TRYGO:
1. the capacity of that fuel pump is questionable.
You could try another pump.

2. the problem could be a restriction on a section of the fuel system : piping, or fuel pump casing is clogged.

Ask your mechanic to get another fuel pump, and test with(get a higher capacity. Probably a V6 since the vehicle is a 4cyl.

PS: Has your mechanic checked if fuel supplies to the fuel pressure pipe connected run the intake port of the carburetor?

My spacewagon fuel pump is not supplying to carburetor rewire and mechanic check the fuel pump they discover its working even they saw the outflow of the fuel but car wont still start except they use mouth to pump fuel into carburetor it is only then it will start. Brainbox is working , nozzle is working and ignition is working.

..what year is it? It has an American badge but built in Korea, so it falls in the category of a Kia rio or Hyundai accent,not as popular though and so can be gotten at a bargain. I drive one presently and maintenance is low cost and the parts are available.
But what matters most is the condition of the car. How well has the previous owner kept it?
Your safest bet is to get it checked out by a trusted mechanic before committing your funds.
I'd rather have a 'problem free' Aveo that a poorly used Kia rio or even Toyota Yaris!

Dodge Caravan or Grand Caravan isn’t a Jeep. Neither is it an SUV..it’s a Minivan. As it’s name(Caravan) implies, it is meant to serve a family purpose..
Go for the one with a 2.4l i4 engine...and you’ll get good fuel economy with ‘normal’ performance. Regarding the v6 variant, city driving isn’t all that economical. But, you’ll enjoy it’s fuel consumption and performance (a lot of power) better, on the highway. It’s a rugged vehicle though..parts are a little hard to come by, unlike its counterparts(Nissan Quest, Toyota Sienna..etc)

I suggest you go for a 2003-2005 Honda CR-V. Very very Economical, rugged & cheap to maintain. I have been using mine since 2015 & people around don't know when I'm financially bouyant or broke because my car is always on the road.

i heard that Honda steering normally have issue.
