PoliticsNatasha Akpoti: Sandra Duru Blasts Journalists Adeola Fayehun by Oluboh(op): 10:03pm On May 10, 2025
IT’S TOO LATE TO DISTRACT ME. THE TRUTH IS MARCHING TO THE FINISH LINE.

Adeola Fayehun and unintelligent Francess Olisa-Ogbonnaya, your latest attempt to derail the truth is not only laughable, very petty, but embarrassingly weak. Do not mistake my silence for ignorance or my kindness for weakness.

Let me expose yet another failed distraction tactic by Team LIE-TASHA and her squad of useful idiots. You may remember the LIE-TASHA documentary, a factual exposé based on truth, forensic evidence, and courage. My South Eastern media team had a young woman from my beneficiaries list do a voiceover.

She was paid. Her work was substandard. A refund was rightfully requested. Simple. Prior to this, she like many others, benefited from my Easter charity. That’s my norm, not a favor.

Now, onto my upcoming book and documentary launch, Soul Tonic and Voice of Nature: The Life and Times of Dr. Sandra Duru, slated for August 2026 in six countries, backed by over 350 heartfelt letters, goodwill messages, and videos submissions from people I’ve impacted. These were voluntary. No begging, no coercion. Just truth and legacy in motion.

So imagine my shock when Francess, after botching a voiceover gig, decided to scream “CLONE!” at a forensically verified voice used in the LIE-TASHA documentary, a voice belonging to Natasha, investigated and authenticated by licensed professionals. Her desperate outburst holds no weight.

Francess was briefly exposed to snippets featuring Umoren, Oby, and Patoranking, which are already available in the public domain. There was no secret. Just her twisted interpretation of what she doesn’t understand.

Adeola, go tell your Natasha: your circus is tired. Your distractions are stale. I will not be moved. I am documented, defended, and determined.

As always, I come with receipts.

PoliticsNatasha Praises Tinubu On Tiktok, Sparks Defection Rumour by Oluboh(op): 8:08pm On May 10, 2025
The suspended lawmaker representing Kogi Central, Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, on Saturday, sparked controversy of an imminent defection when she shot a viral video of herself vibing to a music praising President Bola Tinubu.

In the 15-second clip posted on her TikTok page, the senator was seen giggling as she repeatedly played the track by popular Kano musician, Dauda Kahutu, otherwise known as Rarara.

The musician had regaled the President with a performance of his new Yoruba song titled “Asiwaju Omo Ologo” at a dinner event held in Katsina during his official visit.

Asiwaju Omo Ologo translates to mean ‘Asiwaju the glorious child.’

Akpoti-Uduaghan’s action has left her supporters confused, with many wondering if she plans to dump the Peoples Democratic Party for the ruling All Progressives Congress.

The PUNCH could also not independently verify if her subtle action is an affirmation of an imminent defection or another satire deployed to embarrass the APC-led government.

Efforts to get the reaction of the Kogi senator were unsuccessful.

Her media aide, Israel Arogbonlo, could also not be reached on the phone for clarification.

As of the time of filing this story, he could not be reached again.

Akpoti-Uduaghan was suspended on March 6, following a heated disagreement with the Senate leadership over a new seating arrangement, which she alleged was designed to undermine her.

Tensions rose further when she accused Senate President Akpabio on national television of punishing her for rejecting his purported sexual advances.

During the Women in Parliament session at the Inter-Parliamentary Union meeting at the United Nations in New York, Akpoti-Uduaghan called for international intervention to hold the Nigerian Senate accountable.

She also criticised the severe measures imposed on her, including the withdrawal of security, salary cuts, and a six-month suspension from the National Assembly.

Following a series of legal fireworks between both parties, the court barred the duo from talking to the press and commenting on the issue until the legal outcome of the case.

RUNNING FROM PDP TO APC WILL NOT HAPPEN OR CHANGE ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY AND YOUR COUNTRY, NATASHA! THE MASK IS OFF: NATASHA AKPOTI EXPOSED — A WARNING TO TRAITORS IN DISGUISE

“She’s a persona non grata to me, a seductress and a pathological liar, desperately hunting for a soft landing. Walaih, she’s a none perona granta to me! Classic manipulator. But not this time, Natasha.” - Dr. Sandra C Duru

The time for silence is over. The time for hiding under the veil of gender activism, seductive manipulation, and orchestrated victimhood has expired. Nigeria sees you now, Natasha Akpoti, and so does the international community.

Behind every crocodile tear you shed, there is a sinister script. A script funded, sponsored, and choreographed by opposition forces hellbent on destabilizing the current administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Senate President Godswill Akpabio. But hear this: Nigeria will not fall for the same tired script again.

This isn’t about political decamping. If Natasha Akpoti and her entire marine spiritual squad wish to jump ship from PDP to APC, let them. The truth does not need party lines, it needs justice, and that is exactly what awaits her. The legal cases raised by Prof. Mgbeke (Dr. Sandra C. Duru) are not just files in a cabinet, they are raging fires of accountability backed by truth, evidence, and international and local legal systems.

Natasha, your path reeks of betrayal, and a trail blazed by Jezebel, Delilah, Athalia, and Potiphar’s wife, seduction to gain power, then weaponization of womanhood to destroy men, governments, and systems. You seduce, hate, manipulate, then strike with falsehood, hoping to bring down leaders who refuse to bow to your charm or agenda. But this isn’t Arise TV or BBC where you can stage your drama. This is the battleground of truth and i am directly involved!

Let the world remember that during the Jonathan administration, you played a similar game. You tried to entangle Reno Omokri. You aligned with useful pawns, manipulated narratives, and plotted with Oby Ezekwesili. But Mama Peace cried out: “There is God oooo!” And yes, there truly is. Your Chibok girls movie with your aunty Oby Ezekwesili!

Today, you’re trying to label the Senate President with baseless sexual harassment claims and now even falsely insinuate organ harvesting ties to the tragic case of Iniobong Umoren. Your goal? To paint Nigerian men, especially Yoruba leaders as predators, to stain this administration before the international community. But you have failed.

And now, because your lies are exposed, you’re sponsoring threats against the one woman you couldn’t manipulate, Prof. Mgbeke (Dr. Sandra C. Duru). You are using smear campaigns, fake activists, and proxy saboteurs from Imo and beyond. But you forget: this isn’t just a woman. This is a global powerhouse, a renowed media scientist, a criminologist, a public relations genius, and a lioness cloaked in divine assignment. But you are free to underestimate her as a jollof rice chef and local village woman, its her signature!

Dr. Sandra C. Duru does not deal in satire. She is surgical, legal, and prophetic. She is Deborah of our generation, and she is not afraid of your marine spirits, your fake feminists, your petty politics, or your blood-stained sponsors.

This is a message to every traitor, every enabler, and every coward hiding behind the false banner of justice while plotting the downfall of a nation: YOUR TAGGED “YORUBA GOVERNMENT” 🇳🇬 will rise above your schemes.

And to Natasha Akpoti, no matter the channel you run to, be it Arise, BBC, or “Tikkor Street, you will answer for every lie, every blackmail, every single manipulation, every destroyed reputation, and every life disrupted by your destructive campaign. I will never let go of your lies and smear campaign against me, my children, and businesses! I swear on my late father’s grave that I will fight you and i will break the jinx of your cartel and cabals one more time just ss i did dome years ago in my time at S. O. N. I am in town to take good care of this mess outside of the garage and the doors of your hired and senseless paid useful idiots ranting on the internet!

The gates of justice are open. And the lioness is roaring.

