U may also be stucked at the job cause t’s also a tough gig to get out of. Hard to attend maybe another interview when you are stuck waiting for a load a 1000 miles away.

Abeg this police clearance certificate. Is it advisable to do it before getting an ITA. Our score sits at 445 now cause hubby who is the principal applicant maxed out his IELtS. But we cant register into the pool his Iqas transcript hasn't been processed yet. It was delivered since October 26 last year 2018.IQAS it's that bad. Well we ve started gathering documents small by small 445 no be moi moi score abeg. So amongst gathering documents can we go get the PPC down also. Hope it doesn't expire. I am guessing we Wld get ITA sometimes in April or may. Cause Iqas has decided to be unfortunate with their time frame

Hehhe IQAS FOLKS (Lawyers ) OHHH.EDAKUN , BIKONU . Our Scores Sits pretty at 447 but its kinda just stucked in the middle. who sent transcript and documents to IQAS delivered Oct and has received first acknowledgment mail. I am beginning to worry ohh.My Beloived University processed my husband transcript and my husband documents sent at once to IQAS and it was delivered to IQAS OCtober 23rd at exactly 2:15 pm cause i tracked it. it took just three days. Since November ending, we have been checking mail and no show or sign of first acknowledgment receipt. I logged in to the new IQAS tracking portal and still no sure Info as regards the Application received status. My husband smashed the November ending IELTS and this is making our score sit at 447 but without IQAS feedback, we cant proceed since Hubby is the principal applicant.

EI is employment Insurance, it's for when you lose your job to no fault of your own

CPP also caps out every year so you don't pay it indefinitely, just to your cap. The first $3,500 you make is CPP exempt, you contribute 4.95% of every dollar you earn after that until you max out at $2,593.80 for 2018.

EI caps out at $858.22

So let me just chip this in. I hear.r people say na tax go kill you bla bla, .And I just shake my head as many people are ignorant of how tax system work i don't think it's that bad or that back beaking

When it comes to Taxes in Canada many people are misinformed. You always take a raise. You make out with more than staying where you are. Same as overtime, you weight the pros and cons, and it should never be a tax decision since you always end up ahead.

Marginal Tax brackets work like this. (all numbers are made up for simplicity since I don't have a calculator.)

Tax Bracket 1: 0-12K - 0% tax.

So for example if you make 11k you pay $0.

​

Tax Bracket 2: 12,001-20,000 - 15% tax.

So for example if you make 15K. The first 12K is in bracket 1 = $0. The remaining 3K is in bracket 2. 3K@15% = $450 in tax owing. NOT 15K x 15% = $2,250 in tax.

Tax Bracket 3: 20,001-45,000 - 25% tax.

Just do urself good and go for ices , and just ensure it school sends the transcript on time . If there isn't delay from ur school ur tanscript will be processed faster. Reason being that I applied for transcript from my school 13th Sept it arrived at ices 19th Sept and as at today ices sent tracking to my mail that it will be delivered to my contact address in Canada , o am currently tracking and it will be delivered in the next 45 mins, no Waec hassles ,no verification headache.

I paid ICES with my gtb debit card 226dolls equivalent dededucted the conversion was abt 298dolls sef to one naira for GTB card. It was a very smooth transcription no hassles

House Biko Nu, I have my IELTS and ECA ready, I am the MAIN APPLICANT. I am still awaiting my husband ECA from IQAS.and we all know as IQAS can be as regards delay. My question is cant i get registered in the EE pool now then when my husband ECA is ready, I go edit and Input it.

If the House advice that i can go ahead with this, what am I suppose to fill in this case, should I fill NO for husband ECA report then when its ready i go to edit and then i fill the ECA Number
