You are the unteachable one here. All the IPP ( power plants) in Lagos since 2001 starting with the Enron/AES one up to the Alausa IPP are all private companies. Unless you can prove that Lagos has a single share in them. Enron collapsed before it took off, so what's your argument?

Another company called AES acquired the barges that Enron was building and generated electricity there under an IPP system. IPP in case you don't know means Independent Power Plant. It is not owned and never owned by Lagos state. Enron as we speak is still trying to get some fine out of FG:
