You can do 1 of two things.

1. Tell the buyer that you don't offer such a service as part of your gig. Or did you state such on your gig description?

2. Look for a new seller on Fiverr offering this gig and outsource it to 'em.

New, because they'll be eager to get some sales rolling in. So you can get 'em to do it cheaply and quickly.
