THE RETURN OF PASTOR MONDAY;  MY PERSONAL OPINION:                                              @  GODSAYES and other patriotic patentees, thank you greatly for your objective and sincere posts on this Thread.                                             Honestly- I have not bothered to make any enquiries from Comandclem officials again since there are other capable patentees doing that now.                                                                      I will advice those who wish to know why Pastor Monday returned to CCLN to please phone any of the Senior Managers for explanation. But those who need this information at the moment must be those known one on one or recognized by voice.  THIS IS TO AVOID PASSING sensitive information to wrong and dangerous persons.                                                   Not all clothes are dried in the sun.                                                   From my experience as a  journalist, who have covered cases from Customary Court to Supreme Court, an accused person might later become a Principal Witness in any case.                                                                I will therefore  NOT advice Comandclem Management to offer any reasons for the return of Pastor Monday, either on this THREAD, OR on any other forum.                                                                    It may be detrimental to our case.                                                                       But Comandclem Management ought to have informed all patentees officially that after the review of Pastor Monday's case, he had been         re-absorbed. This is not unprecedented.                                                That was why I said in my last post that dissemination of information at the appropriate time "is very essential."                                                   @ please, this is my personal and voluntary opinion, and nobody approached me to say what I expressed above.  And God is my witness.                                                                   ~OMOKEMESI

@ Mr A. MISS Uzoma, it is now that you have no time for me! That is real journalism for you! I have jokers for all of you. BUT I will only use them for whoever provokes me henceforth. I have been pushed to the wall as OMOKEMESI, the Comandclem Patentee. If you want me to deal with you as OMOKEMESI, the Comandclem Patentee, I will do so. And if you want me to deal with you as OMOKEMESI, the real journalist without certificate, I am ready here as well. Enough is enough. I thought all of us will shake hands at Comandclem Victory Dance. I have told Saibuhari on This Thread that I would shake hands with him when we celebrate Comandclem's victory. That was why I had all along been dealing neatly with all of you in spite of un bearable provocation. Now the choice is yours. @ With regard to the question and answer that is effectively going in our family, it is none of your business. It is our family affair. You are not supposed to be here in the first instance. You are an intruder. You are not the one to dictate to me when to speak. What is going on now is a healthy discussion, not an argument. Dissemination of information at the appropriate time, is very essential.

@ Mr. Miss uzoma, you have to be very careful when you are dealing with journalists, not the type of Saibuhari's friends.                                                                  You are now challenging me to publish your details here when you know very well that it is against the rule of Nairaland to do so.                                             You want this Assembly to be closed. I have told you that I am not a law breaker.                                           You claimed that I FORGED WHAT I PUBLISHED.                                                            MissUzoma, in order to make you believe that you are dealing with a real  journalist without certificate and NOT A FAKE, I will give you another joker which is not against the rule of Nairaland.                                                              Could you remember why you joined Miss with Uzoma to become MISSUZOMA which you used as your Username?                                                   Could you still remember THAT shameless VICTORY DANCE AT . . . . . . ?  Please take care when you are dealing with OMOKEMESI, the journalist without certificate, not omokemesi, the Comandclem Patentee that all of you can abuse any how.  I am now here to deal with you as OMOKEMESI, the journalist without certificate.  Do you want me to reveal more about you without breaking the Nairaland law?                                                    Meanwhile, you can continue with your SHAMELESS VICTORY DANCE!                                                      ~omokemesi

@ ATLgal thank you for cursing me for my advice. May God continue to assist you in your lucrative business whereby your initial N5 has now become 20k. It means you are wiser than me. You will therefore be very useful to this Thread as one of our problem solvers. Please, I implore you to volunteer yourself for this service to humanity. I wonder you asked me again what you should do with 20k. I hope you will not rain more curses if I advice you to share tin 20k into two. Use the first 10k to continue your lucrative business, and use the other 10k to build a magnificent Castle in the Air! Mark you, I have a thick skin for all manner of insults. I thought this Thread would be regarded as a serious Thread to assist those problems. I also thought that there would be enough matured and experienced Nairalanders to wipe away their tears. Sorry indeed. ~OMOKEMESI