My dear lovers of the truth, i will be dropping a few songs on LIE-TASHA as majority of you have requested to entertain you on this ongoing matter, while i focus on getting a well deserved justice for all of us with my brilliant team of experts who i came back with this morning with more forensically examined and verified evidences against Natasha Akpoti and her cohorts!

Let’s be reminded that I WILL NEVER BACK DOWN, BACK OUT! OR BE DISTRACTED BY THEIR SENSELESS MEDIA ATTACKS! They’ve only been able to wake up the warriors in me!

Stay tuned and i promise to bring Natasha to face the consequences of her actions and crimes!

PoliticsTwo Months Later, Natasha Akpoti Silent On False Sexual Harassment Claim On Reno by Oluboh(op): 11:49am On May 10, 2025

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RfVhyi3owNE?si=WwH2d8iQaRtkuKiG
Two months after political commentator and former presidential spokesman Reno Omokri made explosive revelations concerning Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, the Kogi Central lawmaker has yet to issue a denial or rebuttal.

In a public letter addressed to global news outlets including the BBC, Sky News, and Deutsche Welle, Omokri recounted a controversial 2021 episode involving what he described as a “fabricated sexual harassment allegation” made against him by then-Natasha Akpoti. The allegation, he claimed, stemmed from an encounter involving a woman on Facebook suspected of being part of a political honeytrap scheme — allegedly linked to Akpoti herself.

Omokri said he refused the woman’s advances, stating that he was “happily married.” Upon reporting the incident to security experts, he was informed of a disturbing trend in Abuja involving politically exposed persons being targeted with seduction and entrapment tactics using fake social media accounts.

The former aide to President Goodluck Jonathan further stated that Akpoti had accused him of sexual harassment at a state banquet on May 6, 2014 — an event he proved he could not have attended. He cited travel documents, including a first-class British Airways ticket and passport stamps, showing he was abroad on a diplomatic assignment concerning the #BringBackOurGirls campaign at the time.

Following the presentation of what Omokri described as “unimpeachable evidence,” Akpoti reportedly retracted and deleted her allegations. In a striking twist, Omokri claims he was contacted shortly thereafter by Akpoti’s then-fiancé (now husband), Emmanuel Oritsejolomi Uduaghan, alongside a prominent Christian clergyman. The trio held a three-way call during which Omokri was asked to accept an out-of-court settlement — a request he agreed to, receiving what was termed a financial "offering."

“Senator Natasha Akpoti almost destroyed my life,” Omokri said, “but for the fact that I am a meticulous record keeper.”

In his open letter, Omokri appealed to international media to balance their coverage and take Akpoti’s past into account, particularly in the context of her recent accusations against Senate President Godswill Akpabio. He noted that she has previously accused multiple high-profile figures — including a cabinet minister — of similar misconduct.

“I do not know if her current accusations are true,” he wrote, “but the best predictor of future behaviour is past character.”

Observers have noted that since Omokri made his claims public in March, Senator Akpoti has remained conspicuously silent, choosing neither to confirm nor deny the allegations of retraction, settlement, or the payment styled as an “offering.” Her silence has drawn increasing attention amid renewed scrutiny over the integrity of her accusations against other public officials.

Critics argue that the credibility of ongoing allegations may be undermined by the unresolved questions surrounding her past conduct, while supporters insist each claim should be independently investigated.

For now, however, the silence from Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan only deepens the intrigue surrounding a controversy that continues to raise questions about accountability, media ethics, and the use — or misuse — of sexual harassment claims in Nigerian politics.

PoliticsDefamation Suit: Again, Senator Natasha Akpoti Absent From Court by Oluboh(op): 8:19am On May 08, 2025
Once again, the suspended Senator representing Kogi Central Senatorial District at the Senate was not in Court today when the suit she filed against Senator Godswill Akpabio and Mr. Mfon Patrick came up for hearing.

The Senator was represented at the hearing by Barr. O.U. Ugbogbo. In the suit filed since February and marked CV/754/2025, Senator Akpoti claimed she was defamed by Mr. Mfon Patrick, a Senior Legislative Aide to the President of the Senate.

Curiously, Senator Godswill Akpabio was also sued in his personal capacity. But since after filing the suit, only the office of the President of the Senate has been served with the originating process and no attempt has been made to serve others.

When the case came up today, Senator Akpoti's lawyer could not explain to the Court why processes have not been served on Senator Godswill Akpabio and Mr. Mfon Patrick since February when the case was filed.

Apparently infuriated by Senator Akpoti's Lawyer's obvious ignorance of the High Court Civil Procedure Rules, the presiding Judge thundered, "don't come and stare at the ceiling. You have to be serious about this case and resort to the Rules".

Counsel for Mr. Mfon Patrick, Fidel Albert, Esq informed the Court that he was appearing under protest as his client had equally not been served with the Court processes and only became aware of the case on social media.

Counsel to Senator Natasha Akpoti pleaded with the Court for more time to put their house in order, an application which was not opposed. Consequently, the case has been further adjourned to June 9 to enable Senator Akpoti file all necessary applications, if any.

HealthPatients Suffer: Abuja Hospitals Cry Out Over Lack Of House Officers by Oluboh(op): 7:45am On May 06, 2025
A silent but worsening crisis is gripping the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) as hospitals in Abuja remain without newly employed house officers for over seven months, leading to mounting medical negligence, patient complaints, and a looming protest by frustrated young doctors.

At major public health institutions across the city — including the Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Jabi and several district hospitals — patients and citizens are expressing deep concern over the collapse in timely medical attention and the increasing inefficiency of hospital services. Health workers on the ground confirm that the absence of house officers, who serve as the backbone of day-to-day clinical care in teaching and specialist hospitals, has significantly strained the system.

“This is not just an employment delay. It is a crisis that has directly led to patient neglect, missed diagnoses, and overall poor care. We are being overwhelmed,” said a senior nurse at FMC Abuja, who requested anonymity.

Sources within FMC and other hospitals report that the remaining medical staff are overburdened, with consultants and medical officers performing tasks typically handled by house officers — from taking patient histories to executing routine procedures and paperwork. The staff say the workload is unsustainable.

The root of the problem appears to lie with the Health Management Board (HMB) under the supervision of the FCT Minister. Despite multiple appeals, applications, and inquiries from medical graduates awaiting posting, no new batch of house officers has been employed in the FCT hospitals since late 2024.

Efforts to reach the Registrar of the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) for clarification have been unsuccessful, further frustrating young doctors and hospital administrators alike.

In response to the silence and perceived inaction, a growing number of medical graduates and young doctors are organizing what may become a protest at the MDCN headquarters in Abuja in the coming days. One of the coordinators, who spoke under the condition of anonymity, stated: “We are tired of waiting. This is our future, and it's also about the lives of Nigerians who are being failed every day.”

Staff at FMC Abuja and the asokoro and maitama district hospitals meanwhile, have publicly decried the situation. “We need immediate government intervention. This is not just about salaries or politics. It's about human lives,” said a medical officer.

As Abuja finds itself increasingly short of frontline doctors, especially house officers who form the first clinical contact for patients in many hospitals, there are fears that the region’s healthcare system may face a total breakdown unless urgent steps are taken.

Efforts to reach the FCT Minister and the HMB for official statements were unsuccessful at the time of filing this report.

