THE GOLDEN VOICE: "Today, my invention is the by-product of many things in the world, yet I am being denied my rewards, my royalty, which I have dedicated to mankind. . . . I thank God that I am still alive to fight the struggle for rewards of my hard labour. I thank you all for standing by me in this struggle. Together we shall reap the fruits of my labour which I have dedicated to Nigeria and Nigerians." ~ KING PROF CLEMENT UWEMEDIMOH, the Inventor of Anti-Corrosive Special Paint for Q. I. T. and the boss of Comandclem Nigeria Limited. |
Omokemesi: THE GOLDEN VOICE: "If we are to achieve results* * * The invention of Prof Clement Uwemedimoh is a typical example of what that great philosopher, essayist and statesman, Francis Bacon, had in mind, in his "golden voice" quoted above. Commenting on how he invented his Anti- Corrosive Special Paint for Q. I. T., Prof Uwemedimoh declared: "I was influenced by God who led me to the deep salty ocean in search of the remedy. It was not something very natural, the more reason the whites could not invent the paint. The process had both the natural and supernatural inter playing." I pray that the Almighty God will spare the life of the African Pride and boss of Comandclem Nigeria Limited, to reap the fruit of his hard labour and rare talent. |

@ AAAMENNN! Anochiri, thank you. |
THE GOLDEN VOICE: "The right of an inventor to his invention is no monopoly; in any other sense than a man's house is a monopoly." ~Daniel Webster (1782-1852, American lawyer, statesman) |

THE GOLDEN VOICE:! "Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning." ~PSALM 30:5b |
THE GOLDEN VOICE: "Inventors are much maligned people who get caricatured as lonesome and strange people who occasionally appear with cranky gadgets that succeed in the marketplace even less often. Invention is, nevertheless, the engine of civilization and inventors are the creators of your future, so treat them well!" ~CreatingMinds.Org |
THE GOLDEN VOICE: "And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved." ~Matthew 24:10-13 King James Version. |

@ Missuzoma, as a former "senior journalist", can you please define what is called "CYBER LIBEL"? Missuzoma, please go through your last two posts again and again. Are you sure you are protected by the NAIRALAND FORUM RULES or any FORUM Rules in any part of the world? Missuzoma, when last did you reveal your own real name on this Forum, in order to prove that you are not a man? Do you know that even the owner of Nairaland Forum couldn't reveal what you "gleefully" revealed in your posts? Which cyber law gave you the absolute freedom to publish your recent defamatory posts? |