@ Mr. Missuzoma , I will not do that because it is against the rule governing the Nairaland Forum. I am not a law breaker like you and your "lover", saibuhari. And, like I have said many times, I don't want this Thread, which I started, to be blocked. It is that sadist Saibuhari who boasted that he could close this Thread anytime he wished. I think he is the Principal Partner to Seun. @ Mr. Miss Uzoma, you have forgotten to swear that God of Thunder should kill you if you were the poster of the error.filled post which I quoted. Don't bother to remove your post because I have details with me. But remember to swear in your next post. I had wanted to avoid irresponsible and ungodly people like you and your "homo" partner. That was why I started a new Thread which had nothing to do with Comandclem or Patentees. BUT because God wanted me to return with full force, the devil dragged you to my new Thread to provoke me. I AM NOW BACK! If you are the son of your father, Mr. MissUzoma, SWEAR! ~OMOKEMESI

@ Mr Miss Uzoma, I am sorry for you. You are now sober! You are dealing with a Journalist who dropped out From Primary School! Do you permit me to mention your real name here (because it is against the rule of Nairaland. And I am not a law breaker like you and your "husband" in crime, Saibuhari. Do you want me to disclose your Local Goverment in one of the Eastern States? Do you allow me to publish your photo here? Can you swear that God of Thunder should kill you if what I posted in my last post "is true"? Behold, I quoted what you read there. I did not type them. @ Yusuf Akure I have

prove that I visit the

unable to post On four
occasions i filled the

whenever I got to "type

there would be no symbol
to type. I succeeded in
getting symbols on two
occasions. The last time I
tried to register was on
Sunday, October 2, 2011.
That day, I finished filling
the registeration when I
typed the following letters
that appeared: H D B X H.
But when I clicked
"stamit", there was no
information on the forum
to state I had been
successfully registered. I
checked my email, nothing

With the above
explanation, those who
had a wrong impression
about me over our

would ask for God's
forgiveness.

Almighty God that we all

A problem shared is a
problem half solved.
There
are myriads of problems
faced by millions of
Nigerians today, crying for
solutions. The irony of it
all is that many people hid
their problems without
telling even their close
relatioos until such
problems became
unsolvable!
What is your
problem? What are your
roblems?
Do not
allow the devil to advise
you to commit suicide.
Many have committed
suicide because of
problems that could have
been solved for them, if
the problems had been
shared with other people.
Is your own a family
problem? Have you been
jilted or duped and you
think the world is not
worth living?
Is yours a health problem,
education,
unemployment, or
spiritual problem? Name
it!
That is the
reason for opening this
Thread.
Don't be
ashamed to drop your
problems on this Thread
with your Usernames and
you may be fortunate to
get solutions to such
problems via this Thread
within a short period.
I also enjoin all matured
and experienced
Nairalanders from
different spheres of life
and callings to get
prepared to help solve any
problem or problems
dropped on This Thread.
It is a call to serve
humanity. It is a call to
assist your fellow
Nigerians facing the
problems they cannot
solve by themselves. It is a
service to God through
your fellow Nigerians He
created.
God bless you as
you volunteer to join us
on This Thread to solve
other people's problems.

@
ATLgal thank you for
being the first to post
your "problem" on this
Thread. Although your
post sounds like a joke
and funny, I will still call
on PROBLEM SOLVERS to
advise you on what to do.
You did
not include what you are
presently doing for a
living , your experience in
catering services and if
you are already residing at
Victoria Island
ATLgal,
do you have faith? Do you
believe that with God,
nothing is impossible?
My
advice to you is to move
nearer to God, abstain
from sin. Start henceforth
to tell God this your desire
everyday in your prayers.
Out of your N5, offer two
naira to a the blind. If
you are a Christian, go to a
near-by Church and use
the remaining three naira
as your offering on a
Sunday. If you are a
Moslem, offer the three
naira during a Jumat
service. You have already
invested the money! Are
you married? If your
desire tallies with God's
will, you will be suprised
that you can eventually
get married to the son of
multi-billionaire after
approaching you, like a
child's play, for marriage,
through the grace of God.
And he you are a Moslem,
a billionaire Alhaj might
approach you directly for
marriage. Alternatively,
God can even miraculously
link you with a financier to
help you finance your
Restaurant Project as a
joint venture if he/she is
convinced that it would be
a viable venture.
Where none of
these occurs after some
years of fervent prayers
with faith, do not be sad
or assume that God
doesn't answer prayers.
No. It means that is not
the will of God. He will
provide you with the work
that befits you and make
you prosper in life.
Cheers!

