Did I just hear the sound of defeat from Sharia Reporters?
Its a balanced reporting ,you did not say anything about them being biased now.But the writer forgot to mention about the damage that was done to GMB by rebeun Abati who begged GMB out of court, even with all the damage and lies against him,he forgave him.How would he have coughed out billions in settlements if he was not forgiven by GMB.

Or maybe you think history and records are just there for fancy and decorations abi?
I sorry for you!
You go understand when you start to queue to buy tissue paper with a soldier holding koboko behind you

Mtcheeeeeeew!!!!! undecided
That was price controls and it was a military government. You can actually control prices without you queuing anymore, every military government had civilian economic teams .

Yes of course, while making smuggling an effing big buisness and customs officers uber wealthy grin

OBJ was semi-clueless because he banned without enabling the local industries to be able to cover for shortfalls in supply and that is why GEJ undid the ban, before you ban anything, you should have planned ahead what impact that ban would have and how you can forestall it, OBJ didn't do that, GEJ is doing that, Mr. Uber clueless buhari wants to start his own arbitrary bans without any afterthought whatsoever expecting the universe to take care of unforeseen circumstances, well if he wins, me I dey go join customs make I hammer die grin smugglers go hear wheeeen cheesy
The most important component is electricity and they were not able to fix it.Nigeria as produced before so we can do it again.again. Ikeja industrial estate ,estate, ilupeju industrial estate have partly be turned to churches instead of where to produce goods and services due to high cost of producing.

This dude is just agreeing with GEJ policy on everything except that he does not know that massive investment is needed by the government in any sector before you start banning. Ban this ban that! Please do not ban orijin oh!
It was OBJ policy and GEJ changed it.There was long list of items that you could not import into Nigeria including 2nd hand cloths,it was OBJ that did all that,Fruit juice were only allowed in drums and can only be repackaged in Nigeria. This is to create jobs. Bicycles and textiles were banned.GEJ disbanded it and allowed the in to win support from south east Nigeria the main importers of used clothing, textiles etc.Dont change the story .If he had continued we would have been self sufficient in fruit juice at least

This weekend has been harsh for me... In church my Pastor preaches against Islamalization of Nigeria, referring to Buhari as the enemy.
At home, my Parents won't lemme Rest.
My Lecturers in School aslo. Today, a female lecturer jokingly said we should submit our exams script based on who we are voting for. She used 30 to closure of exams telling us how Hausa has rule us for years.

I had to speak up... It's not about the Tribe,it about the needful.
In all these, I saw that people's Decisions has been clouded by religion and ethno-tribal sentiments.

Like I told my friends...the next best thing after Believing in a God,or which could substitute a Believe system is Morality.
Going to different churches every sunday throughout a year doesn't make GEJ a christian which our pastors are advocating for. So our Pastors should take a break.

This election is almost similar to June 12 elections ,but only that today we have new media and the government cant control information .And Gej is the architect of religious and ethnic politics .its a new phenomenon

It's elections not soul-Wining.

I'm a Buharist.

You are talking about talents and skill. Oga, it is so easy to talk and do nothiing.

Let me help you. Dangote, a revolutionary industrialist didn't get his business skills in a university. Innocent chukwuma, a car manufacturer did not get his businsss skills in a university, maybe based on such examples, you said everybody must not attend university. You may be right or wrong.

Now, If GEJ hadn't built 12 new federal new universities, what would you have proposed him to build so that you will agree that he supported the educational sector ? If you watch the budget of most developed, countries, you will discover that education gets a very huge Chuck of it.

Now if development of education is not what Nigeria needs or is one of our least priorities in the north, what would you have done as President ?

You said, Nigerians don't build planes, can't build roads, did Innocent Chukwuma wait for government of OBJ or GEJ before he started building cars ? What is your personal contribution to ingenuity, invention and industrialization in your country, aside criticisms ?

That is what we keep saying, those who are selling us Buhari, what are his personal achievements in life aside being a former head of state ? NO CERTIFICATE, 150 COWS.