Missuzoma, as a former "senior journalist", can you define what is called "ciber libel"? From your last post, who was the person you called "chief fraudster" in your previous post yesterday? |
WHO IS THAT TRYING TO TRIFLE WITH, and PULL THE TAIL OF A LIVING COBRA AGAIN? |
If Comandclem did not win the appeal of December 8, 2009, all patentees, including Princes, Ladies, Barons and what have you, would have forgotten what is called Comandclem. But by that singular decisive victory, our hope as patentees was rekindled. This gave Comandclem the opportunity to either negotiate with Mobil on payment of royalty or go to court. At this stage, I don't need to explain what happened later when Comandclem opted for negotiation because we are all aware. We are also aware that Comandclem has passed through the door that leads to litigation, even though the door that leads to negotiation is still left open. But my co-patentees are understandably anxious to get the dividends from their investments. I have said it many times that negotiation is easier and faster than litigation. Even if Comandclem lawyers prayed for accelerated hearing of the case, it is the presiding judge that has the final say. Every patentee wants to be updated everyday about Comandclem as if we have nothing else to do ourselves other than Comandclem issues, when we are not employees of either Comandclem or of the patentees themselves. My advice now is that patentees should please be patient and allow our members who have volunteered to update us, to do so under encouraging atmosphere. We should also encourage the Comandclem Management as it is not their fault (in my own opinion), that we have not started reaping the fruit of our investments. Finally, as far as I am concerned, I will never leave my God out of whatever I am pursuing. I am using this opportunity to call on Yusuf, Banjo, Ken, Umehemeka and others not to be discouraged but to feed us with authentic updates. God bless you all. He who laughs last. . . .We shall all laugh at last. That is my belief. ~OMOKEMESI |
@ voltron thank you for your post. But I observed that the challenge you threw to me via your post suggested you mistook me for a staff or somebody on the Board of Comandclem Nigeria Ltd. I am just a patentee like you, voluntarily contributing my little quota here. I think you should encourage those of us like Airmark, Yusuf Akure, Banjo, GODSAYES, 1Dray, Newken and others who have been keeping patentees informed at their own expense and inconvenience. You have the right to point out our shortcomings but I am also aware that spectators are the best players! Dr. Mike Uyi, a human right activist, came all the way from UK to lead thousands of demonstrators, two or three years ago, for Comandclem. They visited many embassies including those of the USA and UK. The demonstrators even visited the NTA and the event was widely published in Nigerian widely circulated newspapers. One of Nigeria's foremost nationalist and Chairman of NADECO, Chief Anthony Enahoro, gave his unflinching support to Prof Clement Uwemedimoh and Comandclem, until his death. Prominent Nigerians, including the country's former President, Chief Obasanjo, intervened in the past on this Comandclem/MOBIL royalty issue. But the truth of the matter is that in any case of patent right infringement, only two doors are opened for solution, worldwide - the door that leads to litigation and the one that leads to negotiation. In Comandclem/MPNU issue, the two doors are still widely open. One thing I want all patentees to realise and thank God for, is that Comandclem won the ownership of the invention struggle at the Appeal Court on December 8, 2009. Otherwise, I would have burnt my own Comandclem receipts since that day. There would have been nothing like Comandclem Registered Patentees Assembly, as we have it today. TO GOD BE THE GLORY. To be continued ~OMOKEMESI |
"David and Goliath 1 Samuel 17 One day, David delivered food to his brothers who were battling the Philistines. He heard a Philistine shouting and making fun of them. "Who is that man?" asked David. They told him about Goliath, the mighty warrior. No one could defeat him! But David wasn't afraid of the giant. When King Saul heard of David's bravery, he called David before him. "Don't worry, I'll go fight that giant," said David. "But he's a warrior," said Saul. "You're only a boy." "I killed a lion and bear to protect my father's sheep," said David. "God will help me kill this giant." Saul gave David his armor and weapons. But they were too big for David. So without any armor, David went to face the giant. He stopped by a stream to pick up some stones and placed them in his bag. Then he stood before Goliath. "Am I a dog that you come at me with sticks?" bellowed Goliath. David looked up and said, "You come against me with',' weapons, but I come against you in the name of the Lord Almighty. This is God's battle!" Then David put a stone in his sling and swung it around and around until the sling whistled. The stone whizzed through the air and smacked Goliath right in the forehead. And the giant fell to the ground with a mighty earth- shaking thud!" ~Child Bible Story Online |
If wishes were horses, lame beggars would ride. If some men were gods, they would not allow the rain to fall. I am using this opportunity to commend the owner of Nairaland and our Forum Moderators for their magnanimity and sense of judgement. Nairaland Forum will continue to progress and excel in the service of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Nigerians, the whole world at large, and humanity. Thank you very much indeed. ~OMOKEMESI |
Thank you for the enlightenment Missuzoma. The views of others will be appreciated. |
PLEASE, I AM CONFUSED. BAIL ME OUT: Is it true that Comandclem actually took 22 prominent Companies to court at Uyo, for patent infringement? Is it true that the Court adjourned the case till March, as reported on this Thread by Banjo? Can a 419 Company be allowed to sue such multi-national Companies? Can any court in Nigeria entertain such a suit emanating from a 419 Company? Please, I am confused. Patriotic Nigerians, bail me out and make this Thread lively! ~OMOKEMESI |
APPEAL TO MR SEUN OSEWA and THE MODERATORS: Since you have the right and power to remove any post that "steps" on the toes of Nairaland Rules, please lift the ban placed on Mr. YUSUF, if it is true that you banned him as alleged by BANJO. I am appealing to you, this Sunday, on his behalf and on behalf of Comandclem Registered Patentees to please lift the ban, Please do us this favour. May Nairaland Forum continue to wax stronger and may God continue to give you the wisdom to administer the Forum. HAPPY SUNDAY. ~OMOKEMESI |
It will be sad if Comandclem Registered Patentees are not allowed to be informed of the latest on Comandclem which was the main purpose of creating this Thread originally on December 15, 2010, as Comandclem Patentees Assembly. We all are aware that it was when negotiation failed that Comandclem was advised to go back to court. I believe we should await the outcome of the case/cases in the court/courts. I personally consider some of our recent posts on this thread as ill-wind. Could anybody tell this Assembly the patentees who campaigned for Comandclem in 2008? We would also like to be informed of the "GENESIS" of this Thread, in order to refresh our memory. It is quite unfortunate that the purpose of this Thread, is gradually being defeated. But I am sure, come what may, our God is alive. Mr. Yusuf and Banjo, is there any latest please? ~OMOKEMESI |

