some applicants got recommended last month. The transcript status of some applicants changed from "pending" to "received" on Monday. So, nothing is impossible

I knew these bodies were on strike but I was of the opinion they had ended it, hence I added atm behind my question.

A quick one: don't pay online. people who have been paying online have been complaining. Look for someone in school who can pay on your behalf at UI Microfinance bank
