Politics › Re: FG May Dump Ribadu Report On Oil Industry. by Omexonomy: 9:19am On Feb 05, 2013
Gbawe: Look, stop following others around you worthless cretin. This development, with the disgraceful handling of the Ribadu report, is the sort making the entire world converge in criticism of Nigeria's current leadership. Many areas of National administration are in crisis. When workable solutions are suggested, the entire world has the displeasure of watching the Nigerian government, elected to deliver solutions, playing 'enemy of progress' by discrediting/ignoring those solutions that can turn things around for Nigeria. This is why many, even beyond Nigeria, are now exasperated with "fresh air" and "Mr.Transformation".

Yet clannish and reprehensible folks like you find it expedient to make everything about the "propaganda" of other posters. I just always wonder how people like you were raised to be so mentally unhealthy to the extent you can never rise above biases and affiliations enough to ever call a spade a spade. Ribadu stated Nigeria is the only major world supplier of crude selling its endowment through traders.

He suggested this practice, long rejected by others, must stop because it only abets corruption and aids lack of transparency plus mire our oil sector in sleaze and poor accountability. GEJ could demand that this odious practice stops instantly if a solutions provider. He has not done anything and sane folks, throughout the world, even if you are too clannish to be included in that category, must wonder why.

Furthermore, other equally important suggestions were ignored. Yet you can only dishonestly, disgracefully and myopically make this about "propaganda" on a blog when important issues concerning the future of a nation is discussed. Is it "propaganda" GEJ has ignored the solutions suggested? Is it propaganda that 3 months of inaction over the Ribadu report is 3 months of self-inflicted lack of progress for Nigeria? Yet on another topic, your ilk will blame the West for all Nigeria's problem.

I really dislike having to view someone like you as a fellow Nigerian. A Nigerian you are not. A highly clannish and biased person you are. Nothing else explains your jingoistic and biased stance on every issue that makes you comment inanely.
are these your best insult you have in arsenal of war of lies if so i pity you. But how are you and ur fellow drunkerd going to earn ur salary for drinking raw enthanol including seun. If the subsidy report is implemented petrol will sell for 150 per litter. I'm not saying that Obama, Hillary or John Kerry are the best but they're in the top 5%. In Nigeria we have people that are not even in the top 50% ruling the country.

Politics › Re: The Mediocrity In The Nigerian Government by Omexonomy: 10:21pm On Feb 01, 2013
Afam4eva: I just watched the farewell speech of the US secretary of state, Hillary Clinton and it just hit me that this she contested against Barrack Obama for the democratic ticket but lost. The person she's passing the baton to, John Kerry was also a democratic presidential candidate who contested against George W Bush. This is just a commentary of the level of intellectuals and experienced people that are heading various agencies in the US. President Barack Obama is not necessarily more intelligent than these two people. They're as intelligent and experienced is not more than the current American president. Obama himself knows what these people have got to offer, that's why he's brought them in to solidify and contribute their wealth of experience to the benefit of America. This goes to show that this is a country where the very best hands are sort after irrespective of the differences that may exist between them...

Nigeria on the other hand, is a country where people who don't have the per-requisite knowledge to run a small business find themselves in the corridor of power. We see a situation whereby a relatively experienced person wants to contest to become a president of governor and he picks a dummy(no offense) to be his vice. he picks someone who's just there to be a figure head without having the know-how to run such an office. These people are mostly picked in other not to pose a challenge to the main man. But sometimes something happens and this deputies become the governor of the state leaving the state at the mercy of luck. It happened in Bayelsa with Goodluck Jonathan, and in Oyo with Alao Akala. The very few deputies that have tried to assert their authority have been shown the way out. It happened with that lady that was Tinubu's vice...

Why can't we have a president and a deputy president that are almost at par in intelligence and experience and can compliment each other. They'll rather go to Bayelsa to pick some who has goodluck and which has gotten him to the level that he is and not because he has any precedence in governance. Why will a Yaradua who was the governor of Katsina state and achieved nothing been brought to lead the largest black nation in the world. Are we dummies that someone who said we should learn to live with bokoharam is our president and someone whose wife makes such ridiculous statements as "Ojukwu may be gone but his manhood lives on". is this a joke of a country? When are we going to have the Soyinkas, Fawehimnis, Suludos, Akunyilis, Iwealas, El Rufais, Fasholas, Chimes become the president of this country rather than people who are clueless and have no idea of what it takes to runa country and only want to learn on the job. When are we going to put square pegs in square holes. When are we going to get rid of mediocre in government?

mastercee: GEJ is richer than IBB, Abacha, OBJ, Abusalami and Yara'dua

IBB stole $12billion
Sani Abacha stole $6b
Abusalami Stole 4billion
OBJ stole $16b
Yara'dua stole $18bllion
GoodLuck Jonathan has stole $67 billion so far.

This amount represent major scam recorded in their various regimes. We accuse IBB of the Gulf oil windfall of $12billion that went missing under his regime. We accuse OBJ of $16billion electricity project money that went missing during his tenure. We accuse Abacha of $6billion swiss back account. We say Abusalami stole $4billion during his time (We forgave him by saying... its ok, he ended military regimes). Yara'dua's cabal stole $18billion during his time in the hospital. $67billion so far has gone missing under Jonathan.

If you say each other presidents got 50% of the missing money..... IBB= $6billion,
OBJ = $8billion,
Abacha =$5billion(in full).
Yaradua = $8billion.
Abusalami = $2billion.
Jonathan = $33 billion

Jonathan is big fraud. Say NO to criminals.
