To those doubting the purity of robby, simply type "bi colour gsd" on Google search to see that there are Gsd's with similar markings. It is not uncommon to see a gsd with robby's marking. It doesn't make him a rott mix. There are several dogs that have rott or dobbie colours. Even the tibetan mastiff breed also has the black and tan colour with the "dot" over the eyes. Does that mean it's also mixed with a rott. Both of you guys have just proven to the general public that ignorance really isn't bliss. Educate yourself before you disgrace yourself

Baba no mind them I've been laughing � a whole lot about their stupidity. They showed what they are made off. Some people are pissed off on how this dog has come to make people have interest in DDR GSD.

Everybody who didn't know a DDR GSD told household he imported a Rottweiler mix with had because of the marking they saw in his eyes,he always laughed them off but right now in Nigeria if talk about DDR and you haven't gotten from Household kennel then you have to import one yourself. Household Aba is one recognised breeder of DDR in Nigeria.

DDR is for those who knows it's not for ignorant ones like you, who just don't know how to identify a GSD DDR in any form.

I use to be mad about malinois when I saw Kongo the malinois here on Nairaland, then after my deep search on Google I came to know about the DDR GSD from their I shifted my attention to this DDR GSD ,few months later after another deep search I ran into someone who breeds DDR GSD in Nigeria and even very close to me. The rest is now history, I'm a proud owner.

Is it because the criticism the slant back is facing? If yes, that's for a wrong reason. DDR is no different to another working dog breeds that have the good and bad ones. The only way to know the good ones is by working them out.

Breeding shouldn't be the main reason of acquiring a good dog, otherwise, the breed will go to extinction in no time.

I see no point in buying a working dog without working him, just my opinion.

Get one and give it a job that's why o got mine, some are buying because guard and security purpose.
Everybody has a purpose of buying a dog, one thing I know is certain, the dog is a weapon in the wrong hand.
when people request for a DDR GSD they know what they are coming for its not for play around.

The problem is not with people or breeders of slant bank in this country but with people with the so called DDR or other working breeds. It makes no difference when your goal is to keep your dog on the leash but release for security at night. We need to take it to them the reason DDR is better by showing off our workout routine either by pictures or videos, this will give more awareness other than showing a nice dog on the chain.

Breeders of the DDR are doing there job to keep the breed here in Nigeria, while others are using them for service in various department.
About the leash, it's just for photograph.
Anybody who goes for this breed acquires them for a purpose, I acquired for a suppose and I've derived utmost satisfaction.
The awareness is spreading, everybody now wants a DDR GSD.
