standards were very high back then ,there were no computers and internet to support your studies or software ,it was manual calculations,i can give an examples of military logistics and new advanced soft wares which can solve the problems in minutes

Buhari's referral letter was a guarantee that Buhari will make the required results and as such should be allowed admission into the Army college.

For your info, testimonials are referrals from the school you registered to sit for the external governing exam.

They are meant to serve as notice prior to the issuance of a physical WAEC certificate.

In the 60,s there were less educated people than we have today and their was a lot of encouragement and support from church leaders and missioners who sometimes recommend with letters which was enough back then to support your applications.

I have downloaded all the documents on Premium times, the only thing I could find was a statement from his principal and I quote" I consider that he (Buhari) will pass west African school certificate" He didn't even take the exam talkless of passing. The principal just considered that he will pass.

“PDP wanted to make money even from people who cannot take three square meals a day. They collected over N800 million from unemployed youths in the country. Nigeria has to change. “Has the Federal Government punished anybody for doing it? Instead the Minister who did it got an award of excellence. He went to secondary school and was recommended by the head of the school to the military school.This politics is very bad because a professionals can be defined in many ways and having a secondary is just to check if you can understand what you are being taught .You need practical skills and theoretical skills and Not paper to perform as a military man.

My father was in secondary school when d war broke out. He was out of school for 3 years. After d war He continued from where He stopped in secondary school. Ordinarily he would have finished sec school by then.

Why do u think universities do screening for o level before admission? Those without d necessary required credits are denied admission. On graduation ur waec is still verified from waec office before u are awarded degree.

Yes that is the institution that he represents and they were the one that admitted him and he rose from their to major general and head of state.But they want to ridicule their own ,who has put a lot of effort to unite the country right from the Biafra war till date and you say they cant contest tobe president of the land they re present.So all is class mates that were admitted the same year and the same time with the same qualifications who might have died in the civil wars are also ridiculed by the army,just because they want to satisfy the ruling party.The waec has been stolen in the Army office to ridicule him.

I am a Nigerian but based in Austria. When I heard that Buhari was coming out for presidency under the APC i was happy because I felt that will give PDP a lot of heat and make them to sit up. I came home recently and got my PVC and reserved it for Buhari until now.

I am presently pursuing my PHD over here but since I heard and read that Buhari hadn't the minimum requirement SSCE, it was then that I lost hope for the party called APC for ever fielding a man like Buhari, who is in my estimation more or less a stark illiterate. Why has APC failed to field sound minds like Fashola, Oshomole, Ngige, Fayemi et al? I am sick and tired of APC and their gimmicks. There is no way a Buhari can value educational system because he hardly know what education is about unlike GEJ

On this note I desist from this moment to support Buhari and I reserve my vote for GEJ because he appears well educated and will give more attention to education because he knows the end product unlike Buhari who thinks that quota system is still working even in the 21st century.
