please anybody with a reliable information on a claim from bank and pension office.
A relative father died an left some money in his bank at the point of claim the family notify the working place he retired about the late so as to stop paying his pension into the bank account.
but pension keep coming in at the point of collection of the money the bank said they ve to return the money paid into the account back to pension cos is not on the probate list.
please any favorable information on how to go about it will be highly welcomed.
