It is a psycometric test not gmat. if u are a 2.1 graduate,i will guess it's for talent bank. if you are qualify, u will be invited for training ahead of octomber jobfair. be ready for test,documentation and oral interview on that same day.

@ICSLimited, i will like to express my sincere gratitude for the "Talent Bank Employeability Skill Training". It was such an educative moment and i pray God keeps strenghtening you as you are trying to give freely back to the society. Hope to have a great testimony after octomber 21st.

Thank God, I passed because the questions were not that easy for me, especially the verbal reasoning. I have not heard of some of the words before including the options provided. Some people just dey form its very easy. Hope they would be selected.

Hmmmmn my dear, i hope it wont be. They said we will be informed abt the next stage in due time. I heard that the next stage is oral interview/verbal communication test. Thank God its entry level cos i don't actually know what the so called" meet the executive entails". Wish us a good luck as we keep chilling.

The verbal reasoning was quiet the same, comprehension with some synonyms. Numeral rsoning appear quiet cheaper than normal workforce. just get prepared for ur secondary schl, rate, proportion, arc, radious, dimensions and percentages. though with no calculator.

I got the same invitation message, its being such a long waiting anyway. Mine is 3pm on 27th, gbagada lagos.

Sterling Bank test format is 50 questions, 50 minutes.
25 verbal reasoning (comprehension with options like
true, false, cannot say etc)and 25 numerical reasoning
the one with tables and some questions on
proportions. Time is short so u have to be very fast
and accurate. Its advised you start with the ones you
know.