PoliticsArise TV’s Rufai Oseni Tells Senator Natasha To Present Her Evidence by Oluboh(op): 10:10pm On May 05, 2025
RUFAI TELLS SENATOR NATASHA TO PRESENT HER EVIDENCE; ALSO CLARIFIES THE SENATE PRESIDENT’S NAME ON DR DURU’S PHONE, NOT THE SENATE PRESIDENT BUT A CONTACT USING HIS NAME

Opinion: Let me begin by thanking Ojy Okpe for bringing this matter to the Arise Morning Show. It appears, it was Ojy who personally fought to bring this news out. Arise TV strangely blacked out Sandra Duru’s podcast. It appears the management of the TV station was upset with Sandra Duru because of some accusation levelled against Arise regarding their awards. She went on to accuse Mr Rufai Oseni and Dr Ruben Abati. But it takes a woman of courage, with a sense of justice and a passion for fairness to bring this story to the fore. Ojy is a good woman - she must have told the management we cannot stay silent on this story.

Notice Sandra Duru had her podcast on Thursday where she gave her lengthy revelatory podcast on the female Senator. But surprisingly on Friday, the Arise morning Show did not feature what was at the time the most trending story in Nigeria. And many people took note of that.

Let me thank Rufai and the Arise morning team for calling out Senator Natasha this morning, even though initially it appeared they were tilting more to Natasha’s end of the story, when this news first broke sometime in February. But they must have realised over the past weeks and even months something strange -Natasha’s team had refused to justify the Sexual Harrasment claim through evidence. Prompting many to wonder if this was all false.

This is what made Dr Sandra Duru’s podcast compelling because she revealed that the female senator told her there was no evidence to back up her sexual harassment claim. One would’ve thought that after such a direct statement from Dr Duru, the female senator’s team would release some information debunking Duru’s story but nothing has been forthcoming, in fact the response has been surprisingly subdued.

Today Rufai told Senator Natasha to release her evidence. He also told the Senate President’s team to release its own evidence. Let it go on record that the Senate President’s legal team led by Olisa Agbakogba SAN released evidence and photographic exhibits at a press conference.

(1) That Senator Natasha Akpoti Udughan visited the Senate President‘s house on the 8th of December 2023 with her husband, in the company of other Senators.

(2) That on the 9th the very next day, she went on tweeter eulogising the very same person she alleged sexually harassed her. The legal team pointed out the contradiction and inconsistency in her story.

(3) Senator Akpabio’s legal team at the same press conference released several photographs of Senator Natasha and the Senate President engaged in legislative functions together nationally and internationally in 2024.

Arise TV also clarified, it was a contact with the name of the Senate President that appeared on Dr Sandra Duru’s call log during the podcast.

I hope the female Senator at the centre of this saga responds to Arise Morning Show and presents her evidence to the Olisa Agbakoba team justifying her Sexual Harrasment claim.

PoliticsPhantom Vs Truth: A Letter To Natasha Akpoti’s Blind Supporters --- By Ufok Ibek by Oluboh(op): 7:34am On May 04, 2025
Dear blind devotees of Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan,

The stench of your hypocrisy is suffocating. Your fickleness is a spectacle, your naivety a tragedy. You parade yourselves as defenders of truth, yet you cower in the shadows of lies, wielding keyboards like blunt swords against a woman who dares to speak. Dr. Sandra Duru (Professor Mbegke) stands before you, unflinching, while your idol Natashia Akpoti-Uduaghan hides behind the skirts of phantom allegations and internet mobs.

Why not channel the same energy you expend in vilifying Dr. Sandra Duru into demanding evidence from Natasha? The public does not want sophistry or sophomoric tantrums. They want proof. They want Natasha to step into the light and say, “Here is the truth.” But no. Instead, you hurl stones at the mirror, terrified of the reflection staring back at your unclothedness.

Let us dissect your folly with surgical precision.

First, the curious timing of Natasha’s allegations. She claims she was sexually harassed on December 8, 2023, yet she waited until March 2025, more than a year later to start crying foul. Why? Was she gathering strength, or was she waiting for the perfect political moment? A woman truly violated does not schedule her trauma for maximum dramatic effect. She screams it from the rooftops immediately. But Natasha? She kept it tucked away like a bargaining chip, only to unleash it when convenient showing that she was never sexually harassed in the first place.

Second, the Senate Committee circus. Did you applaud when Natasha sent Dr. Oby Ezekwesili and her band of activists to disrupt proceedings? Did you cheer when she later bragged about it in her leaked conversation with Sandra Duru? This is not the behavior of a victim seeking justice. This is the conduct of a schemer orchestrating a spectacle. A woman fighting for truth does not need a political entourage to validate her pain. She needs courage. Natasha, it seems, lacks it.

Third, the ghost of Iniobong Umoren. Have you forgotten how Natasha weaponized the tragic death of this young woman, claiming her organs were harvested? Where is the evidence? Where is the justice for Iniobong? Or was she just another pawn in Natasha’s theatre of victimhood? Your selective outrage is telling. You weep for Natasha but abandon the dead when their ghosts no longer serve your narrative.

Fourth, the absence of hard evidence. Sandra Duru has spoken boldly and fearlessly. She has presented WhatsApp messages, voice notes, and a consistent account of Natasha’s alleged manipulations. And what has Natasha offered in return? Silence. Deflection. A battalion of online thugs to intimidate Sandra into submission. Is this how truth-seekers behave? Or is this the playbook of a desperate politician who knows her house is built on sand?

You argue, with laughable ignorance, that evidence will only be revealed in court. This is not Nollywood. The legal system does not operate on suspense and last-minute surprises. In civil cases, pleadings, affidavits, and evidence are filed upfront. If Natasha has proof, let her present it now. Why the secrecy? Why the delay? The truth does not need a courtroom to breathe. It only needs a voice.

And let us address your latest desperate tactic digging up Sandra’s past. So what if she fought battles before? So what if she has scars? Does that erase the words she has spoken today? A thief who points at and insult a witness against her is still a thief. Sandra’s past no matter how you try to paint it to suit your evil narrative does not negate Natasha’s present sins. If anything, it makes Sandra more credible. It reveals her as a woman who has weathered storms, who knows the cost of truth, and who refuses to be broken.

Here is the brutal truth you refuse to face: Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan is her own worst enemy. She is the architect of her unraveling. Sandra Duru is merely the messenger. Senator Akpabio is not her problem. Political enemies are not her problem. Her problem is the phantom of her own making, the lies she has spun, the masks she has worn, the trust she has betrayed.

My advice? Natasha must come clean. She must subject herself to purgatory, to the cleansing fire of honesty. Only then can she seek forgiveness from God, from society, and from the supporters she has misled.

But you, her followers, must also look inward. Ask yourselves: Why do we cling to a myth? Why do we attack truth-tellers? Why do we trade our conscience for the hollow chants of an evil cult?

The choice is yours. Continue dancing to the tune of deception, or break free and stand with the truth.

Phantom or truth? The answer is obvious. Only the blind cannot see it.
Politics48 Hours After Dr Sandra Duru’s Live, Senator Natasha Yet To Provide Evidence by Oluboh(op): 10:54pm On May 03, 2025
48 Hours After Sandra Duru’s Bombshell and 3 Months After Sexual Harassment Allegation, Senator Natasha Yet to Provide a Single Piece of Evidence

Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan is again under intense public scrutiny, as a pattern of explosive accusations without evidence begins to define her political playbook. Forty-eight hours after Dr. Sandra Duru’s scathing exposé accused her of orchestrating a smear campaign—allegedly paying activist Oby Ezekwesili to weaponize a false sexual harassment claim against Senate President Godswill Akpabio—Akpoti has remained conspicuously silent.

No response. No lawsuit. No denial.

Even more damning is the fact that more than three months after she publicly accused Akpabio of sexual harassment, Senator Akpoti has yet to present a single shred of evidence to support her claims. No documents. No witness statements. No formal petition beyond the media noise. The case, if it ever existed, appears to have stalled in the realm of social media outrage.