FOR THE ATTENTION OF COMANDCLEM PATENTEES, MODERATOR AND OTHER VIEWERS: Based on the advice of some co-patentees and some people outside this Assembly not to reply Saibuhari, missuzoma and arena07, i have reluctantly agreed not to reply them again. I am not the only person that invested in Comandclem and mine is not the highest. If I am not paid a kobo by Comandclem, I will still live comfortably, like many other patentees, for the rest of my life through the grace of God. As a result of being asked to remain SILENT, i decided to start a new TOPIC FOR THE SERVICE OF HUMANITY, two days ago. I want all of you to please read the content of my new Thread, QUOTED BELOW, and also READ WHAT missuzoma POSTED THERE. Is silence still golden in this circumstance? Your advice is needed o o o o o!

SILENCE IS GOLDEN AND, SOMETIMES, SILENCE IS YELLOW!
There is an old adage
which says, "Silence is
golden." But is it always so? I recently ran across this statement: "Silence is
not always golden --
sometimes it is just plain yellow!" That really struck me as worthy of further
thought.
Certainly "silence is
golden" at times. There are times when silence pays rich dividends.
Solomon said: "The one who guards his mouth preserves his life; the one who opens wide his lips
comes to ruin". (Pro. 13:3).
Surely the kind of silence here advised, the control of one's tongue, is "golden" indeed. Peter tells us: "Let him who
means to love life and see good days refrain his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking guile." (1Pet. 3:10). Silence is certainly "golden" when compared to speaking evil.
How wonderfully "golden" the "silence" would be if all whispering, gossip,
backbiting, lying, slander and such like could be forever stopped. Perhaps
all of us need to give more attention to our speech.
"Silence is golden" also when one is restrained and careful in her speech.
There are times when onet can say more by being silent. Too many times we may be guilty of saying too much. The multiplicity
of words is much in
evidence today. No doubt Solomon had reference to such when he wrote: "He
who restrains his words has knowledge, [and]
even a fool, when he
keeps silent, is considered wise; when he closes his
lips, he is counted
prudent." (Prov. 17:27-28).
It must be agreed that
there are times when
"silence is golden".
WHEN SILENCE IS NOT GOLDEN There are other times, however, when silence is not "golden". It may be
just plain "yellow" or
cowardly in such
instances! To remain silent at times when one should speak up is to be guilty of
cowardice and results in a failure to do one's duty. It all depends upon the circumstances. How many times in nearly
every field of endeavor has it been true that silence could be traced to
cowardice? Even in the service of the Lord this is too many times true. There are times when it is our obligation to speak up
and tell the truth. Many times those who should speak out and warn of danger remain silent
because they are afraid or fear that they might hurt
someone's feelings. Such silence is far from being golden, "it is just plain yellow," and God will hold
accountable those who are guilty.
It is the obligation of
every Christian, whether a preacher, elder, or "just a member" to "preach the word , reprove, rebuke
and exhort" those who need teaching and correction. We must teach people the truth and condemn sin and error
wherever it may be found. The sinner must be warned about the results
and end of his wicked
ways. Sometimes this is not a pleasant or easy task. At times it will result in trouble and bring opposition to the faithful teacher. No one can please
God who remains silent when duty demands that
he speak out! Silence is not "golden" in such cases. When sin is winked at, when error goes
unchallenged, when
dangerous doctrines and practices are not exposed for what they are, the "silence" of those who should speak out is nothing but cowardice.
Yet many saints today are remaining silent when circumstances and conditions demand that they speak up. Grave issues and problems face the saints of God today and the danger of
division and digression is
apparent in many
quarters. One is ignorant of the facts or self-deceived who will deny this. The saints are in a
state of confusion in many places and do not know what to expect in the
future. Dangers threaten everywhere. The need of the hour is not for silence
relative to these things, but for a faithful and plain
declaration of God's will touching all areas of service to the Lord and the unity of the saints. There is no place for "fence
straddlers," or the
compromisers who "halt between two opinions". The saints need basic and clear teaching on their
individual responsibility.
Nobody can carry your
load nor execute your
obligations to the Lord and to His people. Individually we have an obligation to help, build up, and encourage one
another. Any saint who fails to deal personally with the problems and issues before us is a coward. Moreover, such a
person lends strength to the forces of evil, and by failing to oppose such can be counted with the
enemies for all practical purposes. Jesus said: "he
who is not with me is
against me." ~CAH

