Religion / Truth About MIDNIGHT Prayers by oluboom(m): 2:17pm On Sep 14, 2017
Just to enlighten you about midnight prayers.
Most of us don't understand why it's important to pray in the midnight hour.

May these points open your eyes and change your life.

Truth about MIDNIGHT prayers:

1. MIDNIGHT is a time of transition, from one day to another. God can bring a transition in your life as you pray at MIDNIGHT.

2. MIDNIGHT is a time of great spiritual activity, both good and evil. Destinies of man are shaped and interrupted at MIDNIGHT. If you are not shaping your destiny at MIDNIGHT, then somebody may interrupt your life at MIDNIGHT.

3. At a natural level great victories have been won when nations were caught by surprise as their armies were asleep at MIDNIGHT. Satan launches attacks at MIDNIGHT: he feeds people in their dreams at MIDNIGHT; he rapes others as they are asleep at MIDNIGHT, etc.

4. Great calamities are spiritually effected at MIDNIGHT. God had to wait until midnight to execute judgment on Egypt: (Exodus 11:4-6) Then Moses said, “Thus says the LORD: ‘About MIDNIGHT I will go out into the midst of Egypt; and all the firstborn in the land of Egypt shall die, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sits on his throne, even to the firstborn of the female servant who is behind the hand mill, and all the firstborn of the animals."

5. Midnight is the time people are most vulnerable to spiritual attacks. It is the hour when enemies lay siege and render people defenseless. It is also the time that you can launch a deadly, surprise attack on your enemies’ camp.

6. As a Christian, you can break open closed doors as you pray at MIDNIGHT. Samson lay low till MIDNIGHT; then he arose at MIDNIGHT, took hold of the doors of the gate of the city and the two gateposts, pulled them up, bar and all, put them on his shoulders, and carried them to the top of the hill that faces Hebron. (Judges 16:3)

7. Mysterious things happen the most at MIDNIGHT. Have you lost anything or anyone very dear to you under mysterious circumstances? Chances are that the operation was carried out at the MIDNIGHT hour. Remember the harlot in Solomon’s time who lost her child by sleeping on it at MIDNIGHT and at MIDNIGHT she stole her friend’s child:
1 Kings 3:20 And she arose at MIDNIGHT, and took my son from beside me, while your handmaid slept, and laid it in her bosom, and laid her dead child in my bosom.

8. Great spiritual transactions happens at MIDNIGHT. Solomon got wisdom from God at MIDNIGHT. If you are not receiving something good at midnight, then chance are high that there are evil changes happen against you at MIDNIGHT.

9. Very wicked operations happen at MIDNIGHT but we can change that. We must arise and fight. We must wake up and pray. If we do, we can have great impact in our societies and churches.

10. David, the man who never lost a single battle in all his life, has this to say:
At MIDNIGHT, I will rise and give thanks to You, because of your righteous judgments. (Psalm: 119:62)
What excuse do you have? Do you say, “I wish I arise but I’ll be tired”? Do you have a busier schedule than that of King David (president of the nation of Israel?). I don’t think so.

11. Do you know better than what Paul and Silas knew? Who praised and worshipped God at MIDNIGHT:
But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. Suddenly there was a great earthquake so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were loosed. (Acts 16:25-26)

12. MIDNIGHT is the best time to make serious intercession:
And He said to them, “which of you shall have a friend, and go to him at MIDNIGHT and say to him, ‘Friend, lend me three loaves; for a friend of mine has come to me on his journey, and I have nothing to set before him;’ And he will answer from within and say, ‘Do not trouble me; the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give it to you’? I say to you, though he will not rise and give to him because he’s his friend, yet because of his persistence he will rise and give him as many as he needs.” (Luke 11:5-cool

13. Praying at MIDNIGHT is a sacrifice that will not go unrewarded. God sees our desperation through the sacrifices we make to Him.
.........................................................
You are blessed. Be strong, you can do it. Set your alarm for midnight prayers.

Health / Ondo State Govt Confirms Five Cases Of Lassa Fever by oluboom(m): 10:23am On Jun 23, 2017
The Ondo State government has confirmed five cases of Lassa fever in two local government areas of the state.

Taye Oni, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Health, confirmed the development in Akure on Wednesday.

Dr. Oni said that the five cases were reported in Akoko Southwest and Owo LGAs.

He added that the state government has immediately reactivated the disease notification and surveillance mechanism in order to contain its spread.

"We have a 56-year-old male, a 47-year-old female and two other persons in Akoko Southwest," Dr. Oni said. "This is not the usual time it occurs in Ondo State. It usually occurs during the dry season and is limited to Owo and Ose.

"But the state government is doing its best to contain the recorded cases, as the patients have been isolated to prevent further spread of the disease.

"We have also embarked on aggressive contact tracing and sensitization of the people - not just in Owo and Ose areas, but across the state - on possible ways of prevention and precautions.

"We have always run to Irrua Specialists Hospital in Edo State, but the facility is now overwhelmed with so many cases across the country and that is why we are collaborating with the Federal Medical Centre in Owo," he explained.

Education / Kwara Governor Renames State University To Sola Saraki University by oluboom(m): 7:41pm On May 17, 2017
Abdulfatah Ahmed, the Governor of Kwara State, has renamed the state University after former Kwaran Senator and political leader, Dr Abubakar Olusola Saraki.

The Governor made this pronouncement at the launching of Sola Saraki Educational Foundation in Ilorin on Wednesday.

