It is blatant that strike is a wrong approach to Nigeria's educational problem.

There is no gainsay that Nigeria is sinking under the yoke of the wrong notion.

which will be articulated in this pieces of writing.

First and foremost, what is strike?

The meaningful question that should ring our mind is....

Our educational sector has suffered and declined in recent time due to its years to years break down in academics.

strike was again banned in 23rd, august 1992 and called off in september 1992.

The organised body further strike in 1994 and 1996.

...to democracy in 1999 and 2002 another strike sparks off.

the union ordered it members to proceed on an indefinite strike which end in october 2009

begun on the 1st of July and is already four month old, yet no solution to educational problem.

With this record how can we move ahead and meet global standard of education.

some said student of Delta state university were shot dead and injured after protesting for resumption.

Some undergraduate student were arrested for involving in a #2 billion fraudulent activities, while some female student were busy playing harlot in the street.

neither recieve lecture nor work will easily accomplice for crime.

and threat to the resident of Lagos,

only to jeopardize the student time.

Some of my adversary may tends to make a futile...

Is there anyone here today that has been to Nigeria federal institution without experiencing the pain of strike to stand up, as you can see no is standing,

Also, our government should play their role

student should stop emphasizing on Aluta on an issue that can be settle amicably without going on strike...

we will all have a smile and enjoy the standard of education in Nigeria. Thank you.

Oluwatola5: It isnt so boring as you think, tenses come in diffrent types and forms. ''If i had....'' like you mentioned is already in the past form. Saying 'If only i had'' is a past-perfect tense already. So saying 'if only i had gone/done it/slept off (etc)''. Is not in any way wrong.