SILENCE IS NOT GOLDEN WHEN IT CREATES DOUBT
by Sheldon Liber

Something that has
bothered me for a while is the deafening
silence coming from
management in defense of their
companies. When their stock values are being pummeled on a daily basis, the fact that they have so little to say for themselves creates further doubt and hurts them more.
I'm not advocating talking heads with smiling faces
proclaiming that
everything is fine and
trying to build confidence with optimistic speeches. I
am advocating that they tell us what is working and what is not working, and what their short-term
strategy is to ride out the storm or turn things around. When there are things they are concerned about, they should share
those too.
When I write I try to be as open and forthright as
possible. When I blunder I do not hide it, because my
personal integrity is more important, even if it means that I appear foolish at times. The same
is true for all of us, and when our business leaders and government officials
do not promote disclosure and transparency, then
they lose credibility, create fear and doubt, and postpone a return to stable markets.
I have written before and shouted to all who would listen that the most expensive thing you can lose is trust. You would think this would be fairly
obvious to people in
positions of responsibility,
but somehow it does not seem to be.
People are outraged by the false promises, lies, cheating, and lack of accountability they are witnessing, and they are worried that it might get worse. As a matter of fact,
when the market's
dropping investors are sending a clear message that they think things are
going to get worse.
When I see the stocks of General Electric (NYSE: GE) hit a fourteen-year low or
Wells Fargo (NYSE: WFC) get sliced in half in ten days, I wonder why nothing is said? It leaves the impression that things are bad!
Both of these stocks are in my picks for the year, and besides making me look
bad and costing me
money, they are doing
nothing to change market sentiment. In the absence of any company information, it is left for talking heads to speculate
about how bad things
really are. If a company does not
refute the negativity in the market place with supporting evidence to the contrary, then one is
left to believe that the
hearsay and rumors about financial difficulties might
be true. Perhaps they do not even know how bad things are or when they might improve, and they
have no strategy except to keep cutting costs and to
accumulate data for the next quarterly report. By then the stocks will be lower still. They should speak up. They should defend themselves, if they can, or fear will continue to rule
the day
Nairaland GeneralDrop Your Problems Here. Solvers, Please Treat! -omokemesi by Omokemesi(op): 7:56pm On Oct 22, 2011
A problem shared is a problem half solved. There are myriads of problems faced by millions of Nigerians today, crying for solutions. The irony of it all is that many people hid their problems without telling even their close relatioos until such problems became unsolvable! What is your problem? What are your problems? Do not allow the devil to advise you to commit suicide. Many have committed suicide because of problems that could have been solved for them, if the problems had been shared with other people. Is your own a family problem? Have you been jilted or duped and you think the world is not worth living? Is yours a health problem, education, unemployment, or spiritual problem? Name it! That is the reason for opening this Thread. Don't be ashamed to drop your problems on this Thread with your Usernames and you may be fortunate to get solutions to such problems via this Thread within a short period. I also enjoin all matured and experienced Nairalanders from different spheres of life and callings to get prepared to help solve any problem or problems dropped on This Thread. It is a call to serve humanity. It is a call to assist your fellow Nigerians facing the problems they cannot solve by themselves. It is a service to God through your fellow Nigerians He created. God bless you as you volunteer to join us on This Thread to solve other people's problems. ~OMOKEMESI

@Omokemesi, Well said indeed. Believe it, it never occurred to me from this point.  However, I just wish the 'music' could be moderated. Some of the languages are just too vulgar.
@ Abaluv, thank you for your reply and your observation. As for moderation of the use of vulgar language, that is the duty of the Moderator of this Thread and since he has not thought it fit to warn the users, what cannot be avoided must be endured. That was why I pointed out that many viewers learnt from this Thread that "it is absolutely necessary to give children sound home training and the fear of God," when the trio of Saibuhari, Arena07 and missuzoma insulted me and "baptized" me with several character damaging names, I just praised God for what he has done and continue to do for me. One thing I also learnt on this Thread is that we need to continue to pray fervently for Nigeria. The youths
of
today are the futute leaders of the country. But with the moral decadence, lack of the fear of God and respect for elders, being exhibited by our youths, the future seems to be bleak. For instance, read the content of Arena07's post of yesterday:

