possibility99:
Hello guys....... Your advice is all i need, cuz i believed am seeking help from advance reasoners...Have been chasing University of Ibadan for the last 4 Years seeking for petroleum engineering which am always denied of do to my low UTME score. But this year i scored 262 in Jamb and my five relevant causes comes with 2 (B3), 2(C6) and 1(C5). I am i good to go? or i should resist. thanks

u had 52.75 while last year cutoff was 70.62.

bro,I wouldn't advice u to go on with this very course considering the wide margins between ur score and that of last year cutoff.

consider changing ur course to a more lower one.

make I come and be going.

Murrayish:

very false!!!!

cutoff marks are set using students' performance in ascending orders.
for example, law has 100 carrying capacity and 100 candidates scored above 70 in screening, definitely cutoff will be pegged at 70 or 71.

here, we have not yet submitted our olevel, how come do they know the general performance of students?

this similar rumour did make round the net last year.

FALSE!!!!!!!!!

The answer is . . . .
.
.

.
. NO.

EngrBello:
Capital No...if you calculate it well and compare it with Ui Calculation(50/50) it still gonna be the same! Even with the inclusion of extra 3 subject making 8...O level will favour more...
make I come and be going too

hmmm.

nawaoh .

this one strong o.

make I come and be going
.

why are they all losing accreditations? first ui and now uniport.

all the same, Kudo uniport for being humble.

killercute16:
humbleness and humility are both correct.....so there isn't any fvcking correction sir , be proud ..

hmmm.

u mean the two mean one thing?

English sha.

thank u so much bro.

hahaha.

Nigerians see how they take finish the guy.

Ma2seater:
Exactly what happens Nursing science department at Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma. The Nursing programme doesn't have accreditation from Nursing and midwifery council of Nigeria, yet the university goes on every year to admit students into their programme.

The department doesn't have a single professor but got accreditation from NUC. As I talk to you now, they are yet to have any set sit for their professional exams.

so bad!!!

Effiezynews:
The word is humility not humbleness.

tanx sir for the correction

Ajet001:
You're welcome sir

ui fu.c.k up big time on this pharmacy accreditation issue.

Bukkiminat:
300l
No sire

Thank God for that.

300l already!!!!
wow.
presumed that u on ur 200l cos I thought I saw this very monicker on ui 2015 admission thread.

Ajet001:
OAU later changed to 50:50 ratio last year sir.!

my bad!!
tanx for the correction.

Bukkiminat u are 200l pharmacy undergraduate at ui.
hope this latest development wouldn't affect u guys in any way?

EngrBello:
lol.....I still dey observe somethings, which i no wann ask now until after changing of institution

lol.

anyhow try to dey comment sometimes make this place no be like grave yard

KingOvo:
Over 10k views and counting! Ajet001 oldfoolnigger CondomSir ISISs good job guys.. Would have loved to help out here too, but I've been busy, would do when I have time on my hands though, but then, weh done sirs.

Bro I greet o.

me too no dey get chance just that I try to dey create chance during evening time,so I understood u well.

davidj20:
please is OAU specializing on O'level like UI?

OAU used 70:30 ratio last year.

the 70 above favours jamb while the 30 is for olevel.

they pick ur 8 olevel subjects not five like ui and unilag.

so with high jamb score, u stand more chance at oau than u do at ui.

make I come and be going.

ui mess up big time .

but I must still commend their humility to have come clean about the issue.

some unis would have just shun this and allow students to waste their precious years and resources.

kudos first and the best uni.

lalasticlala.
mynd44.
seun.

pls help save poor and not well informed jambites .

I also break the record during my time,so no big deal there :-XI also break the record during my time,so no big deal there

if u don't know, know it today that jamb now hold the record of best lying body in the world followed closely by Nigeria politicians .

they achieved this great feat during the time of ojerinde to the present administration of ishaq.

Announcement!! Announcement!! Announcement!!.

NUC just denied ui pharmacy accreditation.

if u chose the above course, u are required to change ur course to another one before jamb change of institution/course closes.

hahaha.
op u funny o.

can I study lawyer?. op u can study law not lawyer

Pascal679:
please do I have a chance

using unn model last year,u score is 306.2.

they didn't release cutoff last year but some people that visited their medicine department last year ,said that cutoff was 311.

just find any state uni and make it ur second choice.

if ur name failed to appear in first list,be rest assured that it will appear in second list.

unn released up to 5 lists last year.

why not post it here.
u know how much data costs in this part of the world?