The situation worsened when, on April 1st, during a homecoming in Kogi State, she alleged an assassination plot against her, naming former Governor Yahaya Bello and Akpabio as potential orchestrators. In response, Bello petitioned the Inspector General of Police, demanding she either produce credible evidence or face legal action for criminal defamation and incitement. Yet again, Akpoti has offered nothing but silence.

Observers are beginning to see a troubling pattern.

“She throws out accusations like political grenades—then vanishes when it’s time to account,” a journalist in Abuja noted. “You cannot keep undermining institutions with sensational claims and expect no consequences.”

In the wake of these developments, many Nigerians are calling for accountability. Not just from Akpoti, but also from those, like Oby Ezekwesili, who publicly defend her without presenting any verifiable evidence.

If Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan truly stands for justice—as she claims—it’s time she backs her words with facts. Until then, her credibility, and the gravity of the issues she raises, hang by a thread.

PoliticsNo Evidence? Oby Ezekwesili Under Fire Following Response To Dr Sandra's Video by Oluboh(op): 10:19pm On May 03, 2025
Former Education Minister Oby Ezekwesili is facing a storm of criticism after doubling down on her support for Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, who recently accused Senate President Godswill Akpabio of sexual harassment. This comes after explosive claims by Dr. Sandra Duru in a viral live video on March 1st, accusing Ezekwesili of being paid by Akpoti to back a fabricated allegation and disrupt Senate activities.

Rather than address the damning allegations head-on or pursue legal redress, Ezekwesili released a lengthy statement filled with moral grandstanding but completely void of evidence. She dismissed the bribery accusations as "laughable falsehoods" and accused Akpabio of leading a corrupt Senate bent on silencing Akpoti. However, Nigerians online aren't buying it.

Critics have slammed both women as “paid actors” and “blackmailers,” calling the entire episode a political smear campaign. Many are questioning why, if innocent, Ezekwesili hasn’t sued Dr. Duru for defamation. Others pointed out that neither Ezekwesili nor Akpoti has produced a shred of credible evidence against Akpabio.

“This isn’t activism. It’s political theater,” one commentator wrote on X. “You can’t scream justice without proof and expect people to clap.”

With public trust eroding and the Senate silent, this saga now reeks more of manipulation than truth. Until hard evidence emerges, Ezekwesili and Akpoti risk losing whatever moral credibility they once had—dragging feminism and justice along with them.

Oby Ndukwe has said senator Natasha Akpoti should back up her sexual harassment claims with evidence adding that Nigerians have Have waited long enough to get her Evidence against Senate President, Godswill Akpabio.

Meanwhile, The suspended lawmaker representing Kogi Central, Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, has reacted to the claims of United States-based activist Dr. Sandra Duru, popularly known as Professor Mgbeke, saying all her allegations were false.

The lawmaker made the clarification in a statement issued by her media aide, Israel Arogbonlo.

Earlier, Mgbeke released shocking evidence of her exclusive phone conversations where she claimed Akpoti-Uduaghan lied against the Senate President, Senator Godswill Akpabio, regarding the controversial sexual advances allegation.

The activist, who made the revelation during a Facebook livestream session monitored by our correspondent on Thursday night, added that she also tried to induce her with N200 million to falsely accuse the former Akwa Ibom governor of organ harvesting.

While stressing that the call logs and recorded conversations in her possession are convincing enough to prove that the lawmaker lied about the sexual harassment allegation levelled against Akpabio, Mgbeke also decried that it was wicked of her to attempt to link him with the death of a young girl who died a few years ago.

In the one-hour, eight-minute live broadcast, the activist claimed that the suspended Senator was out to destroy men, confirming that she had no actual evidence to defend her harassment claim against Akpabio.

But Akpoti-Uduaghan maintained her innocence, claiming all the recorded conversations played in the live stream were manipulated and could never have come from her.

The lawmaker also alleged that she had just recently stumbled on the identity of the activists-cum-journalist.

She said, “I have carefully watched a live stream which was done by one Sandra C Duru on Facebook on May 1st, 2025. The content of the live stream, including the voice effect credited to me, is entirely untrue and most manipulated to serve Sandra Duru’s ulterior motive of playing the script of Senator Godswill Akpabio.

“To the best of my knowledge, those words used against Dr Oby Ezekwesili, Dr Abiola, FIDA and fellow Nigerians as ‘Gullible and Hungry’ are crazy falsehoods and did not emanate from the natural cause of any contact involving me.

“It was from recent research that I also found out that the person who now represents herself as Sandra Duru is the same person who operated as Prof. Mgbeke on Facebook. In the nearest of time, I will respond to the unfounded allegations made therein.”

Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan may have just dealt a blow to her own credibility after publicly claiming she doesn’t know Dr. Sandra C. Duru—despite mounting evidence suggesting otherwise.

In a fiery Facebook livestream on May 1st, Dr. Duru, also known online as “Prof. Mgbeke,” exposed alleged voice recordings and WhatsApp chats linked to a phone number registered to Senator Natasha. Truecaller identification and the familiar voice in the clips make the denial all the more baffling.

“How can she say she doesn’t know me when her own number called me and we chatted at length?” Duru asked, presenting screenshots and audio as proof.

The leaked content allegedly shows Senator Natasha attempting to rope Duru into backing a damaging and fabricated organ harvesting accusation against Senate President Godswill Akpabio.

Despite Natasha’s post claiming she didn’t know Duru, the evidence suggests otherwise. In the calls, the Senator allegedly:

Offered N200 million to Duru to participate in a fake organ harvesting allegation.

Admitted to paying Dr. Oby Ezekwesili, FIDA, and others to create media noise and legal pressure, going to obstruct the Senate Committee proceedings.

Outlined her anti-Tinubu agenda, plotting with opposition figures to destabilize the current government.

Begged Duru to “just support the cause”, even when Duru declined.

Shifted into romantic advances after being rejected politically, sending flirty and inappropriate messages in a bid to win her over personally.

Truecaller showed the number as Natasha’s. Her voice was unmistakable. Screenshots of their private chats reveal long threads of manipulation, emotional blackmail, and power games.

“You can’t fake all this,” Duru said. “She called me, begged, bribed, confessed, and when I refused, she turned around and denied ever knowing me? That’s cowardice and treachery.”

If true, it not only discredits her but exposes a disturbing level of manipulation.

With mounting public scrutiny, Natasha’s blanket denial looks more like calculated deceit than an honest mistake. As Duru aptly put it: “You can’t discredit someone holding all the receipts.”

PoliticsNatasha Offered Me 200million To Accuse Akpabio Of Organ Harvest- Dr Duru (vid) by Oluboh(op): 1:57pm On May 02, 2025

A United States-based activist, Dr. Sandra Duru, also known as Professor Mgbeke, has submitted evidence of phone conversations between her and suspended Kogi Central Senator, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, to relevant authorities in the US and other parts of the world for forensic analysis.

The activist, who made this known during a Facebook live session on Thursday night, while showing some of the evidences, said the conversations revealed the lies behind the sexual harassment allegation levelled against Senate President Godswill Akpabio by Senator Natasha.

She exposed call logs and conversations to debunk Natasha’s claim that she had never spoken to her before.

Duru, popularly called Prof. Mgbeke, added that Natasha offered her N200 million to accuse the Senate President of organ harvesting, linking him with the death of a young girl who died a few years ago when she wasn’t getting anywhere with her sexual harassment allegation.

She called on international security agencies, which she had petitioned, the IPU and the Nigeria Police Force to probe Natasha’s false allegations and what she claimed to know about the murder of Umoren, having kept mute for years before coming out to accuse Akpabio.

The activist and journalist, in her one hour, eight minutes live broadcast, claimed that Natasha was out to destroy men, insisting that the suspended Senator had revealed she had no evidence of harassment against Akpabio.

