Maybe u dont know. If u're a premium subscriber, u get SS3, SS 10, african magic, sony , cnn, cartoon network, trace, soundcity, etc free. Which u can take to ur office and never miss out on ur favourite stations and live matches. grin

Really, u shouldn't be asking this kind of question. I taught u were a regular visistor here.
Multi tv is still dia. Just new frequency 12523 v 19531. Nothing more.

on ur browser. Set ur browser to remember ur login password and username so dat u dont stress urself always inputing it anytime u want to log in.

And make it a point of duty to always visit here once a day. If u log in with ur username, dia's a blue tag on each thread telling u of new post's from ur last login.

Endeavour to always read every new post from where u stopped since last time.

It would do u alot of good and prevent u from asking irrelevant questions which someone might have asked and gotten an answer in ur absence.

This continued indifferent attitude of us here whereby we only visit to get answers to our problems and den run away again till next time doesn't do us any good.

Dats why u see many of us here not asking questions. Not because we know it all, but because we take time to read and do our searches with the search facility at the bottom of the page.

Take for instance the week multi tv changed frequency, most ppl didnt know the new one, but by taking time to read thru the posts, they were able to get the new freq, which by now, has being repeated here, about a hundred times. Yet u still see peeps come here to request for dat same freq. angry

We are just behaiving like the proverbial ''fair weather friend'', coming only when we need assisstance and running away thereafter.

I'm not saying we should stop asking questions here. NO!!!
But lets ask intelligent questions. Not asking a question when the answer to dat same question is but 3 posts up. sad

Walka is better. Its a stand alone device.

But the drifta requires u to watch it on ur pc or smartphone which is not so pleasant. Regards.

Quite an interesting observation, that. Looks like the radio frequency being radiated by your modem, phone or wifi (if u are using ''joiku spot'' on ur phone) is interfering with ur receiver. But how, i wouldn't know.

If u downloaded with pc, u could just right click and select ''open'' and it will be unzip for u.

Or if u downloaded with phone, go to ur office utilities and open zip. Den browse and select the software to unzip.

Likewise, if u have a third party zip software, open it and select the software to unzip.

Saipro: I wish someone would gimme the frequencies for the elusive SS 4&5 in HD. They proved evasive during network scan. Even evaded blind scans.

Dstv doesnt have SS 4 & 5 HD. They only have

M-net west HD
Discovery HD
MM premier HD
SS 1 HD
SS 2 HD
SS 3 HD.

2baga: I just got a nu dongle AZSTAR G1 with simcard power to use with my Strong SRT4669Xii. the problem now is that only 3 or 4 channels shows odas is displaying *scrabbled channel*

Below is the version of the software i was tying to upgrade my srt with (SRT4669XII_7111_ALL_IO_302p_20121226.zip
Latest Software Dated: 26-12-2012 )
As i am writing this note,i am yet to upgrade the decorder.
Like i said before,i just wanted to know what to do at the stage i was then.............When i got to the menu of my decorder,i press usb and i saw MP3,JPG,DATA TRANSFER,DISK MANAGER AND TIME MANAGER,then i press data transfer,and i saw four buttons with different colors, 1st button was red:which says upload Ch list,2nd button was Green and it says upload key,
then the 3rd button was yellow and it says select disk, why the 4th button was blue and it says upload stb).
Out of these four buttons,which one do i need to press that will enable the upgrade? that is my question

And note the software is already reading stb before i transffered it into the flash.

Please i will be waiting to hear from you soon. thanks man.

Why not press ''ok'' on the software. Dat should do it. Ignore the coloured button.

Or the blue for upload .stb.

Can u post the exact software version u used.
And are u sure u unzipped the software before loading. U should unzip so dat it reads ''.stb'', before loading.

Ps* U didn't say if the audio is back or not, because it seems to me the upgrade was a success.

U've got to unplug the usb, because as long as its dia, the machine will be ''seeing'' the software dia. Which is the norm.

Or wia u expecting the software on ur usb to ''disappear''? It will still be dia even after upgrade for ur continued use.

Or ckeck any computer accessory shop and be sure to get a female. (look at the back of ur receiver to see the type it needs to fit in dia)
