tiger28:Who is asking you your tribe? We know you're Lagos state government sympathiser,so stop fooling yourself. No nation develops when cronyism, grovelling bigotry and nepotism is enthroned in the conduct of public affairs. Lagos state government demolishing people's houses under the guise of unapproved plans is horrorific and unacceptable. Comeuppance will visit those behind this wickedness to the people. It's people's sweat they're destroying. |
udomonday:What do you mean? He should support evil and compromise sleaze and bad things because of party affiliation. I am not Tinubu's fan. But I support him on his anti corruption and good governance crusade. He needs to send moles like Justuga Onikpasa packing from Apc for his compromising stance on corruption. His support for Yahaya Bello comes to mind. Tinubu cannot afford to fail. Otherwise, we shall have no place to bury our sorrows. Let him try to unite all segments of the society. Nigeria cannot move forward with the divisive tendencies in the polity. |

Bravo to them. But why can't they apply same energy to confront Bokoharam and other dark forces plaguing the growth and development of Northeast and Northwest regions? Is it only southeast they could exert so much energy for a people fighting for freedom and oppression. I don't understand Nigerian state. I advise The Federal government and security forces to dialogue with aggrieved sessions of the society. Not gunboat diplomacy. Restructure the country and there will be needless blood letting and wars. That's how societies are built. In solidarity with all voices of dissents in Nigeria. |
seanfer:You always support evil. Even the Largos - Coastal Highways is not necessary because there are uncompleted roads network needing to be fixed along that axis. Only God knows why the haste. Is it because of Chagoury ties with Tinubu. Hitec construction handling the multimillion Dollars project is owned by Chagoury with Seyi Tinubu sitting on the Board of the company. To me, the project is not necessary at this moment of economic downturn. |
seunmsg:Who is more bitter btw Bayo Onanuga and Peter Obi? Obi preaches unity of all Nigerian tribes. But not so with Onanuga. Onanuga warned Igbos never to nose or interfere on Lagos politics after his Principal lost the epic Presidential elections of February 2023. Now,can such a person be said to be less bitter on Nigerian politics as compared to Obi who has pan Nigerian outlook? The only reason he is being tolerated by the establishment is because of his pro Tinubu administration stance. Otherwise,he is a spent forces. |
Sharpsharp00123:Which One is Na Dem? You have penchant for tribalism and ethnic bigotry. There is domestic violence all over Nigeria. So,why underpinning the act to Igbos alone? Tribalism has eaten deep into your social fabric. |
Biodun556:FG should released KANU. Dialogue with different separatist agitators in the country and ventilate their grievances for a better and peaceful nation. Not gunboat diplomacy. Except somebody is profiting from the anomie in the country. |
yarimo:You want to be heard again in a most awkward and demeaning manner. But readers should ignore you because of your craze for attention seeking and meaningless posturing on a clear, standing out issues. |
Enugurangers:Educate us now. Let's hear your elementary economics on how to run a country. |
Goodvibes007:You have no point because it doesn't reflect reality on ground. The Lagos - Calabar coastal highway project is not necessary for now because there are existing similar road projects yet to be completed. The East -West End road comes to mind. Just last week, there was accident at Port Harcourt End of the road where over ten persons lost their lives including millions of properties lost to the inferno because of the bad road. Why can't efforts be made to complete the road before embarking on this? How about the loss of jobs by people working on the supposed highways at Lagos end? You add sokoto-Badagry highway contract, You discover the government is not sincere. |
porthouse7:Talk is cheap. By the way, your comments expose your infantile posturing and lack of political maturity. Needless engaging you further. Bye |
Godszilla:I think somebody is profiting from this metering thing. Why can't the government approve, at least, three local companies to go into production of the item since it's in dearths supply? Do we need to be importing everything. There are companies in Nigeria, that if licensed could produce required numbers to meet the need of the country. |