She said this while displaying call logs and messages sent to her Whatsapp by Natasha.

“One, there is no sexual harassment of any kind, two, there is no evidence of organ harvesting. I told Natasha, you are a pathological liar, you have disgraced us Nigerians. She said Nigerians were G and H – ‘Gullible and Hungry’ and you want to add to their problems?

“I told her to make peace with the Senate members but she insisted that they want to destroy Yoruba government, I don’t know she meant by that.

“A lawyer that is very lousy and careless in her utterances. Natasha is not teachable, Natasha lacks humility, Natasha lacks moral values, she does not care. If it doesn’t go Natasha’s way, you are her enemy. Natasha is on a mission to destroy men… I cannot watch her destroy our men, I cannot watch her destroy our sons, I cannot watch her destroy our girls who are following her blindly. She called Dr Oby Ezekwesili a useful idiot,” Duru revealed.

She added, “The Nigerian Police should handle the case of Natasha and her false allegations. She said she wants to force the Senate President to step down so that they will have their way to remove what they call Yoruba government.

“Umoren died in 2021. Autopsy was done and there was no organ harvesting.

“I already wrote the international agencies about a senator that claimed to have known something about the murder of a young lady and she kept it to herself. She must explain what she knows about the death.

“She said the reason for the fight was not really about the Senate President but it is about the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, that they don’t want Yoruba government to go beyond four years. She said no sexual harassment evidence of any kind,” Duru insisted.

According to her, during one of their conversations, Natasha allegedly revealed that she had been promised governorship of Kogi State or Minister of Petroleum Resources if she could accomplish the mission of getting the Senate President out.

PoliticsA Response To Senator Natasha Akpoti-uduaghan’s Theatrics Of Blackmail by Oluboh(op): 6:30pm On Apr 28, 2025
Dear Natasha,

Your latest letter - a ‘satirical apology’ allegedly addressed to Senate President Godswill Akpabio - stands as yet another monument to your true craft: the dark art of blackmail wrapped in the cheap taffeta of virtue-signaling.

You insult the intelligence of Nigerians by pretending to wage a battle for dignity, when in fact you are merely staging an elaborate shakedown - hoping that theatrical outrage might achieve for you in the court of noise what hard evidence could not secure in the court of law.

Let us be very clear: you have presented no proof whatsoever - not a text, not a call log, not a sworn affidavit - to substantiate your wild allegations of sexual harassment.

Not one line.
Not one pixel.
Not one provable claim.

And yet, armed with nothing but your own self-inflated martyrdom, you screech and preen across public platforms, mistaking hysterics for heroism.

This, Madam, is not courage. It is cowardice disguised as crusade. It is extortion by public pity.
It is the oldest trick in the blackmailer’s handbook - ‘Give me what I want, or I will burn down your reputation - evidence be damned.’

You posture as a fearless Amazon, but your every word drips with the desperate fear of irrelevance.
You parade yourself as the face of women's dignity, but in truth, you weaponize false victimhood, making it harder for genuine victims to be believed.

In the end, you are not a standard-bearer for justice.
You are a warning sign - a cautionary tale - of how low public discourse can sink when ambition rots into blackmail, and narcissism parades as nobility.

They say ‘Na Tasha’ means garage girl in Hausa
Enough said.
We don't need to look any further for whys and hows
We're not surprised sef - as the name, so the bearer.

Return when you have proof, not prose. Until then, you remain what you have chosen to become: a caricature of virtue, peddling indignation as currency and harvesting chaos as strategy.

Yours without the slightest sympathy,
Mohammed Onoba,

Let me give you all a little teaser from the LIE-TASHA DOCUMENTARY before we go live, and it’s just a light appetizer to whet your appetite before the full-course truth is served hot! Because clearly, our dear Madam Drama Queen Extraordinaire and her army of e-rats think I came to play.

She tried to hit me with a smear campaign and a petty 1.5 million naira blackmail! Wait, 1.5 million NAIRA? Not even dollars?? Girl, if you’re going to lie, at least make it premium! That’s not blackmail, that’s black-fail.

Natasha, you may be a fantastic actress in the theatre of deception, but let me remind you, I’m not your average opponent. You play petty, I play power. You’re on Checkers, sweetheart, I’m on Chess. Every move of yours has been anticipated, archived, and about to be publicly aired.

SANDRA vs NATASHA: The Movie Nigeria Never Asked For—But Must Watch Closely!

I WILL ANNOUNCE THE DATE AND TIME FOR MY LIVE BROADCAST ON THIS ONGOING NATIONAL EMBARRASSMENT

Nigeria may soon be drawn into a dangerous political theatre that threatens to drag what’s left of our national integrity through the mud. The unfolding saga between myself, Dr. Sandra C Duru, and Senator Natasha Akpoti Uduaghan is not just a personal encounter, it is a microcosm of a broader pattern of a very dangerous manipulation, weaponized gender narratives, and calculated smear campaigns that must be exposed.

I have painstakingly followed due process to ensure that justice is not only done but seen to be done, and on behalf of every Nigerian who has suffered from the consequences of false accusations and political witch hunts disguised as activism.

We’ve seen the global consequences of weaponized allegations:
• Johnny Depp, who was publicly crucified before evidence emerged to clear his name.

• Pastor Timothy Omotoso in South Africa, who spent years behind bars before being released due to weak prosecution.

• Reno Omokri, who narrowly escaped a similar trap.

How many men, boys, and sons have suffered in silence? Careers lost. Families shattered. Reputations destroyed, and all, before the truth had a chance to speak.

Before anyone dares to reduce this to “women tearing down other women” or labels it as jealousy, let me remind you: I have paid my dues in this country. I am a baptized Nigerian. I have fought brutal institutional battles against corruption and cabals. I have broken the jinx of cartels of dangerous and corrupt cabals! I am not a noisemaker and i rarely appear on TVs, i don’t even grant interviews or even come live on facebook but I will do that on this Natasha’s pathetic attempt to use our brains! Our mumu don do!

When I challenged the Standards Organization of Nigeria and the DSS, Department of State Services, they tried to bury me. I was branded a “serial blackmailer”, not because I was guilty, but because I stood against the influx of substandard cables that were causing Nigerian buildings to collapse. Out of that struggle came the SONCAP Program, a national conformity assessment framework I initiated.

In Imo State, under Owelle Rochas Okorocha’s government, I was defamed by political actors like who didnt even know my relationship with Okorocha and my role in making him the governor of Imo state in 2011! I was defamed by the late speaker, Ben Uwajimogu and Eze Madumere, who labeled me everything from blackmailer to lesbian. Today, many of the people they used to attack me and my lovely children have apologized. Evidence doesn’t lie, and neither do I.

They didn’t stop in Nigeria. They followed me to the United States, attempting to take my precious children from me through malicious campaigns. That battle lasted five years. I won, thanks to the American judicial system, my legal team, the UN agencies involved, and my resilient children. We survived it all.

So no, I’m not afraid of a Natasha. I’m not jealous of her. I am exposing her. I didnt go to her, she came to me the same way she went to FIDA and Dr. Oby Ezekwesili! I couldn’t be bought over due to my firm principles and my spiritual beliefs and moral values! Arise award was sponsored by Natasha! She told me all!

She confided in me. She told me about the powerful men she used and dumped, and her calculated moves from the former NDDC MD to Emmanuel Uduaghan, to Senator Akpabio. She revealed her spiritual practices, her political ambitions, and her personal vendettas.

Natasha once said to me, and I quote: “My goal is to dismantle the ‘Yoruba Government.’ If Akpabio falls, the APC will crumble.”

