The economic situation of the country is so harsh.

I have written aptitude test with a number of companies in the country both public and private. I was able to get to the last stage in many and was told to be expectant as they would get across to me.

What we hear of everyday is friend killing friend, friend betraying friend.

It brought to mind the story of Abraham and Isaac.

Abraham almost sacrificed his beloved son at God's request to prove his love, loyalty and trust but God stopped him.

Imagine the agony he must have gone through before God stopped him;

However God went all the way to save man. He gave His only begotten Son to save the fallen man who was supposed to die.

This is my story and your story. After the sin in Eden, man was cut off from God and died because the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through His Son.

This is the best love story. It is too beautiful to be true.

Man was chased out of Eden where he had rest and fellowship with His maker but was restored in Christ.

Do not reject this great expression of love.

The ball is in your court.

God has done His part. Accept this great gift of redemption, salvation and eternal life from God.

In your sinful state and in my sinful state, Christ died for us to redeem us back to God.

We cannot have a peaceful society and make progress if we leave out love the Prince of peace.

He is love personified.

The society must be love driven and not money driven.

We are seeing the consequences of a society driven by money.

It is staring at us in the face day in day out.

A society driven by money turn men to beast because it is all about me and me alone.

If I have to kill, sell human part, terrorise, kidnap,steal, loot, rape, banditry and the list goes on because it is all about me.

As long as I have it; every other person can die!

A society driven by money is ambitious and everyone is in silent competition.

Whatever it takes for me to be ahead of you even if I have to sacrifice human being, steal money meant for hospitals, roads, and other projects to add values to life and save lives, bath with human blood, eat human flesh, sleep with girls who will eventually be sick till death,eat shit, bark like dog to be recognized; no problem; people do it and the society hail them.

The christians and churches are not left out.

They are in silent competition going from one project to another building cities, universities, largest this and that!

These things are not bad but the hidden motives behind them.

The people in your care(congregation) are languishing in poverty while you are building empires!

There are many people in church who have not eaten not because they are fasting but because they have nothing to eat.

The shepherd move in convoy, have private jets, helicopters, universities and other investment but the flock is hungry.

The church celebrate the rich so all the brethren compete even if they have to steal in offices so they can be acknowledged in church as well.

Are you a good shepherd when you are full and your shepherd is hungry.

Are you a true shepherd?

You build schools; your members cannot benefit from it. It is only the rich by all means and through any means that can send their kids there while your members watch in silence and some cut corners to benefit as well.

You have investment and employ only your church members. How do you reach out to the unsaved!

You compel me to be your member to benefit from your investments and other incentives.

This is not love. It is manipulation!

You can employ church members of course but it should not be solely church members.

Be a blessing to all!

It is even a way to reach out and evangelize.

God want us to serve him from our heart not by compulsion or manipulation.

If I want to benefit from your generosity and incentives; I will join your church but my heart will not be there.

It is just to get what I wanted!

Cunning man die, cunning man bury am!!

No wonder Pastors rape, steal, kill and so on because they were never saved In the first place.

They are only there for the benefits.


As I round up, we need a society driven by love and not money because here, everything is about you and not me.

It is about others and not self because self is and will always be selfish.

It is about my brothers, sisters, colleagues, congregations, country men, staffs, students and so on.

I do things because I love you and want you happy and comfortable. You will do same for me!

The church do things out of love: build churches, schools, have investments, social and welfare schemes so members and public can benefit.

The government do things that will benefit the ordinary man and the ordinary man do things that would make his government and nation proud.

You can’t kill or steal; you can’t eat money meant for hospitals, roads, schools, security and so on in a love driven society.

You can't just imagine it because it is a selfless society.

In conclusion, we all need to retrace our steps and go back to God.

We have all missed it and prioritize the wrong thing.

Myself, you, the church and the nation need to repent and go back to God.

There is nothing we do out of love that is not acceptable to God.

Let us shift away from money driven society to love driven society because love driven society is God driven society.

Don’t forget, God is love and love is God.

There is no way we can be driven by love if we don’t have Jesus in our lives.

He is love personified!

You have to repent and invite Him into your life whoever you are notwithstanding what you have done.

Many things people are doing in society today is out of rebellion, anger, bitterness and resentment because the system, the church and other arms of society has failed.

Even the elders have failed. They prioritize money over integrity and truth.

God is calling all to repentance.

Go into your closet, close the door.

Tell God you are sorry for everything!

He is waiting for you: are you a pastor, president, governors, individuals, kidnappers, ritualist and so on.

Jesus loves you and is calling you to repentance.

Tomorrow may be too late.

Now is the accepted time!

Forget about money!

Money can’t give you joy, fulfilment or happiness.

It is good works you do for humanity born out of love for God and men that gives joy and above all eternal life.

The key is Jesus. He is love personified.

The Benin Republic is poorer than Nigeria, the citizens aren't as "enlightened" as most Nigerians living in the cities but they aren't lawless.

They are law-abiding!

If the Gendarmerie blow their whistle, you must stop; you will stop immediately.