Fareke:FG should relieve Mele Kyari as NNPC Group Managing Director. Let's try another technocrat. Since his assumption of office, the sector has been riddled with problems. It's ridiculous under his watch, Nigeria gropes with fuel scarcity. We can't continue this way. Scarcity in.midst of plenty, Nigeria is now a laughing stock amongst comity of nations. It's inexplicable that there is no functional Refinery in a country that's Africa no.1 oil producer. |
porthouse7:So,in your estimation, Nigeria is a cruise? Tinubu will handover to North without contest and estimation, Ba? With your types, there is no hope for Nigeria. But you love to japa to sane and well organised societies. Organized societies not with your microscopic view and narrow mindedness. |
naptu2:naptu2, it's a wrong decision. Finidi's Enyimba crashed out in Africa Football League contest last year. In fact, they were at the bottom of the table. This is under Finidi watch/tutelage. Same Enyimba under his watch crashed out in the preliminary stage of the CAF Champions league. Ditto Remo stars F.C. It's only Rivers United F.C that made it to group stage of the CAF confederation cup which they crashed out in quarter finals and ensured Nigeria still had four teams representation on the continent. Now,such a person is elevated to tinker super eagles. A failure. A disaster! In contrast, Amuneke ,people's favourite was dropped purely on primordial considerations. Ibrahim Gusau is Amaju Pinnick Boy and he anointed him as his successor last year. Ever since then, he exercises influence on decision of NFF Board. Last week, Amaju Pinnick flew the kite by saying he supports Finidi to take over as Paseiro successor in absence of foreign coach. He gave phoney reasons for his choice. I told a friend that NFF leadership will appoint Finidi George as the text coach because he represents hands of Esau. NFF is mere voice of Jacob. So, don't be surprised with appointment of Finidi George. It's the handiwork of Amaju Pinnick who now calls the shot in NFF decision makings. |
yad2eidi:So,you don't know? |
igwebuike01:No,he couldn't have defeated Uzodinma because the election was flawed. The results written and prepared in government House and released. It was a phoney election. The people's votes didn't count. |
paramakina202:The villagers said they don't want ESN. But preferred Nigerian forces. So ESN quietly left. And the result is this killings. But never mind. ESN will revenge the killings in quantum. They can't go scot free. |
porthouse7:Expired politician? You're not current. Otherwise, you will know he is the best living politician in Nigeria today. Not the Globe trotter and Drug czar. |
AqualinaXYZ:Lol |
gaby:Yes o...good to observe before Small boy MODS slams lengthy Ban on you for saying the obvious. I had similar terrible experience. |
chopnaira:Fake News! What you read is wrong, mere propaganda. Canadian Prime Minister had his plane well serviced. Didn't develop any fault in India. Why are you Tinubu loyalists always come to defend him in face of stark reality? |
jmoore:No please. Get your facts right. Chinese President has fleet of presidential jets. |
Cutezt:Thank you for the insight/review. I am going for SLTV ASAP! |
meobizy:Youare not patriotic. DStv is foreign Brand. SLTV is purely indigenous and Nigerian. Wholly owned by Nigerian. Profits stays here. Not repatriated. DStv repatriates all her profit after tax payment. This doesn't shore up the Naira to gain strength. Now,you see how unpatriotic you're? Rome was not built in a day. SLTV will have their initial shortcomings. But let's patronise them to maturity. |
NEIGHBOUR:Is there peace in the Land with his continued incarceration? We watch! |
gaby:Longest time brother. You have been so silent. Hope all is well. Greet All. |
AmazingELixir:Yes o...so confident of Fubara to deal with his so called Principal causing Wahala from Abuja. His time in Rivers politics is gone. And gone forever. He will be disgraced with his motley crowds of Rottweiler's. Mark my words! |
Khyrvxjzy:Yarimo should be ignored. Apart from being a baby to grapple with emerging contemporary issues, he is attention seeker. |
AmazingELixir:Fubura is on course. He will demystify all Wike's stumbling blocks and chart a new Rivers state. He will succeed. And the Abuja's bootlicker will be put to shame. |