She told me about her planned alliance with Dr. Oby Ezekwesili, Mrs. Abiola of FIDA, and others, allegedly paying them to disrupt the Senate hearing on her sexual harassment claim, despite having no credible evidence. She wanted me to join her smear campaign, and I declined. That prompted my viral post:

NO EVIDENCE, MAKE PEACE. I will play her already forensically investigated voice to you all and how she was laughing at her useful idiots, the entire senate and all Nigerians! She manipulated everyone and she’s taking our public sympathy and support as if we are FOOLS! Join me live on my platforms for the REVELATIONS!

She even alleged that Senator Akpabio murdered Ms. Umoren and harvested her kidneys, and on this her newest allegations, I have since officially petitioned the Nigerian Police Force and international authorities to thoroughly investigate. If her accusations hold water, we will all rise and fight. But if they are yet another false alarm in her long list of dramatic fabrications, then she must be prosecuted. This her forensically investigated allegations are admissible in court and in the Nigerian courts and International Criminal Courts, too. I will also share with you here on my platform. I have evidence, so anyone who comes to the public domain to allege anything MUST also give the public the evidence to see, hear and understand and stop lying to people and keep buying time by saying, when we grt to court, i will tender my evidence! So, why come to the public court where we have already started crucifying the people you told us were harrassing, threatening, victimizing you! This birthed my unique book UNHEARD SCREAMS! Men are human beings, too and their rights must be protected by laws and everyone!

Organ harvesting is a global crime against humanity. Her accusations even drag in names like Patoranking, a Nigerian artist she claims is involved and that his wife too was…. I will play her forensically investigated and analyzed voice for you to hear! Another evidence that i will share with you all on my live broadcast!

This is no longer about two women. Not about her careless utterance and her pattern of evil attacks against men when she can’t have her way! This is about truth, justice, and national integrity.

I have over 20 pieces of evidence backing every claim I’ve made. I will release three to the public. Natasha must also release her evidence, if she has any.

Enough is enough.

To the Nigerian Police and global human rights bodies: Do your job. Investigate thoroughly. Justice must not be selective.

If it were VeryDarkMan (VDM), all hell would have broken loose by now, and he would’ve been arrested, televised, charged, and swiftly prosecuted. If it were Seun Kuti, or even that NYSC corps member who made headlines, or any ordinary Nigerian youth making such inflammatory and inciting statements, the police would not have spared them.

Yet, Natasha Akpoti Uduaghan has made multiple unverified allegations and inciting claims without a shred of evidence, and she walks free. If her claims against all the people she has accused are correct, we will all join in the fight against injustice and oppression, and demand that all those people be prosecuted!

Meanwhile, the international community is watching, and mocking Nigeria and our security agencies for the apparent double standards and the erosion of accountability in our justice system.

To the Nigerian people: Join me LIVE for a no-holds-barred broadcast where I will release irrefutable evidence. Invite every media house, human rights group, blogger, and concerned citizen. The time for silence is over.

Let it be known: I am not a pushover. I am not a tool. I am not a liar. I am not a weak woman!

Natasha is not a victim, she is LIE-TASHA.

And no one is above the law.

For now, i do not want to mention or drag in the SECRETARY of a certain political party in Nigeria and his relationship with Natasha until we have the need to do so!

PoliticsOne Week After Bello’s Petition, Senator Natasha Silent On Assassination Claims by Oluboh(op): 9:56am On Apr 20, 2025
It’s been one week since former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello formally petitioned the Inspector General of Police, demanding that Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan provide credible evidence for her assassination claims — or face the full weight of the law. Yet, despite the gravity of the allegations and the public attention they’ve drawn, the senator has maintained a conspicuous silence.

In the petition, Bello, through his legal counsel, described the senator’s public remarks — which accused him of plotting an assassination — as malicious, defamatory, and inciting. He called on the Nigeria Police Force to invite Akpoti-Uduaghan for questioning and, should she fail to substantiate her claims, to arrest and prosecute her for criminal defamation and incitement under Nigerian law.

The senator, however, has neither responded to the petition nor provided any shred of evidence to back her explosive claims made during a homecoming event in Okehi Local Government Area on April 1, 2025.

Instead, the narrative took a dramatic turn days later, when Akpoti-Uduaghan alleged on social media that her family residence in the Obeiba-Ihima community was attacked by unidentified hoodlums. She followed up with a post accusing key political figures — including Senate President Godswill Akpabio, Governor Usman Ododo, and former Governor Bello — of being responsible should anything happen to her.

While the police have launched an investigation into the alleged attack, no suspects have been arrested and no link has been established between the alleged attack and the senator’s political adversaries.

This pattern of accusation without follow-through is raising concern among constituents and political observers alike.

“She’s quick to accuse but slow to explain,” said a civil society advocate in Lokoja. “A claim as serious as assassination plotting demands proof, not silence.”

Constituents in Kogi Central have also begun to voice frustration, warning the senator against weaponizing unverified personal narratives for political leverage. Some have gone as far as suggesting the recent house incident may be part of a calculated distraction to avoid accountability over her earlier statements.

With each passing day of silence, pressure mounts on Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan to either provide evidence or retract her claims. In the absence of that, the public — and the law — may begin to draw their own conclusions.
PoliticsProvide Evidences, Stop Diverting Attention– Netizens To Natasha After New Claim by Oluboh(op): 5:35am On Apr 18, 2025
In what’s becoming a troubling pattern of political performance, Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan appears to have mastered the art of public accusation — loud, sensational, yet consistently unbacked by evidence.

Barely 24 hours after former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello petitioned the Inspector General of Police over what he termed *malicious defamation* and inciting rhetoric by the senator, the nation awaited a response. But rather than honor the petition with facts or counter-evidence, Akpoti-Uduaghan chose the path of digital drama, posting yet another wild allegation on Facebook — this time suggesting a looming threat to her life and naming top political figures as culprits in advance.

Notably, she failed to address or deny the specifics of Bello’s petition — which included demands for retraction, apology, and a police invitation for her to prove her weighty claims about alleged assassination plots. Silence, it seems, is her only response when the spotlight shifts from the stage to the courtroom.

Instead, the senator now claims that her house was attacked the same night Bello’s petition made the headlines. A convenient coincidence or an attempt to redirect attention? Many observers are beginning to ask hard questions.

Her Facebook post reads:
*"Nigeria Police, I reiterate, should any harm befall me, Nigerian Senate President Godswill Akpabio, Ex Gov. Yahaya Bello & Gov. Usman Ododo of Kogi state should be held responsible."*
A grave accusation, yet again devoid of dates, evidence, witnesses, or formal complaints.

One wonders: Is this leadership or performance art? Is public safety being jeopardized for attention-grabbing narratives? In the court of public opinion, a thousand social media likes can never equal a single shred of proof.

If Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan indeed possesses credible information about threats to her life, shouldn’t she cooperate with law enforcement instead of defaulting to social media theatrics?

Until then, the senator risks losing credibility not because she speaks, but because she never proves.

Alleged Defamation: Bello Petitions IGP, Demands Natasha’s Arrest

The former governor also demanded retraction and public apology from the senator for the alleged defamatory statements.

Former Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, has petitioned the Inspector General of Police (IGP) over alleged defamatory statements made against him by Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan of Kogi Central District.

In the petition signed by his lawyer, N.A. Abubakar, to the IGP on Wednesday, Bello called on the police to invite Akpoti-Uduaghan to substantiate her allegations against him with credible evidence.

Where she fails to do so, cause her to be arrested and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of the law for criminal defamation, inciting public disturbance, and spreading false information injurious to public peace,” the lawyer wrote.

