Tomsss: Please how were you able to resolve this, I’m having the same problem right now. Hello, in a nutshell, make sure the files you're supposed to upload are not corrupt, and the size is not more than 200kb each. This would work once you have done your PUF. I have attached the screenshot of the acknowledgement that the application was submitted successfully.

Emiluv0001: Please any Uk Nurse who has gone through the Cgfns evaluation? How were you able to verify using the Validation form sent for evaluation? I have done that using my NMC Account but the validation form sent to my application status is still there and I don’t know what to do about it. I don't know what is wrong with NMCN Portal. After making payment for the License Verification, we are unable to successfully send the application. It is coming up with an error page. Anyone who has recently passed through this stage successfully should please put us through. This is for CGFNS. Thank you. |

tescie: Hello everyone, hope you're all having a good day?
I just stumbled on this forum 2 days ago, and it's exactly what I've been looking for (I can't believe it took me this long). My interest is mainly on relocating to the US. I applied with Avant and was scheduled for the interview but after the interview I wasn't selected to move forward, and I wasn't happy sincerely. But instead of wallowing in my disappointment I decided I was going to write NCLEX by myself even though I had just little to no information on how to go about it, and then I found this platform. I've gotten a great amount of knowledge in just these few days by just going through the messages here, although that's good but it's still not enough. My only request is if there's anyone who's also on the same path as me (maybe about to start or is far ahead), Ill really appreciate to talk to the person(s) because I have so many questions (dem say person wey dey ask question no dey miss road). Please you can respond to my message or contact me through my mail tessiedulcie@gmail.com, thank you. The easiest and fastest route to becoming a USRN now is by applying for cgfns qualifying exam. You can sit for the exam in Nigeria. Once you're able to pass the qualifying exam and have your IELTS overall 6.5, it is easy to get your visascreen certificate. The truth of the matter is, once you pass d cgfns qualifying exam, there are lots of agencies that will accept u from that point. Then when you get to the US, you can prepare for NCLEX as you work as an assistant nurse. To get a visa to the countries where NCLEX is being done, as a Nigerian, is not so easy at this time. At that point, it could be frustrating. Anyways, weigh your options well. Thank you! |

Rukajumbo: Good morning here, pls who has done NMCN verification for CGFNS recently, heard is done online now, my question is that how do we send the CGFNS Verification form to NMCN? We tried it online but it wasn't going through. I think it will be necessary to contact nmcn on phone to give us a clarification on that. No full information yet on nmcn license verification for cgfns. |

bivoprad: From my personal experience- Westway, O'Grady, avant are not taking nigerian nurses without Nclex Shearwaters do not take nurses without BNSC. I suggest applying to those agencies tho and get their response because they treat individual case differently If you have your NCLEX, i really recommendconnecticsUSA. Actually, last year August, Westway paid for my wife's cgfns qualifying exam registration. I was surprised! We were told that she will do NCLEX when she gets to the US. And since cgfns qualifying exam and IELTS could be used to get visascreen certificate, the whole family can relocate on US Resident visa without NCLEX. |

Awesome, I am interested in the plug please, though for US cgfns. Thanks. vickyehi: Finally got a new nmcn plug. You can send me a dm. The person usually gets it done in an average time of 1week (all things being equal).
Good luck to everyone on the journey |

Apple19: Good day all, pls I need help. My credentials are with CGFNS already for verification. I pray it comes back soon. My question is, since i will be travelling to write Nclex on my own (cos I have a US Visa). Will I still need to have this 100+ bed experience to get an agent to file for me and family (am married) after I passed the exam?
And for the veterance who have passed through it, what will you advice at this stage? As O'grady wants IELTS and am writing with Texas BoN that doesnt require this. Please kindly put me through. Thanks Once you have passed NCLEX-RN, you stand a very good chance of getting a sponsor(employer). So focus on getting nxclex trashed. Secondly, you will still have to meet the test of english requirement, in order to get your visa screen certificate but i will advise u to leave that for now. What you need now is to ensure you are able to get the Authorization To Test (ATT). |

barbiee: They submitted the form all right but there was a mistake on my part. Council doesn't want to correct the mistake because it didn't come from them and cgfns won't process my application unless they get the correct data directly from council so you see the problem? I just have to start all over and avoid the same mistake, I would have said it here but it's a personal thing. It is my prayer that God will crown your efforts with good success. Remain strong Barbiee |

barbiee: I decided to let my application expire and start all over again since Nursing council has refused to cooperate with me. Yesterday, I was able to read through the posts on this thread, from the initial page down to the last page, and I am thinking of pursuing the Texas BON regigistration for her, since there is no requirement for Test of English. Moreover, I have a sister there who is working as a Registered Nurse, precisely in Galveston. I'm planning to talk to her. But from your experience, is it worth pursuing? If not, we should just face the registration with CLPNA. |
Travel › Re: Nigerian Nurses And Midwives With The Dream Of Working Abroad Let's Meet Here. by Olumike7: 12:31am On Mar 16, 2017 |
barbiee: @olumike17 let her register for both LPN and RN, she has a higher chance of getting a favourable report for LPN unlike RN and it would be a waste of time for her to choose just RN and discover later that she didn't meet the requirements then have to start all over again for LPN, if she decides to choose both now it will be killing 2 birds with 1 stone. Thanks a lot Barbiee, i will definitely follow your advice. Av been following ur post, what happened to ur BON registration? Did u just prefer to drop it. Just being curious. I think Canada will b better to try out. |

Hello folks, i will like to sincerely appreciate the effort of Barbie and the likes in getting people informed here. My wife is a Registered Nurse with 15 years of experience in FMCA. We have a plan of getting her registered in Canada. I am familiar with d process but my challenge is wether she should pursue an LPN Registration or she should go for RN Registration. She graduated from a Nigerian School of Nursing and Midwifery. She doesnt have a Bsc Nursing. Your kind and sincere analysis will be appreciated. Thanks. |
