ANOTHER SATIRE! BREAKING NEWS "ON AUGUST 17 WE STAND", a ludicrous ceremony which Mr. Brown Envelope Saibuhari slated for tomorrow at his "Supreme Court" premises, is now in jeopardy. Reason: A crowd of angry well wishers of Prof Clement Uwemedimoh (a renowned scientist and inventor), besieged the venue and destroyed the "AUGUST 17" moulded with Cement and sand, on which Saibuhari and his cow boys intended to stand tomorrow. Saibuhari, his four supporters and a Brick layer, according to eye witness account, ran helter-skelter for their dear lives but nobody was badly hurt. Saibuhari, a brave notorious leader of the Corruption Crusaders, and his confused supporters
later re-grouped in a secret place where it was decided that the "ON AUGUST 17 WE STAND" must still hold tomorrow. Saibuhari said the ceremony should be shifted to the Lagos Bar Beach. The problem that cropped up was how to forcefully "TAKE OVER" a space from the teeming Spiritualists and gangsters that already occupied the Bar Beach. How would it be easy to take over a space by the "one man riot squad" at the Bar Beach? "With Brown Envelope, nothing is impossible", Saibusapo remarked. Another problem that surfaced was on what Saibuhari would stand since the one erected by the brick layer had been destroyed by the irate mob. His brick layer declared that it was late to make
another one because any "AUGUST 17" cast would not cure and be strong for Saibuhari to STAND ON. Saibuhari: Mr. Brick layer, why did you think I would not be able to STAND on it? @SAIBUHARI, Nigeria's Corruption Crusade Leader: Please, what are your findings about the Suit instituted against Mobil by Comandclem at the Supreme Court? Comandclem has confirmed through a source closed to me that Mobil had been served by Supreme Court. How many weeks will it take you to complete your investigation? Or are you short of "BROWN ENVELOPES" to facilitate your investigation? Perhaps that was why you were indirectly calling on Comandclem to negotiate with you. I am quite sure that you dare not go to Mobil for any form of mobilization because you have disappointed them through your worthless, baseless and ridiculous submissions to this Assembly. NATIONAL YOUTH SERVICE DEBATE: In view of the horrible experiences of fresh graduates who served their fatherland, the NYSC programme should be reviewed. I am especially worried about the female members being kidnapped, with the possibility of being sexually abused. DEBATE Should our female fresh graduates be outrightly exempted from the National Youth Service? Alternatively, should they be allowed to serve in their respective geo-political zones? For those intoxicated Corruption Crusaders counting imaginary days and date of meeting their waterloo, no date has yet been fixed for Comandclem/Mobil case. A usually reliable source closed to Comandclem confirmed to me a few hours ago that no date had been fixed. He however revealed that Mobil had been served properly by the Supreme Court. The source declared: "We have taken Mobil to Supreme Court to enforce payment. "The brief is going thro the judiciary process after which the Court is going to give us a date for the determination. "Mobil has been served properly by the Supreme Court. "We have nothing to fear." ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!                                            I WANT  to point out at this stage that all those in support of Saibuhari and his cohorts should state it clearly in their posts. 6-YEAR TERM FOR PRESIDENT AND GOVERNORS It was reported that our dear President Goodluck Jonathan was proposing a single 6-year-term for the President and all the State Governors in Nigeria. Will this proposal, if implemented, solve the avalanche of problems created by the introduction of the very expensive Presidential system of Government in Nigeria?
