Op. is not talking about white sugar and other sugary stuffs but too much of carbohydrates we consumed here.

So try and reduce your carbohydrates intake by eating more of proteinious food. Also food like yam should be supplements with sweet potato, and add alot of vegetables if you want to eat carbohydrates food. Also water, fruits and exercise should be added.
