Make I share the story of how my village people take mess me up last week.

I took my car to an area of sango and got some dirts in my engine bay, plus oil stains before, everything looks messy and I decided to go for an engine wash.

Na so we start. The guy wash am wella, the engine sweet me, I no fit lie, so freaky clean, the guy even clean radiator for me(source of my problem). I paid this guy extra for job well done.

I drove from there to my office, parked the car from 2pm till 7pm and after work in the evening, started the car and I was feeling myself(little did I know the devil has packaged some mischief)

I rolled my glass up, put on my ac and went driving on the 3rd mainland and making sure I overtook every other car. Suddenly, ac no cold again, I switched it off and continued cruising at the top speed, I now thought, guy, put the ac back on again jo, I did this as the thing dry sweet me.(mistake was, I didn't check my dash to know what could have gone wrong and why ac wasn't cooling)..

few minutes later, my engine loosed power, ghenghen, on top speed, for car wash area, hot zone where boys dey rob, na him I panic push am for between fast moving vehicles to a side of the road, where a good Samaritan who was riding a bike used his leg to push the car for me.

I parked at ogudu, confused, didn't know what's up, noticed it had overheated, but I didn't know the cause. I was confidant of my radiator filled with water, and the devil advised me to put engine oil in car, probably it was my oil that had leaked out, cos I got an oil light on dash just before shut down.(very stupid decision)

I did this, stared the car and I started moving again, now, I noticed smoke from the tail pipe, got scared thinking the car was on fire cos of light reflection on smoke, I parked on ketu bridge, just before seven up and the car shut itself down.

I towed the car home, after all efforts to start it again proved abortive.

Na so we start diagnosis o, we tried starting the car, but it didnt, finally, we discovered I had a bad head gasket, reason, my engine wash guy had punctured my radiator with his pressure pipe, and coolant had leaked out through that , I got the gasket changed, drained extra oil, changed spark plugs and the car didn't start until after a long time.

Now, the performance never remained the same again, shuddering, delay acceleration, very poor fuel economy,

More things, had gotten damaged, bad ignition coil, bad ignition nozzles, bad air intake sensor, faulty fuel regulator. All information from scan.
Now I had almost ran mad, cleaned throttle body, and everything.

At last, the car Has normalised, now performs very perfectly and even more than before.

Lesson learnt.

Apparently, you've not flown on an airplane before. Otherwise, you would’ve heard something like, ‘This is your Captain (place name) speaking’ over the tannoy systems on scheduled flights (normally followed by a delay announcement). So a pilot being called a captain is no big deal.
But to further enlighten you..
What is the difference between a pilot and a Captain?
A pilot is a job description, and does not imply any qualification or rank.
Professional pilots have completed either a Commercial Pilot’s Licence (CPL) or a Air Transport Pilot’s Licence (ATPL). This differentiates them from amateur pilots who have a Private Pilot’s Licence (PPL).
An aircraft must always have a nominated pilot who is in overall charge of the aircraft, this pilot is the Captain. See?
A newly qualified airline or private jet pilot is allocated the rank of “First Officer” then later “Senior First Officer” before they take a “Command Course” after which they can become a Captain.

Am a passenger, I know what I pass through flying and know how comfortable I am with different pilots.
I have once declined boarding when I saw through the briefing room camera two female pilots. Not cos I dnt trust them but because dey play around with the airplane.
And a friend was boarding klm , Newcastle with a female pilot, I assured her of better safety in air.

Am not against female flying, but oga, I just expressed myself.

I know her, she have flown me to various offshore locations from brirstow base in Agip base ph and from naval base. Mind u, none of them (blacks) fly, dey re always two pilots, one white doing d navigation, and d black doing a paper work. She's simple tho, just cute to admire wen she waves. I pray she now pilots as said but wen dey re be allowed to do so,I do experience a Lotta vibrations on d air plane. God bless Nigeria.

I have flown chopper countless times to deep offshore locations.
From Bristow in Agip base ph, to Bristow in naf base in ph then to chervton in ikeja.

I have some questions to ask. Most times wen we take off especially in the deep offshore end, we tend to rover a while, bending an returning, bending and Deeping, especially the female pilots whom am almost not satisfied boarding their planes cos dey re so rough in d air.

Captain, what do u people always look for before maintaining a course?

And what exact time maximum can a chopper stay on air, including a super puma?

Den why the vibration before landing or during take off?

5a-Thank you sir. I really appreciate your response. For the question about all engines shutting down, I meant it happening when the airplane is airborne. Can the engines be brought back online and the plane pick up when that happens in the air, abi na segobe for its occupants?

5b-Growing up as a child, I made some enquiries and found out that the temperature in the upper atmosphere could drop below freezing point, and liquids solidify. So a way to going about the prevention of the airplane's fuel from coagulation, is using a very thin liquid (like kerosene) as fuel: it will require very low temperature (below 0 degrees) to freeze. And some impurities are also added to further reduce the freezing temperatures. I'm just curious abt the constituent of the impurities. I will read up on how engine designs and other mechanisms helps out. Do you know the constituents/composition of the impurities?
5c- Do Helicopters and Airplanes use same kind of fuel?
5d- what is the fuel called sir? (I am actually longing to get hold of it, to know its colour and smell)

Later became the Senior Prefect (SP) it was really fun in those days.. school uniform always impeccably neat and ironed..

Hmmmmmnn. Thanks for the advice. I have be searching for "leg" ever since o. I have ransacked google sef for those I can lay my hands on, but it has not been productive yet. I joined LinkedIn and mailed a lot of pilots in Nigeria, but but 80% of them gave rude responses (saying stuffs like : go F- yourself) . I had to give some people my phone to help me review the content of what I wrote when I was suspecting the fault was from me. But they all assured me nothing was wrong with what I wrote or how I wrote it, it was just them that were rude and proud.
I also came across the contact of a big politician at the Federal level (name withheld) right before he had some allegations petitioned against him. His response was also rude and when I made mention of it to an uncle during a conversation (without even knowing they once attended the same tertiary institution), he told me that's how the man is. I am very sure its the person, he keeps on changing his whatsapp picture to current pictures right before the media publicises it. They prefer to help high-classed people like themselves, that don't need the help in the real sense of it -'cause they can afford it.
I have come across some encouraging ones too, that keep on rekindling the fire of my optimism. A big support I have come across, is Pilot Essien (though rotary wings). He is also a blogger. I came across his blog during my quest for the search of "leg". We have a good rapport, and his story is also inspirational
Anyway, I am still optimistic its gonna end in praises. Habakkuk 2:2-3 has been keeping me moving.

It (Ogun state) appeared on most social media as one of the top 5 states that grant scholarship to her indigenes. Upon investigations, I learnt the don't grant individual indigenes scholarship worth more then N5million. But. Even at that, it still boils down to "leg", which I don't have. It was so painful

Okay, I had the misconception that if I have a type rating the company might look at it as a difficulty, cus they can't f@&$ around with me because I paid for my training (type rating) and I'll want to grab considerable cash and they'll prefer to sponsor someone so in return they turn him to their puppet or something.

I'm supposed to go on my 1st solo this week but the wind is too strong.
