You don't have an issue, just as you have put it up here you can relay the same information - mention something unique about this program that your previous masters didn't have. (even if there's nothing unique, at the interview sell it differently).
But I have an issue with the bolded above, always try to mention names of schools - especially when you're needing the help of others (one good turn deserves another)

I'm in a bit of dilemma here. I'm really confused, and I would love your suggestions.

When I was applying to US grad schools last year, I had the intention of applying for a PhD. However, one of the schools I was really interested in said applicants without a Masters degree should apply for the Masters program even though they want to further continue to the PhD. In my case, I had not completed my Masters program as at the time, so I applied for the Masters.
After interviewing with a professor, he offered me a fully funded GRA position and told me funding was available for me to continue to PhD.

I have also filled it in my DS-160 form that I have completed my Masters.

During the visa interview, wouldn't the VO think it's a red flag since I already have a Masters degree in a similar field to the Masters I want to pursue in the US? I also heard that those officers do not allow one to fully articulate one's point before cutting one short. What are your tips and suggestions for me?

I got a Masters admission with full funding in the US, and I'm at the stage of applying for visa. After going through the website of the US embassy in Nigeria, I found that passports are required to be valid at least six months after the program of study. However, my passport will be expiring three months after my study. Do you think this can affect my chances at the interview?

Why does God take delight in working in cooperation with His children when He reserves the sovereign right to work independently? Why does He look for a man that would stand before Him to plead the cause of men and nations when His will is to intervene in human affairs? Why did He tell Abraham about His intention to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah? Why was He pacified by the prayer of Moses when He wanted to destroy the Israelites because of their disobedience when His promise to Abraham was to raise for him a mighty nation?
He seeks partnership
This is the basis of God’s appearance to Adam in Eden in the cool of the day. He looks for someone who would be one with Him in thought and heart. Not that He is hard-pressed for intimacy and companionship; His decision is influenced by His love for humanity. As we naturally pour out ourselves to the one we love, so also does God pour out Himself without reservation to us because He loves us. He would gladly hold back nothing of Himself from us as long as we can accept it. My heart fails me when I try to think about this.
To know that God would not withhold anything from me evokes in me a feeling of love and awe. Why would He do this? What good is there in me that He chooses to reveal his secrets not to the angels, which exceed me in power and glory, but to me—a mere feeble creature made of miry clay. At once, my heart begins to prick me—I have not been as sincere to Him as he has been to me. My heart looks out for something else. How does He feel when he sees this? Have I ever thought of how heavy His heart is? “When the Lord God saw the extent of human wickedness, and that the trend and direction of men’s lives were only towards evil, he was sorry he had made them. It broke his heart.” Gen 6:5-6. Do we know why God would be as grieved when He could have easily destroyed the human race and create another one that would obey Him? It would have been easy, and it would not remove anything from Him as God. But love would not let Him do that. Love continues to reach out when there is no hope. Love looks at one who is deemed for destruction and decides to acquit him anyway. It is unconditional. O what great matter this is! It is too staggering for the human mind to comprehend.
How do we respond to His advances? Do we welcome Him or continually shrug Him off our shoulders? His love calls out continually unto us in the sun and rain, telling us to receive rest and comfort from the struggles of life. O that our hearts may perceive Him! O that we may surrender our hearts fully unto Him and tell Him to have His way in us! O that we may live for Him!

I have been hearing that we are to bring along 20 copies of CV and 10 copies of other credentials for the interview. Can someone confirm if this is true?

Bros if the CV you submitted while filing the registration took you to this 3rd phase of the recruitment I don't think for consistency you may add the Master's programme.
You may add it when you are ask to introduce yourself but be careful that may make you to defend the issue of 'over qualification' if asked also

On the subsidiaries, IDSL and NAPIMS can do but IDSL is not fully owned by NNPC which means they might or might not really be recruiting for it.
