At all time, it is advisable to always be mindful when filling anything online be it an application form or whatever. Make sure your eyes go To and Fro the guidelines, your data information and please review everything before you submit your application. I feel for the OP. Insightful topic OP. At one point in time, majority of us get caught up with one addiction or the other with our Smartphone. It is so painful that majority still don't know the smartness of their smartphone if put to good use, thus, improving their life and knowledge by reading important topics, notes and learning new things positively. It's not just in Lagos alone, this thing happens in all the States of the Federation. It's advisable for one to pay for Electricity Bill incured and when the Bill is more than what you consume, complain to the necessary authority. Above all, I think Prepaid meter is cheaper and better for an individual apartment.
