Late Evening around 8pm on Thursday a twin brother popularly known as OKIJA who deals on building materials,bar and repairs at a small market square called ACHI-UZAM Returned from his place of business,on getting home found out there was no batting water. He quickly rushed to the bohole to fetch water for himself for only to be confronted by his own elder brother who was acting under the community law which states that no men should fetch from the bohole once it is evening (To allow the community women women used water for dinner preparation do to scarcity). He engaged his elder brother (OLUCHIKWU EKO) in a fight that ended up bloody as he used gun on is brother who said it won't penetrate.
He was rushed to the Abakaliki teaching hospital at around 2am Friday morning he died.
