What God cannot do does not exist.

I started trying out for baby 2 when baby one clocked a year.

I knew it may be a struggle since I have massive mass of fibroids around my cervix.

Prior to then, the gynaecologist had told me that except I go for surgery, I may not have a baby.

So the struggles and prayers began.

fast forward Dec 2018, I missed my period!!!

Hurray!!! I was happy! The morning sickness and all of that started. After 6 weeks, I started bleeding... I bled for about a week but I refused to give up.

The preg signs and symptoms stopped.

I informed my DH. We advised yourself not to go for scan. We kept believing that the pregnancy is intact.

I didn't go for scan until 27th week when I was to travel out of town. Behold my brethren, the 3D scan read 20 weeks oh!

I refused to believe, I did scan in three other places same thing! How come? What happened? I couldn't believe it o!

That's how I had to endure the pain of losing 7 weeks just like that.

Fast forward week 35 ANC doctor asked that I bring my 38 weeks scan result and gave a particular high tech lab I must go.

By 37 weeks, I felt unwell and decided to go for the scan o.

My sisters, I had excess of amniotic fluid, the fibroids had grown bigger and covered my pelvics completely.

Week 38 I was supposed to go for ANC I began to stool every 2 hours. I sha managed to go for my ANC.

Doctor asked if there was any complain, I said no oh! Except that I've been stooling since 2am.

He checked me and said; you need to go home to bring your things.

That's how it started o. Called for my things to be brought ; i was admitted, and CS was done the next day.

Prior to then my elective was scheduled for 26th Oct ( between 38-39 weeks) but my LO decided to come earlier than planned at 37W5days.

For these trusting God for the fruit of the womb, God no go shame you. You will carry your baby.

For my waddling mama's you will all carry your baby, breastfeed them, sing for them and enjoy motherhood in grand style in Jesus name.

Adeboye should go and die. People like him kept us where we are now. Does he not know that Nigeria needs restructuring in 2015, does he not know that Buhari is evil but because his son is VP he used sentiment to kick GEJ out now he is telling us of restructuring. Does he not know how pained we were when he visited Buhari in London? Now Buhari have used them (Adeboye, Tinubu Osinbajo etc) to win re-election and now place them in their rightful place, they are shouting restructuring and sponsoring protest. Where was Adeboye when all the massacre in Benue, Plateau etc was ongoing? Thunder will fire Adeboye and Co.

Adeboye cannot tell us that blocking major highways completely and defyin curfew is peaceful protest. Soldiers that went to Lekki toll gate did not go there to stop protest, protesters have been there for over 2 weeks, they went there to enforce a curfew. I condemn live bullets but that was the only option available to the gov't seeing how violence have taken over the protest. What do you expect a gov't to do when policemen are being killed, police stations being burnt etc. They had to find the easy way out. We need law and order for now. In 2023 we will be wise enough to choose a better President.

I'm aware some family's tradition is to take the child to the eldest persons/ grand parents house for naming; it may be difficult for you to differ them.

But think of this:
(1) The insecurity as a result of the protest.

Will you rather endanger your wife and your new born baby because of family tradition?

At most, let a delegate from Ibadan come over to Lagos for this purpose.


After all said and done, the choice is yours.

But someone also said test strips does not show positive until after a missed period. Am I just being too anxious?

Have I been wrong before? Yes. In fact many times but have I been right? Yes! In all of my pregnancies.

As a born again Christian who is meant to speak the truth at all times, i think banning sars Is wrong and we should learn to live with their excesses. Majority of present yahoo boys are future armed robbers. What do you expect someone who doesn't have any skill than stealing from people to resort to when yahoo stops paying? They either commit suicide or turn to armed robbery just to live above their means. This is why i blame we Christians for encouraging this menace called yahoo boys. Even in churches the pastors don't care if you scam or rob people as long as you bring money to their temple. How many Muslims are involved in yahoo? How many Northerners have SARS operatives harassed? Are there no sars in the north, why are northerners not complaining like we southerners? Wify just got bfp. She is six weeks gone.

We have been ttcing for four years.

She had a miscarriage once at six weeks and later did a fibroid surgery in November 2018.

Please can someone enlighten me on how things are done here so I can follow up.

I intend to be here throughout this journey so I can get information that will help us get through this.

We planned to register her for antenatal at 12 weeks.

Congratulations to you and your wife.

Please do not wait until she's 12 weeks to register for ANC.

I will advice that she stay off stressful jobs/ chores especially ones that entails bending and squatting.

Register her in a good hospital that specialises on mother and child care services.

Encourage her to stay away from sugar and baked foods.

One thing I do often is to SPEAK TO MY UNBORN CHILD.

She'll be fine and it will end in praise in Jesus name.

NB: As a mum with high risk pregnancy( Huge masses of fibroid ); I constantly have to rest; watch comedy / movies that relaxes my mind, meditate and pray.

Accidents usually can be preventable ( if there is a good safety culture by employee's concerned ) which is where incidents comes in. Incidents are near misses which did not lead to loss of life, time, or property.
often this events are not recorded and dismissed as insignificant whereas they serve as major backdrop to accident causation and prevention.