You won't move because the consequences will befall you immediately.

Nigeria is the only place where people give all sorts of excuses for lawlessness.

From Igholo, Port Novo, Cotonou, Oidah down to Ilakondji, you will see orderliness, bikes remain on the bike lane on the express, they take responsibility, but Nigerians want a good country solely by the government and citizens are never at fault, everything and complaint is government!!!!!!!!!

In Lome, you can't have 4 passengers on your back seat in your car, all bike drivers put on a helmet, customers pay as high as 35k CFA for electricity monthly, but here we want everything free, we disobey all laws but cry at enforcement, we love our lawlessness but want a better country. ���

If we don't become better citizens, we won't produce better leaders because they will keep emerging from us.

We just want them to do everything, why must the government be arresting people for a pedestrian bridge instead of using sense?

Why throw dirt on road but expect it cleaned by the government

We think Responsibility is for the leaders only!!!!

The followers have no responsibilities!!!!

The majority of Nigerians just expect to find themselves in a safe environment while they remain insane

Change begins with you and me.

But the truth is better Nigeria will make better Nigerians.

Till the government and other institutions begins to function; nothing will change.
Corruption, bribery, nepotism, sex for grades, kidnapping, terrorism and so on must stop.

Police, customs, immigration, lecturers , civil servants must stop taking bribes and tips.

Government workers should stop expecting appreciation from public for doing their job.

Nigeria will not change until Nigerians changes and Nigerians will not change until our institutions becomes functional.

There must be consequences and punishment for every crime.

Yes, humans don't get better by themselves, laws and consequences enforced make them get better.

Everyone enjoys doing whatever they want once their is no consequence but these same set of people will behave if the system punishes any form of disobedience.

Interestingly, even foreigners misbehave once they get to Nigeria.

They do things in Nigeria they can’t imagine and get away with it.

They trample on citizens, rape our girls, bribe our politicians and ministers without consequences.

Our security personnel especially the police are their lapdogs.

Once they see money; they start wagging their tail and can kill fellow Nigerians for the foreigners.

All for money!

Again, you see my country men sit up and behave when abroad but throw caution to the wind once back in the country.

They know everybody has price from the police, customs, civil servants, judges, lecturers, doctors, nurses, security men and the list goes on.
Once they have the money, you can do what you want and get whatever you want in this country.

The Benin citizens are seen as law abiding because there's punishment for lawlessness and you can't escape it, no matter who you know or who you are.

Of course in Nigeria, if you catch a criminal in the act and take him to the police, the criminal will be O before you get home.

Such encourage the criminal to continue to be lawless?

This shows nothing is wrong with us, it is the system that we are simply responding to.

I want you all to join me in thanking God for His protection over me on Friday last week.

I went to GTB in Ado Ekiti to make a quick transaction on Friday morning.
On entering the bank premises, I looked out for the ATM that had the shortest line and went for that one which fortunately for me had just a boy.

On approaching the ATM, the boy (couldn't have been more than 22years old), sagging his trousers, came out apparently having concluded his transaction.
On his way out, I asked him politely if it the ATM was dispensing cash, and he said it was.

Immediately I entered the cubicle, I noticed a N200 note on the keypad.
I quickly turned to call his attention to the money, but he was already by the entrance to the cubicle.
He said that it was his, and asked me persuasively to give it to him.
I told him to come back and take it.
Again, he asked me to give it to him, and I said to him: "What did you put in your mouth to talk to me?"
He smiled, asking me yet again to please give him the N200.

I immediately slapped him.
He staggered down the 6-step stairs and on regaining his balance, took to his heels.
I called the attention of the security, shouting to them to stop the boy. They locked the gate and apprehended him.

I told them what transpired by the ATM.
They beat the boy thoroughly.
I insisted he must take the N200 he put there and he started begging.

He started crying.
The Mobile Policemen beat him some more and insisted he must take the money.
After about 2 minutes, the boy recited some incantations for about a minute before taking the money.

He had used the N200 as a bait to get his potential sacrifice for money rituals.
I didn't know what happened later, as I was running out of time to meet up an appointment.
*To God be all the glory !*

Please, we must all be very watchful.
Strange things are happening these days.
Money ritualists are becoming more daring and more desperate.
Be alert!!
Be safe!!!

Do you know that if you are pronounced dead this minute, that 99.99% of your friends will only be shocked and unhappy within the first 5 minutes the news hit them?*

*Just like Rose detached her hands from Jack's firm grip in the movie Titanic when he was frozen to death, We let go of every thing that connects us to you in the physical and all we have left are memories, while we move on to other things.*

*Even your family refers to you as corpse.*

*Many will be afraid to be left alone in the room you once lived in while you were alive.*

*Not every family or friend would like to see what your dead body looks like because that sight might torment them for long.*

*All we have left are memories be it pleasant or unpleasant.*

*For what it's worth, live each day like it's your last with the best of intentions and a good heart.*

*Forgive those who hurt you.*

*Forgive those who apologize for hurting you.*

*Apologise when you hurt others as well.*
