Please what does it mean when you receive this message from VFS?

"The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No. XXXXXXXXX has been received from the IRCC Office on Wed Sep 07 2022 at the Canada Visa Application Centre, Abuja CVO and is ready for collection. For details on the location and hours of operation of our VAC, please refer to our website at: https://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/Nigeria. Please note this is an auto-generated e-mail. Please do not reply to this email."

I sent my documents from Lagos.

Does it mean that my passport has arrived in Lagos or does it mean it has finished processing in Abuja and it is returning to Lagos?

Please help.

Hello, this happened to me. I sent my passport to Abuja on Thursday and received it today saying i need to make balance payment , as transmission fee is NGN10,400.
I dont know what to do anymore, if i should just drop off my passport at VAC Lagos. My school resumption date was extended for me to September 7th but I am also worried that I may not meet it.

I got a call from a Dhl Abuja agent that my file was returned from vfs Abuja because I didn’t pay N9410 for transmission fee .

I got no messages from vfs. On calling the same number back, another person picked up and he asked for my tracking number and he said the current update was that my package was delivered and signed for by Canada vfs .

I didn’t pay for Dhl 2- way courier. I paid for the one-way return fee and attached the receipt . I’ve tried mailing vfs, no response . Has anyone been in this situation before ?

This is my timeline:

I applied June 7, 2022
Biometrics: June 10, 2022
Review of medical results: July 29, 2022

Eligibility - Not reviewed
Background check - Not reviewed too

Good afternoon all,

I gained admission to Concordia University of Edmonton and I am supposed to resume Aug 31 submit my school permit and my passport and start classes on September 2. I am yet to get a response from IRCC and the school has insisted that those dates cannot be changed and they won't even allow me to defer for another session. I have raised a GCMS note so I am waiting for feedback.

I am so confused about what to do because if the visa arrives I can't resume this session.

Please advise.
