He's right. Igbos at times mistake themselves for the prize, but the prize is the niger delta which they seek to covet. Igboland on its own is little and filled with people. Other Nigerians would be indifferent or even comfortable with the Igbos having their own country so far as it excludes the oil rich niger delta from its scheme. And a biafran state that'd comprise just igboland would be very difficult to live in due to its small size, and lack of soil minerals.
What Igbos actually offers Nigeria is human resource, though the quota system now has a check on that.

I know the IQ of most Nigerians is low and you have exercised that you people are not very bright, if not, you would know that Igbos have the highest population of the "Niger Delta". Most Igbos do not take up the identity as "Niger Deltans" because, on their own, they have a strong identity already.

The fundamental thing about the Igbo people is that there is no town you will visit in Nigeria without seeing the Igbos being in charge of either infrastructure or pharmaceutical industry.

Oga, you may feel you are popular on NL hence you can just make any public contribution here without reference to subject matter and considering how relevant your contribution is.
Sometimes, if you don't have anything meaningful to contribute outside your Darling Daddy, do not contribute. It's not by force.

Yaradua was a fulani man, but was loved by southerners. Because he was a national leader, not sectional.
People are agitating to break away from Nigeria because buhari govt can no longer secure their lives.
First of all, Buhari should stop his killer brothers from terrorising farmers and travellers. That way, people will likely stop agitating.

It's time for national integration. Other ethnicity don't think that the igbos can protect their interest cos of their separation agenda. This has made it difficult for them to gather political structure across the nation. Hope uzodinma is trying to be the bridge btw the federal government and his people, his people though might not understand him and probably hate him for it. This shows that even if leadership problems are solved without solving followership problem we go no where. Nigeria is a country with both bad leaders and followers.

Honestly, sometimes folks should remember that conscience is an open wound that can be healed by Truth alone. I don't know if he or she just write for attention seeking or ready to have rational discussion with other Nigerians. Darling Daddy, Darling Daddy... As if that is what makes Nigeria a better place.

The Jews were prosperous all over Europe, yet they were ridiculed and hated because they controlled the economy of Europe. WW2 was an excuse to exterminate 6 million of them.
That's why they returned home with the help of their brothers in America and the American govt.
The same thing is happening with the Igbo. Other tribes(especially southern tribes) hate them for nothing. Maybe because they are brave, free, won't ass kiss oppression, control the economy & develope infrastructure of their dwelling place. Jealousy, envy & hate for igbo people is the oil that greases Nigeria. No other tribe is committed to one Nigeria more than the igbos and hausas. You see this group of people in every state of the country. The only difference is that with igbos they make the place their home and contribute to society. I have been to many northern States and in most igbo houses built in the North, there is always running water outside for mai-ruwa to fetch free. From Alh Chibuzo House in nassarawa to other homes in Gombe, Zamfara, maiduguri, katsina.. igbos are giving back to their community for free. But nigerians normally take kindness for weakness. When the time is right, providence will lead the igbos home like it was said in jer 32: 3737 Behold, I will gather them out of all countries where I have driven them in My anger, in My fury, and in great wrath; I will bring them back to this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely.
The day of the Lord is at hand!

It is unthinkable he said? I challenge him to put that theory to test by conducting a plebiscite. Until then he has not addressed the cause for secession, he is simply dealing (and not very well at all) with the effects. The truth is indeed a bitter pill to swallow if there is to be peace amidst unity.
