sparko1: Please! Anybody with ideas on how to reduce sugar level? I suppose the Op should help us with that, stating the problem is not enough. Op. is not talking about white sugar and other sugary stuffs but too much of carbohydrates we consumed here. So try and reduce your carbohydrates intake by eating more of proteinious food. Also food like yam should be supplements with sweet potato, and add alot of vegetables if you want to eat carbohydrates food. Also water, fruits and exercise should be added. |

Sorry brother for what ever his currently happening to you. But you just have to control yourself and be strong most especially in your faith.
You need to make astigifaru because your faith is shaking already and you don't trust Allah enough.
Most of us here are also having different challenges too which to tell you, you're not the only one but one thing I can never stop doing" my daily solat" I can't sleep without observing my salat completely.
But when ever I have this kind of thought, I may stop praying and asking Allah to do something for me I'll just resigned to faith and console myself with the last ayat of surat imran (200) but I can never stop praying about my year after. I make sure I read my Quran and do the recommended supplication for death because I don't really scared of it.
May Almighty Allah forgive us of all our sins both in thought and the real one. |

A day will come when Nigeria shall either be restructured or balkanized.
The great questions of the time will be surely be decided, not by speeches & resolutions, but by the iron of the down-trodden & the blood of the Hausa-Fulani cabal. like what they think will happened in the civil war. My brother no body can predict war. |

Romance › Re: Joro Olumofin's Letter To "Padlock Guys" by olasaad(f): 11:04am On Apr 12, 2017 |
myking95: Continue to deceive urself. Women are the cause of their own misfortunes. If u see a truly sincere guy that loves u for u, the next thing is to turn him to mugu, the guy now has a choice to love u and be a fool, or to just keep u for sex( which is mutually satisfying by the way) and keep his dignity. Because I as a guy chose to show kindness to a lady with a pure mind, she starts telling her friends I'm a fool, I smh. Because I as a guy truly loves a girl and we are teenagers, but almost done with the uni, she wants to sleep around cuz she feels she is still young and wants to explore... Whyl shouting upandan for a cheating offence I have never done,...maybe women are allergic to commitment...at 28 I employ this mindset...and people like this stupid OP will start posting nonsense. Because I'm calm and sincere, she wants to take me for granted...I have to lock her outside for a whole nyt and tell her to go to wherever she feels like so her head go reset. I don't have time to talk much...but seriously mist ladies think with their hormones and not their brains. And all these nonsense men are predators, women are victim should stop. I as a man will work hard to earn enough so I can marry and take care of a woman. I will still do most of the work in the sexual act, yet she may not be truly satisfied. I can get depressed and worried, yet I dare not tell her,so I don't seem like a weak man, and then she will turn my shara desert to hellfire.
She will get fat, unattractive, and attempt to give me sex timetable, yet I cant cheat. Yet when I change or snap...all accusing fingers are pointed at me.
Tufia....I break free from this curse cycle. I just pity the ladies who listen to these so called marriage counsellors who asslick females to get crowd support... Men who are worth their salt, will go for what they want, and never settle for less By the way, there are fuxkboys too, but ladies seem to prefer the assholes to sincere guys(not broke, or low self esteem, but those who have made the lady know that she is the only one in the equation). So I dnt pity them when the chips go down. nice one since you have the experience but still the writer is right as some girls including myself are victims of all this. |

LordZero: You're probably right.
So I decided to read more about the stuff; The grave was discovered in January 2015 and the archeologists believed the location to be part of the cemetery of a medieval hospital that used to stand nearby that location. The head of the team that excavated the bones was qouted saying that > “This was a mortality crisis, that much is clear,” "Those found in the other, smaller graves were jumbled together - a sign, perhaps, of the rush to bury the dead during a worsening epidemic."
Also, the store was opened in 1860..
What's your point exactly, am not getting you at all. Wow...and the building still look beautiful.that's why France still remains one of my favourite place to go. So many historical and ancient building to see |

Henrodah: maybe the bubonic plague. I don't think so because if it bubonic plague, they will identify it easily because the epidemic was popular back then. More also bubonic plague happened before this period. But what do we know, only explorer who can give us the answer later on. |

LordZero: Probably a disease outbreak, famine or something along that line.. The arrangement shows that those who buried them took their time to arrange them. Yes but they are still victims because they died as a result of cruelty of their leaders love for power and affluence during those period. |

#justsaying Lol..that's strange then because what on earth will make them buried there corpses in that manner. |
