When Jesus Christ declared in Matthew 23 vs 8 - 10, and Matthew 20 vs 20 -28 that He alone is Master/Head/Authority, Teacher/Rabbi/Helper, Counselor to all those who belong to Him, Jesus Christ was being carnal-minded ?

When you identify it, then the church uses you to acquire more members. More money in their pockets.
After I read that a certain church sack its pastors because the church wasn't growing, I lost hope. The end goal is to make money for the church.
Pastoring is supposed to be a part-time thing you do because of the love for Christ, not a career the way it is done now.
When they need money, they organize a program and invite other men of God, who will finally do the billing probably the congregation has become too used to the pastor's face.

While we may want to lay all of the blame on women, men are also responsible. I expect that a responsible man would draw back a little from his married female friends. Most of my male friends, no matter how close we are, I consciously reduce my closeness with them once they are in a relationship or married. That's respect for yourself, your friends and their partners.

Conflict resolution has absolutely nothing to do with "taming" anyone , not even you consider a snake. If anything, it helps you learn how to better relate to others and where they are coming from.

These are skills we are meant to have learned as skills but because of upbringing, many grow up deprived of such vital skills. Learning these conflict resolution skills in one's adult years has been shown to be of
similar benefit so it is not a waste to invest time in such things.

Nagging can happen in any kind of relationship, so unless you are planning to live on an island away from humans, I suggest you instead educate yourself on what nagging is really about and how you can tackle it in your relationships.