The former governor also wrote to Akpoti-Uduaghan, through his lawyer, R.O. Balogun, demanding retraction and public apology over the alleged defamatory statements made against him or face legal consequences.

The former Kogi governor claimed the female lawmaker during a homecoming event on April 1, 2025, in the Okehi Local Government Area of the state “maliciously” defamed him and levelled assassination allegations against him.

Bello said the said actions of the female senator contravened Section 24(1)(b) of the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, Etc.) Act, 2015.

“By accusing our client of plotting an assassination and naming him as a co-conspirator in a purported murder plot (with an attempt to disguise the killing as mob or ethnic violence), Sen. Akpoti-Uduaghan has:

“Gravely damaged our client’s reputation by portraying him as a violent and vengeful political actor and misled the public and tried to incite ethnic and political distrust, especially among clans of Ebiraland in particular and the people of Kogi Central in general.

“Brought his name into disrepute on the basis of an allegation so weighty that, if left unchallenged, could harm his political career and personal safety; and abused her parliamentary status and platform by propagating such falsehoods without evidence, in a very public and politically charged setting,” the solicitor said.

PoliticsAlleged False Report: Judge Threatens To Quit From Efcc’s Case Against Ali Bello by Oluboh(op): 8:29pm On Apr 14, 2025
Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court in Abuja, on Monday, threatened to send back the EFCC’s case file in the charge against Ali Bello, the Chief of Staff (CoS) to Kogi government, to the Chief Judge, Justice John Tsoho, for reassignment.

Justice Omotosho issued the threat following a complaint by Bello’s counsel, Abubakar Aliyu, SAN, accusing the EFCC of publishing untrue accounts of what transpired in court on the last adjourned date on its website against his client.

The News Agency of Nigeria, NAN, reports that the anti-graft agency filed the charges in 2022, accusing Bello and Dauda Sulaiman of fraud involving alleged diversion of funds from the Kogi State Government coffers.

While Bello is the 1st defendant, Sulaiman is the 2nd defendant in the 10-count charge marked: FHC/ABJ/CR/550/2022.

Aliyu had told the court that he had a complaint to make on his client’s behalf.

He said: “the prosecutor is subjecting my client (Bello) to mob justice by making publications” that were allegedly untrue.

The lawyer alleged that the publication, which was on EFCC’s website, was distributed to other social media.

“They (EFCC) said the 1st defendant made a payment of the house at Ikogosi Close in Maitama District and after he discovered that the house was under investigation by EFCC, he now returned the documents back,” Aliyu said.

He said his client told him that he did not buy the property contrary to the allegation.

The lawyer, who gave a copy of the printout to the court, also said that a copy had already been served on the commission’s counsel.

“What is your reaction counsel,” Justice Omotosho asked EFCC’s lawyer, Abbas Muhammed.

Responding after he went through the copy, Muhammed said he could not verify the authenticity at the moment.

“I have seen the publication. At this point my lord, I cannot verify. I will have to verify with the media team,” he said.

The judge then gave him the go-ahead to verify and report back to the court in the next adjourned date.

“I want to say this, on the reportage of this proceedings. I won’t take it if it continues this way.

“I am going to take all your files and send back to the CJ for reassignment.

“It is not only against the defendant but against the court,” the judge said.

“It is not only against the defendant but against the court,” the judge said.

Justice Omotosho said writing fictitious stories about court proceedings might make the public lose confidence in the court.

He said such action bordered on the integrity of the court.

“Now that this report is online, and if I now hold otherwise, how will the society sees it?

“You create wrong impression in the society.

“I can’t be put in the public for analysis on what happens in court.

“You have to go and report back. This is annoying,” the judge said.

Justice Omotosho, who acknowledged the presence of accredited journalists in court, emphasised on the need for accurate reportage of what transpired in court.

He likened it to the case of Rivers matter where some social media users attacked the court for its judgment which ruled in favour of Martins Amaewhule-led lawmakers after Gov. Siminalayi Fubara voluntarily withdrew his counter affidavit in the suit.

“I have had so much from social media.

“The day the Rivers matter was heard and the counsel applied to withdraw their application, I stood the matter down for one hour and 30 minutes to give the counsel the opportunity to consult, before he finally withdrew their counter affidavit,” he said.

Justice Omotosho said it was however a different arguments on social media as some were saying that the judge did not consider the application filed by Fubara in arriving at the decision.

“Let us stop this because it affects the integrity of the system,” he said.

Earlier, the EFCC lawyer, Muhammed, informed the court that the matter was slated for continuation of trial and that their 11th witness was in court.

Segun Adeleke, the 11th prosecution witness (PW-11) and the General Manager of EFAB Properties Ltd, was led in evidence by Muhammed.

“My schedule include recruitment, discipline, dismissal and more importantly, I head the team that concludes purchases of houses in the office,” he said.

Adeleke, who said he had been in the company for 28 years, said Chief Fabian Nwora is their chairman.

When the lawyer asked him if he knew a man called, Shehu Bello, the witness responded in affirmative.

The PW-11 said in 2020, Chief Nwora, his boss, sent for him.

He said when he got to his chairman’s office, he met Shehu Bello.

“Before then, they had discussed a property at Maitama, No 1, Ikogosi Spring Close, that Shehu Bello will come and make the payment of N500 million for the property,” he said.

The witness said Shehu Bello paid the dollars equivalent of N500 million and that he made the enquiry from a bureau de change operator to confirm.

When Muhammed asked Adeleke how the money was paid, he said: “The money was received in cash.”

He said the house located at Ikogosi, Maitama in Abuja was given “No. 1,” on the close because it was the first building on the close and the houses there were not numbered.

When asked if he had any other contact with Shehu Bello, the witness said: “Concerning our personal contact, it starts with the making of the payment. Every other contacts continue with my chairman.”

During cross examination, Aliyu, who represented Ali Bello, asked the witness if his client was Shehu Bello and he said: “No My lord.”

Also, Olusegun Jolaawo, SAN, who appeared for Sulaiman, the 2nd defendant, asked if his client was Shehu Bello and the PW-11 equally responded in the negative.

Justice Omotosho after discharging the witness from the witness box, adjourned the matter until May 7 and May 9 for continuation of trial.

PoliticsNatasha Akpoti, Team, Accused Of Forging Signatures In Plot To Ridicule Recall by Oluboh(op): 10:59am On Apr 13, 2025
Okene, Nigeria
A new political storm is brewing in Kogi Central, as Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan finds herself at the center of a damning controversy. What began as an outcry over allegedly forged signatures in a recall petition has now backfired, with mounting allegations that the senator and her team may have orchestrated the entire episode in a failed bid to discredit the recall process and paint themselves as victims.

The firestorm was ignited when Hamza Lamisi, Personal Assistant to Senator Akpoti, took to Facebook to share images of what he claimed were “forged signatures” submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) by a group seeking to recall the senator. Lamisi accused political opponents of fabricating the petition and urged INEC to be transparent and diligent in its vetting process.

However, the narrative quickly unraveled.

In a swift reaction, supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi Central pushed back hard, accusing Natasha’s camp of playing a calculated game. One APC supporter, commenting on the alleged leaked petition papers, said, “You people should tell your madam to change her pattern. This is too laughable and childish.”

He and others pointed out several inconsistencies in the petition documents shared by Lamisi. Chief among them were the irregular voter identification numbers (VINs) attached to names on the signature list. Some of the discrepancies included:

Ganiu Abdul – VIN has 17 digits

Natasha Ackrue – VIN has 19 digits

Ozigi Funny – VIN has 18 digits

Basit Amoto – VIN has 21 digits

Amoto Godwin – VIN has 20 digits

Whereas a valid VIN, as per Nigeria’s electoral database, should consistently be 19 digits in length, the list showed a worrying pattern of error and repetition. Even more suspicious, nearly all the 80 VINs reportedly began with the same prefix: 90FB18F – a statistical improbability that cast further doubt on the authenticity of the documents.

