Ruby i was talking abt cow meat in nig compare to the ones in western countries. the meat in nig taste great but tough than the meat in western countries. i think the cows are left to mature naturally. the oyinbo nama does not hook to your teeth smiley and soooo easy to chew. i miss nama (nig cow meat)

poundo yam it makes me sleep. i always play with it, roll it between my palm to a long roll dip it in soup and then raise it upward. it makes my mom look at me in a funny way and start lecture how it is good for me  grin

spinach in stew i hate them

bean i hate it, i prefer moi moi. dad will lecture that bean is better than moimoi lol

milk in ogi i hate it

rice mix with bean, i spent the entire meal time seperating the bean from the rice with my two fingers grin make mom mad too grin

today, i now eat them. i make akara and use it with Vanilla Pudding smiley
i eat bean if i can be patient cooking it.

i eat spinach like no man biz now. how i took many things for granted grin

i have not seen anything as delicious as snail stew with some ata rodo. those huge snail not the small small one but huge african snail use to make stew oooooooooooooo the aroma or scent of the stew eh ooooooooooooooooooooooooo so sos osos sososossos delicious.

last time i ate snail was 2years ago. mom sent me lots and i wack that thing for a while.

that is if you can remember. walahi, northern loves pete. am sure you have eaten it, smooth corn (not so smooth though), cook and add stuffs to it, you make it not too thick and not too water. so deli cheesy

most important thing is the sour leaf (yakua). i love the sourness of the meal.

i love goose goose too, close to pete but goose goose is more thick.
