For your own good, pls, do not show your publisher ID as its against the Google adsense TOS and do not share your adsense email publicly as there have been reported cases of adsense hack recently, you can't trust everyone you meet on the internet...

if you want Google AdSense hosted account, you can get that within a week, max.. you just apply thru YouTube...

but if you need a normal account, you apply through www.google. com/adsense, you'll fill the form with your details but your website needs to comply with the Google AdSense policies before they can accept you.

old AdSense blogs stand a better chance to get accepted with original quality contents.

the pro of hosted acct is dt you will get accepted easily
the con: you can't make use of it on .com domains unless you upgrade.
you can always upgrade at any point in time when u feel your website satisfies their policy...

the normal acct has no constraints.

about page views, some say it does matter, some say it doesn't, but its much better if you have a steady supply of visitors. Web search visitors most preferably.