SPECIAL APPEAL: Dear Patriots, Please, I appeal to all of us to exercise caution and refrain from discussing or commenting on any case that we are convinced that is already being heard or about to be heard by any court in the country. We should not be involved in any contempt of court. What we need at the moment is prayer and to urge Mr Yusuf, to invite Correspondents of Newspapers that have branches in that State Capital to cover the court proceedings, if nobody has done that. Report of the court proceedings should also be published without bias on this Assembly. I don't think this is the appropriate time to become disillusioned. It is time for serious prayer with faith. One with God. . . . ~OMOKEMESI |
APPEAL TO ALL REGISTERED PATENTEES: Please, in the name of Almighty God, i appeal to all patriotic patentees to please stop discussion on this woman's issue. Before man and God, I don't believe the Marketing Manager could have done that. I believe and appeal to all of you to please assume (if you cannot believe) that Okon Mary is a happily married woman. Let us face the purpose of our being on this Thread. If we are not careful, we may inadvertently be working against our interest. And that is the will of the devil and his ambassadors. A lot of insults had been passed on me by some notable patentees which I painfully did not react to in the interest of peace at the tail end of our previous Assembly. This has enabled all of us to cooperate fully on this Assembly. For God's sake, let all of us forget the past and ignore whoever that would cause disunity among us or promote tribalism. We must not fail to continue to give our full support to Comandclem in all ways until success is achieved. Let us continue to allow the Marketing Manager to perform his duties so that this woman's issue would not discourage him. I want you to believe me that the Marketing Manager did not do that. Please ignore the ignorable. Thank you all for your co- operation. ~OMOKEMESI |
umehemeka:@Umehemeka, please, you will be doing Comandclem Management and All Comandclem Regartered Patentees a lot of good and favour, if you could divulge ALL YOUR REASONS FOR THE ABOVE ADVICE, on this Assembly. This is because the purpose of creating this Thread is to rub minds and pass useful information to Comandclem Registered Patentees. Please kindly table your reasons on this Assembly so that all patentees would share and probably deliberate on them. And who knows if Comandclem authorities have explanations to make for such reasons? Let us ask questions on the issues that are not clear to us from Comandclem authorities for God's sake. And whatever we are against in any Comandclem Policy or actions, please let us give reasons for doing so. MAY OUR EFFORTS NOT BE IN VAIN IN JESUS NAME. @ Bigsolo, please kindly let us know on this Assembly what is happening at Ilorin. Passing full but absolutely true information here will play a dual role. It will enable co-patentees to be well informed of happenings there and enable Comandclem Authorities to take immediate and appropriate measures. I believe we are not hopeless as far as the Comandclem issues are concerned. Let us have faith in God and continue to pray for the Comandclem officials, the Inventor, and others working for the realisation of our expectation. May the good Lord continue to support us. ~OMOKEMESI |
