and the same destination) . One was for 319k and the other for 359k .

I bought a one way flight ticket from a ticket agent through ethihad airline for 468500 naira from Lagos to Orlando Florida with 2 stop overs in abudabi and Dublin for 10th of August flight date on Monday and I was called by the agent today that the airline won't take me to Orlando Florida except if I bought return ticket. My money was refunded to me and I lost 28000 naira I had to look for a cheaper airline to New York since I couldn't get to Florida and I paid 387000 naira through air maroc for 7th of August flight date.

This is not true. Medical tourism (including birth tourism) is legal in the US, and we issue visas all the time to people who come out and tell us that the only purpose for which they are applying for a visa is to have their baby in the US. i can place my bet on what i said , i know over 6 people who have been denied US visa because they said they were expecting a child or they said they plan on having a child soon . most people who go to the US to have child don't make it known to the VO , the only time they grant a visa to a pregnant woman is if she can prove with a good medical report that there are some kind of complications surrounding her pregnancy and she needs the best hands to help her with delivery which of course she can't get in nigeria and such cases are rear .

i also know some couples who were asked during their interview if they planned on having a child during their visa validity and they said no and their visas were approved .

i repeat again , don't ever go to the embassy and say you plan on having a child soon especially when you are applying a student visa . it's a red flag and a no no for the american embassy .

your interview was good but you messed up when you said you planned on having a child soon and the VO might think that's your purpose of going to the states instead of your studies . don't ever tell any VO you plan on having a child anytime soon or within the duration of your us visa because that's a red flag . having a child with make your visa be denied regardless of class of visa

at last my VISA was approved yesterday morning and my interview was scheduled for 8;15 am

i was first denied on the 22nd of june 2017 , i applied to full sail university for master's in game design . i just had to sum of courage and i reapplied , it was GOD's favor all the way and my VISA was approved by a young white woman in her thirties i suppose at window 5 .

the VO that interviewed me actually came late , she didn't start with the others that morning . i guess GOD sent her to me ,she was friendly and she also gives applicants enough time to express themselves . she denied a guy going for a business meeting because his spouse in the US already filed an immigrant visa for him and she took her time to explain to him then she granted the next applicants going on a tourist visa (father and son) even when the son had be refused in the past . then it came to my turn