We connot "manufacture Stories" and  Yusuf Akure could not do that too.                                                                We know that patentees are anxious to hear the latest EVERYDAY! But Comandclem can not make or create news everyday.                                                               This Thread could not have been visited by the number of viewers that visit the Assembly everyday if for a week nothing was posted  there.                                                 We don't want this Thread to appear dull.  A Radio Station without any music and entertainers will not worth tuning to, every day.                                                            That was why God miraculously provided  us with  "THREE LUNATICS"  that we have been using to entertain our viewers, including those who are not Registered Patentees.                                                             This does not prevent anybody from posting any new information about Comandclem from any part of the globe. I have said this many times.                                                                       Only this morning, Mr. Solomon from Akure, Ondo State, passed an important message to  Yussuf and Patentees who registered there.                                                    If only five people visit this Assembly per day, Yussuf would have stopped using this Thread. We are all working towards the same goal from different  perspectives .                                         What is paramount at  the moment is that patentees who have not paid their support levy should do so now while we await the commencement of the Supreme Court CASE.                                           While some do not like the way we interact and tolerate the THREE LUNATICS, many viewers are amused and are learning from this ASSEMBLY, that it is absolutely  necessary to give children sound home training and the fear of God.                                                          One man's meat is another man's poison.                                          ~OMOKEMESI

THERE ARE LAWYERS,       AND THERE ARE                " LAWYERS"!                                                     By Omokemesi                                               Whenever I read  the puerile Post of "Lawyer" Saibuhari, I always remember another Lawyer, a Barrister!                                                               Whenever I read the pointless post of Lawyer Saibuhari, loaded with shameful grammatical errors, I always remember that political icon and legal luminary of blessed memory!                                                   Late "Uncle" (Chief) Bola Ige, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) and reputable "GRAND COMMANDER OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND PHONETICS!                                                    May his soul rest in perfect peace.                                                         There are lawyers and there are "lawyers"!                                                              Saibuhari, I am sure, would have failed an interview for the POST OF AN OFFICE CLERK at "Bola Ige Chambers" , Adamasingba, Ibadan, if interviewed by Chief Ige, when he was alive.  He would probably have urged the NBA to probe Saibuhari's educational qualifications to know how be became a lawyer.                                                                 Apart from his disgraceful grammatical errors, Saibuhari lacks              respect for elders and nation builders, a sad indication of the way he was brought up and trained.                                                     I deliberately did not highlight the  avalance of errors in his use of "reported speech"!                                              I still like Saibuhari.  That is why I am now advising him to read and reread his drafts many times before posting them.                                                       Do not be in a hurry  in your desperate and mad  bid to abuse  and tell deliberate lies against us, thereby messing up grammatically.  There is difference between 'its' and 'it's'.                                                         As a Primary School drop-out,  I am sure that my co-patentees and other viewers will always tolerate me for "murdering grammar" .                                                            But for you, Saibuhari, a Lawyer, to have used "RAINING COURSES"  THREE TIMES in one Post  instead of RAINING CURSES, is embarrassing.  It is also unpardonable for  a Legal Practitioner to say "Umehemeka AND Omokemesi 'is' using" !                                                                * *  *  *   *  * * In spite of the sincere efforts I made through my objective criticism of grammatical errors in his previous posts, Saibuhari has not improved.                                                               For instance,  read the last but one Post

