generally speaking,the rationale behind democracy from the basics & concepts is for the people to govern themselves without leaving a stone unturned of the benefits of the elected & the electorates.

juxtaposition the above with the reality in Nigeria,it is obvious the democracy in practice is for the minority(elected) and for the minority.

The speed at which the politicians are recovering their capital invested in campaigns & election had produce a adverse effects on the majority people(electorate).As a result of the corruption in padding of unrealistic budgets,inflated contracts & sharp practices by their goons in civil service creating a hazardous & tensed economy.

The scenarios are uneven distribution of national wealth which had directly impacted on the economy at large. Imagine a contact awarded & funded with tax payers monies after increasing the price of petrol. It's like squeezing the milk from a fat cow without making the necessary efforts to help the cow produce more milk.while in reality the beneficiaries of the inflated contracts are the politicians & their goons( tax force & contractors).constituency projects are typical examples.

When politicians with dip pockets put their hands in government vaults with the aid of their partners in service,it will increase the pressure in the employment of its citizens,like presently the unemployment rate is 33% in Nigeria.For instance,a capital project that required #4billion to complete & create room for 5000 graduates & labors...if the contact is awarded for #8billion as in practice today,the extra padded #4billion will create job for another 5000 youths.

A point cannot be overemphasized. get back to me when you detail with achicad until then AutoCAD still remains number 1. Can u do mechanical and electrical designs with achicad? I mean submission drawings to town planning? Can u do steel design with your achicad. All those softwares are nothing but modeling automaed tools and i can't trust a computer to do my design accurately. AutoCAD isn't for amateurs, if u can't draw with a traditional paper and pencil then AutoCAD is not for u.

For details,a user can input parameters in archicad using line & numbers ....the output depends on your input. Same as AutoCAD.

People think archicad is just for modeling presentation & animations,but beneath lies construction ability and technics of some complicated architectural designs.
