If the fight was between Danys army and Cersei's army, who has the authority to surrender? Dany or the generals or Cersei and her Generals

Is a bell ring(surrender) by a person not authorized to do so valid?

Unilag don't accept HND except in 3 courses. So what I would advise if you still insist on unilag is do Enrol for biomedical engineering or an MBA.

If non goes with ur plan then u have to find an alternative school

Unilag postgraduate tuition is fairly cheap.
It's N75k for all program if you're going for Msc.

That comes to N1563 per week.
If your salary is N50k per month you could save to pay the fees by saving 10k monthly for just 8 months.

A master degree is so so important these days if you want to get a good job or compete at a higher level anywhere you are.