THE BIBLICAL JEWISH LEADERS AND THE HEART OF MAN!
The Jewish Leaders preferred a man, who was an invalid for 38 years, to remain an invalid for life, than to be healed on Sabbath Day by Jesus ! Similarly, many Nigerians, like the Biblical Jewish Leaders, prefer that millions of suffering Nigerians should remain in abject poverty for life, than to allow Prof Uwemedimoh liberate them through his Royalties from his Invention! THE GOSPEL ACCORDING TO JOHN, CHAPTER 5:1-21:
" Some time later, Jesus went up to Jerusalem for one of the Jewish festivals. Now there is in Jerusalem near the
Sheep Gate a pool, which in Aramaic is called Bethesda and which is surrounded by five covered colonnades.
Here a great number of disabled people used to lie—the blind, the lame, the paralyzed.
One who was there had been an invalid for thirty-eight years. When Jesus saw him lying there and
learned that he had been in this condition for a long time, he asked him, 'Do you want to get well?'
'Sir,' the invalid
replied, 'I have no one to help me into the pool when the water is stirred. While I am trying to get in, someone else goes
down ahead of me.'
Then Jesus said to him, 'Get up! Pick up your mat and walk.' At once the man was cured; he picked
up his mat and walked. The day on which this took place was a Sabbath,
and so the Jewish
leaders said to the man who had been healed, 'It is the Sabbath; the law
forbids you to carry your mat.'
But he replied, 'The
man who made me well said to me, ‘Pick up your mat and walk.’
So they asked him,
'Who is this fellow who told you to pick it up and walk?'
The man who was
healed had no idea who it was, for Jesus had slipped away into the crowd that was there.
Later Jesus found him at the temple and said to him, 'See, you are well again. Stop sinning or
something worse may
happen to you.' The man went away and told the Jewish leaders that it was Jesus who had made
him well.
So, because Jesus was doing these things on the Sabbath, the Jewish
leaders began to
persecute him. In his defense Jesus said to them, 'My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I too am
working.' For this reason they tried all the more to kill him; not only was he breaking the
Sabbath, but he was even calling God his own Father, making himself equal with God.
Jesus gave them this
answer: 'Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because
whatever the Father does the Son also does. For the Father loves the Son and shows him all he does. Yes, and he will show him even greater works than these, so that
you will be amazed.
For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son
gives life to whom he is pleased to give it." Those who are vehementiy opposing Prof Uwemedimoh in his bid to earn royalties from Mobil for his invention, are not enemies of the Inventor; they are enemies of Nigeria and the teeming suffering Nigerians. They are the descendants of the Biblical Jewish Leaders! ~OMOKEMESI

HAVE YOU PAID YOUR OWN N2,000 SUPPORT LEVY AS A REGISTERED PATENTEE?
                                         As a  registered
Patentee,  you have automatically
become a co-owner of the Patent Right for the Anti-Corrosive Special Paint
invented by Prof Clement  Uwemedimoh, the boss of Comandclem Nigeria Limited.                                                    All Patentees should also bear in mind that
since Comandclem won the Federal Court of Appeal case on December 8, 2009, the Patent Right has irreversibly become
ours. All those using the products of Prof
Uwemedimoh's invention since August 5, 1999
worldwide, have become infringers of our Patent Right. If we win the suit
for the enforcement of payment of royalties by
Mobil, now at the SupremetCourt, it will not be difficult to get paid by other infringers. It is the
wish and prayer of all the infringers of our Patent Right that Comandclem should not get the fund
for this decisive Supreme Court case. That is why it is
very necessary, as co-
owners of the Patent Right, to give our financial and moral
support to Comandclem
without minding the negative comments of our opponents
in this Assembly. They
want millions of suffering and the unemployed
Nigerians to continue
searching for crumbs from their tables! The
current suit at the
Supreme Court
is not going to be a
protracted one at all. But Comandclem must not be forced to back out half way because of lack of fund. If it happens (God
forbids), we shall all be losers and all our efforts would have ended in smoke. I wish to remind
all Viewers that it was
because of his nationalism
and patriotism that Prof Uwemedimoh rejected an offer of one billion dollars
for the Patent Right.

That amount was and is still enough to
develope  Prof Uwemedimoh's "village" and make
members of his family say  BYE BYE TO POVERTY FOREVER!
                                      But Prof Uwemedimo
rightly thought that thetRoyalties he envisaged from his Invention should
be able to transform
Nigeria as a whole and banish poverty from the country.
                                       But some wicked,
selfish and unpatriotic Nigerians are
joining hands with evil forces to ensure that Prof Uwemedimoh's
unprecedented patriotic
and humanitarian programmes
are unrealizable. They will all fail woefully in Jesus name.
                                           That is why all
Comandclem Patentees
and Patriotic Nigerians,
Wealthy Nigerians, Human
Right Activists and various Religious Leaders should
rise to give their
unflinching support to
Prof Uwemedimoh.
                                     Prof Clement Uwemedimoh
must not be denied his right because he is from the black race.
Since God gave Prof Uwemedimoh, a
black man, the talent to invent in 1980 the type of  Anti-Corrosive  Special Paint which NONE OF THE WHITES DEAD OR ALIVE,  WORLDWIDE,  was able to invent, it is wicked, heartless and ungodly, not
to compensate him by
those using or selling the products of this highly profitable invention, for over 30 years. Nigeria and
Nigerians must be allowed to benefit from the money
realized from the products of Prof Uwemedimoh's
invention, worldwide.
   He must also be
allowed to taste the fruit of his Invention.
Comandclem
Patentees, as investors and co-owners of the
Patent Right, should
please pay now the
N2,000 requested from each Registered Patentee, if you have not done so.  Before man and God, I
know the Deposit Slip
Numbers of a family of five that paid  their levies at the Iwo Road , Ibadan  Branch of Intercontinental Bank Plc, whereas they reside in Ado Ekiti.
Don't be discouraged by those telling white lies that Patentees were not paying.                                                                    The Patent Right belongs to all of us and we all invested
in this program
voluntarily.
Let us remind ourselves that the N2,000 support
levy that Comandclem is requesting from us is not up to the amount many of
us pay  as "ANNIVERSARY
LEVIES"  to our respective
SOCIETIES AND CLUBS.
Many of us can even spend above that to entertain our guests  at a time.
By God's grace, we shall soon celebrate our
Supreme Court case
victory, just as
we celebrated our victory at the Federal Court of Appeal, on December 8, 2009.
                                         Whoever does not
want Prof Uwemedimoh
to reap the fruit of his
labour WILL NOT REAP THE FRUIT OF HIS/HER LABOUR TOO.  It is not a curse, it is a fact.