According to the Governor, the University will now be known as Sola Saraki University and promised that all arrangements to that effect would be finalised before the end of the year.
Ahmed, on behalf of the state executive council, also donated N15 million for the the take-off of the foundation.

The Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki, represented by Alhaji Abubakar Kawu Baraje, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, (APC) in the state, in his address, commended the conveners of the foundation and pledged his moral, financial and physical support to its sustainability.

He also charged members of the foundation to ensure that the legacy of the late political icon lives on, particularly in the areas of health and education.

The Speaker of the state Assembly, Dr Ali Ahmad, recalled the outstanding contributions and assistance the late Saraki rendered to Nigerians without questioning their backgrounds.

The Chairman, Board of Trustees of the Foundation, Chief Tunji Arosanyin who had called for the renaming of the state University after the late politician, also extolled the virtues of the late political icon, describing him as “a man who impacted on many lives.”

In 1977, Olusola Saraki, the father of the current Senate President of Nigeria, Senator Bukola Saraki, was elected as a member of the Constituent Assembly that produced the 1979 constitution.

In 1979 he was elected a Senator of the Second Republic, and became Senate Leader.

In 1983 Saraki was re-elected into the Senate on the National Party of Nigeria (NPN) platform.

In 2003, he supported his son Bukola Saraki as candidate for governor of Kwara state, and his daughter Gbemisola R. Saraki as senator for Kwara State Central.

He was the chairman of the Societe Generale Bank (SGBN), a bank investigated by both the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency and Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for money laundering and its license was subsequently suspended.

Olusola Sakari died on Wednesday 14 November 2012 in Lagos at the age of 79 after a losing a battle with cancer.

The university was established by the administration of his son, Dr. Bukola Saraki, as the Governor of Kwara state in 2009.

Music/Radio / Re: Princess Vitarah: "I Want 20 Inches Dick" (Video) by oluboom(m): 2:36am On May 17, 2017
winkmart:
In her new visuals titled "I Want 20 Inch D*ck", Princess Vitarah who made her debut in the Nigerian music scene in March, 2016 with a contentious song titled 'Nigerian P***y' has done it again with another sensational video.

The rapper advocated for a huge manhood she could feel in her head once it enters her body and she also bragged about her expertise in administering mouth action.

In a solo video appearance, she showcases the Nigerian flag in the background with several cucumber fruits flaunted in a s*xually suggestive manner.

Princess Vitarah has been heavily bashed by Nigerian puritans who found her songs dirty, erotic and crude but she seems unstoppable.

In an interview, she narrates she was born in the States but that her family moved back to Lagos, Nigeria and her family’s village, Arochukwu — when she was little.

She lived in Houston, Texas for a while before arriving in Los Angeles last summer. “I knew that L.A. is really really competitive and I wanted to try and figure out how I could stand out from all the millions of other artists that are here,” she told a journalist.

Romance / Hello Single Spiritual Brother by oluboom(m): 7:25am On May 14, 2017
Hello Single Spiritual brother..

Calvary greetings I bring to you.
I have heard of your single state and decided to write to you about the things that has made you single till now..

First, bros..
Decency is good but there's nothing attractive about wearing an oversized black coat on top a bogus red shirt and a heavily huge blue tie with a trouser large enough to serve as bedsheet for my entire village.

I know you can pray like Elijah, I know you have all the gifts of the spirit but it's woman you'll marry na, not spirit. So your packaging matters kwa. It's not all about inner content. Package the inner spiritual man well with outer beauty and class.
You cannot be dressing like one illiterate from Congo and you're wooing a sister than is a bank manager. Bros, check it na, it's not fair..

And yes, I also know you've read the Bible back to back. I know, but understand that when you take a sister out on a date, it's not bible study or prayer meeting. It's a date; talk about things like vision, fun, dreams, social issues, ETC.

Learn about other things, be updated, read books, see TV series, follow conversations on social media, be intelligent in conversations biko..

And see eh..
When you love a lady, don't go and just tell her that God said she's your wife.
Is that all the reason you'd want her?
You sef you no follow see her awesomeness?
Compliment her biko..
Tell her there's just no woman like her..
Don't quote Bible while wooing her. Lol
If you must quote Bible, let it be from songs of Solomon..
Talk like a man, a natural man.
Look her in the eye and communicate how you feel..

And biko remember to wear a nice cologne. There's nothing holy about having a body odour no matter how much you speak on tongues..

Uhmm,
Telling your pastor to talk to a lady for you eh, that thing is childish. Na pastor wan marry am?
Approach a woman yourself o. Talk to her. Sending your father in the lord to talk to her makes you look immature. She wants a confident man not some timid spiritual man.

Buy her gifts, not just Bible. She has Bible already na. Buy her chocolate, phone, clothes, shoes, just buy her something relatable to her, not bible. I'm not saying Bible is not good but she has Bible na.

If you're always saying everything that is fine is demonic like lipstick, classy clothes, good living and ETC, you'll bore and irritate her. If everything is a sin, wetin person wan enjoy again for this life?

Conclusively, Spiritual brother.
Learn to make a woman laugh.
Learn to be less serious sometimes.
We are not yet in heaven, having some lovely time and fun is not evil..
You can hold hands with her and give her a hug when she's worried..
If won't steal your salvation..

There are lots of things to still say, but as times goes I will write to you on these matters that concern your single state.

Sisters share it with spiritual brother....