What was his achievements during his regime as former head of state ? ANTICORRUPTION.

Is that really enough to develop Nigeria in the 21st century since you claim Nigeria doesn't need universities ?
In a country of 170million you have just mentioned 2 individuals and contradicting yourself and supporting my argument.Dangote is a monopolist and survived through government policies that are protecting his business. The car manufacturer will not be there in the future say 100 years time because its still a one man business. Bad government policies will threaten the business to close shop or relocate the business. And igbo businesses dont go beyond the okeke and sons till their death.we are talking of a university system that will have a link to societal needs for developments and i just gave some examples of roads .But since you dont get that i will use other examples. When you have a link between the university and industries and society .The impact is job creation for people leaving the university because they will go into jobs waiting for them.Shipping business and marine businesses is dominated by foreigners,Oil and gas exploration is dominated by foreigners .How come the foreigners get the jobs and the owners of the country roam the streets. You need to increase standards and building new ones dont make sense.None of those schools can even compete with schools in some smaller countries.

Richard6:
Maj Gen Muhammadu Buhari has dropped the bombshell, on the reason he has been losing election in Igboland and parts of Nigeria where Igbos are residing, stating that it is because he was involved in the Nigerian civil war. …

The former dictator speaking today on BBC Hausa services monitored in kaduna, said with regrets that, “the igbos hate him for what happened during the Biafran war”. “I don’t have any regret, and at such do not owe any apology to them, infact if there is a repeat of the civil war again, I will kill more Igbos to save the country”.

The APC presidential candidate, added that this was the reason they never bothered to vote for him anywhere in Nigeria.

It is shame, that a man that is aspiring to rule the whole country, not part of it, will talk in this manner. I have never liked this man, now my hatred for him has even trippled.

where is the source of the information?

BEWARE, THIS MAN HAS NEVER TALKED ABOUT PEACE, BUT BLOODBATH AND PAIN.

[quote author=100Cents post=30352154]Corruption in Ghana is as rife as it is in Nigeria right now.

Visit the corruption index of countries around the world. For records, the Ghanaian economy is no way better than the Nigerian economy. Listening to Ghana news, their people keep pelting Mahama with names, just like APC pelts GEJ.

In what way is Ghana doing better than Nigeria ? I know you are trying so hard to sell us BUHARI with anti corruption toga.
[/quote
So that is how you have comprehend what i was trying to say. There was a revolution in that country that consumed some leaders .You should be ashamed of comparing Nigeria with Ghana economically.I was talking politically and you want to compare 25 million humans sto 170m Nigerians. The productivity level is different .You should compare us with Brics Or Next 11 countries ,that is where we belong.Try to comprehend please the economy of ghana is not up to Lagos .But they are disciplined.

corruption? I thought you guys said it was obasanjo, Abacha, ibb and the past leaders that were squandering the heights of the country's wealth?

power?haha!developing a country is not like building your family house, in the power sector there is great improvement. the only hindrance is the state governor's mismanagement and bursting of pipelines by vandals. outside that. there is a great gap.

importation? I don't know... all I know is that we are been cheated. even this reduction is suppose to be at list 45 per litre and not 87

exchange rate affected so many countries. in the Times of our past leaders they were also worse. it's always climbing.

about jobs. is immigration the main job in Nigeria?was it the government that collected their money or the so-calle organisers?there are lots of jobs in this country but we all are just relaxed waiting for federal government to come call our names. meanwhile as graduates we should be the ones proposing jobs to the government.

Talking about corruption. the whole thing is from our various small society, gradually climbing to the top.
seniors start taxing or duping juniors in secondary school, parents rearranging special centres for their kids to write exams.
'park and pay' will come from nowhere and start extorting money from drivers.

come! forget... President Jonathan has tried and he won't stop. see how the fresh man is now getting grey hairs. and he won't stop with his development (that's the attitude of an average south man, work must be accomplished).

now, be sincere... focus and name what he has done. forget if you hate him, forget what the media says. just ask anyone you know I'm the location of any of his projects.
Consult soludo to read about what they have done to our country