Critics now argue that the senator and her media team may have fabricated the forged list themselves and released it publicly to create the illusion that her political opponents were behind the forgery. “Forgery kids are only clever by half,” one supporter mocked online, suggesting that Natasha’s strategy has been “bursted.”

A critical question now echoing across public discourse is: How did Senator Natasha and her team gain access to petition documents allegedly submitted confidentially to INEC? Electoral documents submitted to INEC are not publicly available until verified and formally acknowledged by the Commission. Many observers believe it would be virtually impossible for the senator to access such documents unless her team orchestrated them. The implication, according to critics, is that the documents were never actually submitted but instead fabricated and released as part of a calculated political stunt.

Adding to the controversy, some Facebook users have recalled a video that trended weeks ago which allegedly showed individuals forging signatures. At the time, it was presented as evidence of malpractice against Natasha’s opponents. However, in light of recent events, the video is now being scrutinized under a new lens, with accusations that the video itself may have been staged by Natasha’s team as part of a broader campaign to undermine the recall effort and sway public sympathy.

In the absence of an official statement from INEC, many Kogi Central constituents and Nigerians at large are now calling for a thorough investigation into the origin of the documents, the video, and all parties involved.

As it stands, the tables appear to be turning on Senator Akpoti, with what was intended as a counterattack now being described as a political miscalculation. The scandal has further polarized the political atmosphere in Kogi Central, raising serious questions about integrity, desperation, and the extent to which politicians are willing to go to protect their seats.

With Nigeria watching closely, this may be one political game too many – and one forgery too far.

PoliticsBreaking: Sen. Natasha Denies Assassination Claims, Says It Was Said Out Of Fear by Oluboh(op): 9:16pm On Apr 11, 2025
Suspended Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has stirred national outrage — and now ridicule — after publicly accusing Senate President Godswill Akpabio of plotting her assassination, only to backpedal days later after Akpabio sued her for defamation, claiming her statement was merely an expression of fear.

The drama began when Natasha, in an unguarded moment on April 1 during her home coming event in Kogi State, made an outrageous and dangerous allegation: that Akpabio had conspired with former Kogi Governor Yahaya Bello to kill her and stage the hit as though it came from her own constituents. With zero evidence and no regard for the gravity of such a claim, she hurled this political bombshell in front of the cameras.

But when Akpabio responded with a formal petition to the Inspector General of Police — backed with legal firepower and copied to the Attorney General of the Federation — Natasha suddenly turned from fierce accuser to frightened victim. Her camp now says the assassination claim wasn’t an accusation at all, but just her way of expressing "fear."

Seriously?

In a country grappling with political tensions and insecurity, a serving senator falsely accusing the Senate President and a former governor of attempted murder is not only reckless — it is outright criminal. You don’t throw around allegations of assassination as if they’re campaign slogans. This is not a Nollywood script — it’s national security.

“The statement is a heinous lie... a deliberate attempt to damage my reputation, endanger my life, and incite political unrest,” Akpabio wrote in his petition, slamming the outburst as nothing but a “calculated act of blackmail and character assassination.”

Now, caught in a legal and moral trap of her own making, Natasha is flailing. Through her lawyer, Victor Giwa, she claimed she was simply “crying out” and that her comments were not intended to be taken as factual. In other words, she said it — but didn’t mean it.

This isn't just cowardly — it's dangerous.

If her words were true, she should be standing firm, showing evidence, and letting the justice system do its work. Instead, she's now retreating into a hollow narrative of fear, hoping Nigerians forget the severity of her original lie.

Worse still, she’s weaponizing her own suspension and the withdrawal of her security detail as further "proof" of persecution, ignoring the fact that suspended lawmakers don’t retain full privileges. Playing the victim card after flinging such serious accusations only worsens her credibility.

Let’s be clear: Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has embarrassed the Senate, trivialized the threat of political violence, and attempted to smear two public figures for her own political capital. This wasn’t a cry for help — it was a calculated attempt to play the public and twist the narrative.

Now the facts are catching up with her.

And if there's still justice in Nigeria’s democracy, there should be consequences. Loud ones.

PoliticsNatasha: How Could You Be Serving 6months Suspension, Yet Claim To Have Evidence by Oluboh(op): 8:43am On Apr 05, 2025
Sen. Natasha: How Could You Be Serving 6months Suspension, Yet Claim To Have Evidences

Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has again made headlines with explosive claims—this time, accusing Senate President Godswill Akpabio of sexual harassment and of conspiring with former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello in an alleged plot to assassinate her. She says she has evidence. But Nigerians have heard this before. The pattern is becoming too familiar: bold accusations, no clear proof.

Nigerians have begun to ask Sen. Natasha Akpoti key questions that demand answers:

1. If she truly has evidence against Akpabio, why didn't she present it to the panel during the hearing? Why didn't her witnesses, Ezekwesili and Co present any evidence during their visit to the Senate? Why hasn’t she presented it to the Senate or the courts to lift her 6-month suspension and reclaim her seat? Is she that unwise to be out of Senate for 6months while claiming to have evidences?

2. Why wait until she was facing disciplinary action for flouting Senate rules before raising these claims?

3. Why didn't she provide evidence when Reno Omokri accused her of blackmail and making false sexual harassment claims in the past? Why did she delete her video analysing how Reno Omokri tried to sexually exploit her? Why did she opt to settle the matter privately? Why did she beg a renowned clergy man to intervene and pay off Reno Omokri not to explode the story? Why hasn't she commented on the story since Reno Omokri recently accused her of making false emotional allegations against notable figures?

4. Why do her allegations always surface during political controversies but fade away without legal closure or verified documentation? Is this a pattern of avoiding accountability and capitalising on gullibility of Nigerians?

5. If the alleged threats to her life were credible, Why has there been no corroboration or support from independent witnesses, whistleblowers, or documents to back any of her serious allegations?

6. Why does she frequently turn to the media with explosive claims rather than follow through with legal and institutional channels? Why is she yet to file legal charges against Akpabio for sexual harassment and assassination plot?

7. What exactly is stopping her from releasing the evidence publicly if she believes transparency is on her side and the institutions are compromised?

8. Why is there never any documentation, recording, or witness testimony to back her serious claims?

Why do these accusations surface only when her political standing is under threat?
Why does she rarely pursue legal redress or provide clarity through formal channels—despite claiming to have all the necessary proof?

These repeated tactics raise uncomfortable but necessary questions about credibility. Are we witnessing a genuine pursuit of justice, or a calculated use of sensitive issues to distract from personal political liabilities?

These are not minor accusations. Sexual harassment and attempted assassination are deeply serious charges that deserve careful investigation. But when such claims come without supporting evidence—especially from someone in high public office—they risk becoming distractions rather than calls for justice.

Senator Natasha’s suspension by the Senate stemmed from what was widely regarded as an “unnecessary outburst” linked to seat reallocation—a procedural matter. Yet instead of addressing the issue through internal channels, she is now shifting the narrative with fresh allegations that conveniently paint her as the victim of a broader conspiracy.

If these claims are true, presenting the evidence should be her first priority—not media appearances, not sensational headlines.

The danger here is twofold:
First, it undermines the legitimacy of real victims who struggle to be heard. Second, it weakens public confidence in the institutions of governance by turning serious matters into political chess pieces.

Until then, her credibility remains on trial just as much as her claims.
