Your Role
As Business Development Manager, you are responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities to drive business growth and expand market presence. 1. Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs. Analysing competitive landscapes and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
2. Lead Generation and Sales: Prospecting and generating leads through various channels. Developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, nurturing them through the sales pipeline, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
3. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding partnerships.
4. Proposal Development: Creating compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new clients and projects. Collaborating with internal teams to develop customized solutions that align with client requirements.
5. Strategic Planning: Working closely with the management team to develop and execute business development strategies. Identifying growth areas, market entry strategies, and potential partnerships to drive revenue and market expansion.

As a Personal Assistant (PA) provides administrative support to executives, managers, or high-level professionals. You assist in managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and coordinating various administrative tasks. Responsibilities may include:
1. Calendar Management: Managing the executive's schedule, organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensuring effective time management and coordination of commitments.
