Most important requirement is getting a good space/location, with high traffic of cars.

The space/location you get determines the money you make.

it cost me less than 300k to set up my carwash centre. Because my space/location isn't good enough (no much traffic) I rented it out for 12k monthly (actually the boys pay 3k weekly). A friend of mine that introduced me to it was fortunate in getting a good location with high traffic, his boys pay him 10k weekly.

Whether you are buying a space or renting one determines your setup cost.

Mine is a rented space, 20k annually.
