The delivery department said to wait until our office opens for the year - Thursday - and checks all the items that arrived during the break - prior to Sunday, Sunday and yesterday.

When that is done, depending on the outcome, you either come over to our office to pick up or you get your refund.

I dont understand why you people never be truthful to your words for once. Remember i still gave u d grace of 5 days till last sunday after your failed delivery promises, So u still av to place me on another condition before u refund?. This isnt actually fair and very unprofessional.
