This is very wrong. The court did not give a judgement on the substantive case before it was withdrawn. The court only gave an interim order pending the determination of the substantive suit. The substantive suit was never determined because Oshiomole did not continue with the case in the overall interest of the party.

Don't even mind him... Is PDP operating the same constitution as APC? if at all APC constitution allows ward chairman to exercise such power or it's silent on same.
