Apapa is in Lagos but it's Ogun State that shares boundary directly with Benin Republic from where rice, turkey and many other things are imported. l know a retired customs officer who stays at Sango Ota, Ogun State (where Obasanjo stays) who buys things from Benin Rep. almost every week.
