Pls I need your contribution to this,I got a request from ircc on d 30th of Sept to send updated loa within 30 days,and I sent my enrolment letter because I had started fall semester online and my school said they don't issue another loa since I didnt defer that I should send enrolment letter instead,now i got a mail from nairobi document today that I ahd send updated loa with a future start date so they can conclude my application.
Nb-it was written on my loa that it expires on d 15th of Sept(which is d start of fall term) which I guess it's why they requested for an updated one.

This is unfortunate. The time to even submit her passport has even elapsed. Now we know the details na to go DHL make complaints cos me sef never submit my own sef na prayer I dey pray. The gurus here will advise you on the next step to follow through.

Yes he's right I for say transfer the money as gift deed but a gift deed from a stranger is also questionable. So you have to justify the amount sent to you with proper documentation.

Since COVID. Physical applications have been suspended. One can only apply online. It uncanny how she left her passport after going for biometrics except she applied pre-covid-19 period. If not there's something wrong maybe there's been a mistake. Or she forget it the day she went for her biometrics. If she submitted online and she was approved. She will be requested to submit her passport for stamping and even then she can't submit it in person she have to make us of the courier services. So it's up to the family to determine what really happened to her passport and how it got missing.

Hello, Please I am asking this question to help sort out my cousin's issues. I honestly don't know anything about Canada waka, someone directed me here so please assist us. She applied for Visa since May, till date nothing. we have written them but they said its slow because of covid. Now they are at the verge of requesting that they return the passport "we no do again" a mail has been sent to the school for refund. I told them to hold on and let me hear from those who know about this application process.

God dey sha, las las na to give us lamba say you dey busy abi you just join the thread. regardless, If you sent you passport to abuja you should get it in a week excluding Saturday and Sundays. Usually takes longer in lagos (up to 2 weeks or more). The preferred way is to put all the required documents in a brown envelope and send it via courier.

How I sent my Passport to Abuja.

I did my Biometrics in Lagos but I sent my passport to Abuja,
So I had to pay a transmission fee of NGN 8,920 to this account
CANADA LOGISTIC COLLECTION ACCOUNT (a/c no 0065165839) sterling bank.

I bought a fresh brown envelope and added the following documents, so follow:

- Your International Passport itself (That your passport !!)

- Print only 1 copy of the transmission fee payment receipt and put in your envelope

- 2 copies of your passport data page (I printed it in colored copy)

- Those stapled papers that was given to you after the completion of your Biometrics (if you don't have it. It's not necessary)

- The PPR letter (1 copy)

- 2 copies of the Consent form (I filled and signed the second page only) . Download the consent from here: https://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/dominicanrepublic/pdf/Consent-Form-TTS-English.pdf


- A plain sheet of paper where you can write your address and phone number (this is not really needed though, but I added it)
NOTE: I paid for 2 ways Courier at DHL and insured it to and fro

2 courier means: As I am sending my passport to Abuja, I want Abuja to send back my STAMPED passport to the address I stated on the Courier

There's no rule dictating that you have to return right away, or at all to "testify".
Let's not forget that what someone submitted to get a PPR does not guarantee the same approval for another person.

First, let me state that it was so wrong of you that you got PPR and you never cared to come to share in the group that helped you so that others can learn and see how and what you did differently. you only come back cos you need help from the same group again. nevertheless, the group will always be there for each other.

Now to your question, Since the school has said you can apply for a new application for fall 2022, I think you may have a chance of securing admission since you did for the first time. if you secure admission since in the same DLI and same course all you need is to update IRCC and inform them of the new LOA (via mail and webform). But if you should apply to another DLI and get a new LOA, you will start your visa application from scratch again as stated by IRCC ( so long as the change of DLI was from outside Canada).

Of course, no 2 cases are the same, but it may guide somebody here on how to go about writing theirs.

I see! you're making sense but do you know what again I noticed. In a GCMS notes we have about 5-9 sections/sub-sections depending on the type of application (some parts may be blank for some applications e.g express entry and some won't).

That our CODE(AH03849) updated your ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENT. That changes things meaning it's not a body only responsible for an applicant's finances. All other sub sections of your notes(client details, criminality and medicals) was from different codes till boom you go rejected by the code that updated the most important section of your application. YOUR ELIGIBILITY!! .... putting 2 and 2 side by side it's evidence that that code is the code of the senior immigration officer not a body.
From the things we know, we are aware that only a senior officer can make a final decision on an application. That futher disqualifies the assumption that it's a body that focuses on finances of PA

AH03849 only updated when it got to refusal ground.
And if you check all refusal ground that has to do with finance, it’s always AH03849.

I really believe that account is not used by a singular person but a district that have issues with Finance.

Another way is to get GCMS of someone who was not refused based on finance at all but another ground…

Are you sure? If they are a department then there should be a systematic method of operations so if these body are the ones responsible for the financial aspect. We should all so have a body that are responsible for the round up and the review. In other words this particular body will be issuing the approvals.hence we would also be looking at approvals if most approvals are from a particular code Maybe you're right. But you already said your file was moved form one ID to another kindly share pictures of the ID and let's figure this thing out

Someone cannot be so heartless to have 0 approval in life
