Just my little advice, with your current 8am to 5pm job there is no business you can run successfully without being on ground 24/7 to monitor it. It's best you just find a land in a developing area and buy. Leave it at least a year while you continue your job then sell it off after a year at a higher rate.
You can also risk transportation biz by buying a small car for transport that will balance you weekly but you can only succeed in that if you get a good driver to maintain the car.

Two wrongs can't make a right. Why not leave those who took such lives to carry it on their heads than kill other innocent people for what they might not be involved in. Going after those you know and are sure killed people is better than just killing innocent people that did nothing all because they wore a uniform.
