Irete is costlier than World Bank ke? U don't know anything aswearugad. World Bank is very expensive, a 2 bedroom flat cost about 300-400k in world bank. Amakohia, Orji are they cheapest place in town to live. Ikenegbu is not that expensive as most houses there are a lil old.
