Just got back from the gym. We must fight this predatory masturbation urge. We will triumph over this, and come out victorious.

Going on strong for the 4th day. The urge is really strong, given its winter where I am.

Progress report. So, I’ve gone 3 days without wanking. It’s been hard to fight the urge. Whenever the urge rears it’s head. What I do is do push ups, and try to think about something else. I’ve blocked all porn content on my phone, and try to stay away from anything that would incite those sexual thoughts that leads to wanking. I know it’s gojng to take a lot of work, but with self discipline, have work and perseverance. I should be able to break this vicious Masturbating cycle I’m engulfed in.