CHIEF M K O ABIOLA's STRUGGLED FOR SEPARATION FOR AFRICA TILL HIS DEATH. READ A GOLDEN COMMENT ABOUT HIM: "One of the causes that late M.K.O. Abiola stood for and
fought with all his might, personal resources and
abundant intellect,
Senator Ahmed Sani
maintained, was the issue of REPARATION for Africa,
arising from the inhuman
treatment, meted out to
Africans and the black
race, during the infamous
and inglorious slave trade
era. Yarima believes
absolutely, that the
heartless white man’s
actions on slave trade
were tendentiously evil
and condemnable. They
should, he said, pay
adequate REPARATION for
the bestiality and
indignity they subjected
fellow human beings to
through the slave trade.
Singularly, Yarima Bakura
said, late M.K.O. Abiola
commenced the struggle
for REPARATION for Africa.
Single handedly, he
assembled a formidable
team from his rested
Concord Press stable, with
Frank Igwebuze a versatile
journalist from that outfit,
serving as his Personal
Assistant on REPARATION.
Late Aare M.K.O. Abiola,
true to the calling of the
office of a generalissimo,
Yarima stressed fought
bravely for the cause of
REPARATION for Africa. The
likes of Mike Awoyinfa,
Tunji Bello, Dimgba Igwe,
Dele Alake and Nsikak
Essien among others
actively participated in the
cause of REPARATION.
Yarima therefore advised,
that such people could still
be useful if consulted on
reparation.
With his able team, Abiola
visited many African
countries, sensitising the
people. He was
particularly in Ghana (once
known as the Slave Coast)
and the Gambia, where
slave trade business
boomed while it lasted.
Abiola was at the
dungeons, the dark rooms,
“the doors of no return”
among other unholy sites
of the slave trade era. At the Gambia, M.K.O. Abiola was moved to tears, when he saw the chains,
padlocks and other
notorious tools of trade,
that his fellow African men and women were subjected to on their way
to THE LANDS OF NO
RERURN. He actually
donned one of the chains on his neck. It was a pathetic scene, Yarima solemnised.
Continues Yarima, late
Generalissimo of
Yorubaland took it upon himself to visit many African Heads of State and governments and
vigorously championed
the cause of REPARATION.
He pleaded with them for support, to enable the defunct Organisation of
African Unity (O.A.U) now African Union (A.U.), speak
with one voice and take a definitive and decisive
position on the issue of REPARATION, with a view to presenting same to the
United Nations (U.N) for appropriate action and irreversible commitment.
“Even with Chief Obasanjo,
at one time or the other as the chairman of A.U. and
the Commonwealth, he did not for once, ponder
on the issue”, said Yarima.
M.K.O Abiola succeeded, in
co-operating with the
then government of
General Babangida, to
officially table the
REPARATION issue before
an extraordinary session
of the defunct O.A.U. The
motion for the payment of
REPARATION for Africa was
unanimously adopted by
that session of O.A.U for
onward transmission to
the United Nations. Abiola
was fulfilled. He succeeded
in ‘hanging’ the
REPARATION issue on the
neck of the defunct O.A.U,
which after his foray into
politics, eventual unjust
detention and avoidable
death, developed clay feet
in pursuing the matter, as
there was nobody to urge
it on. But must
REPARATION fight die with
Abiola? Must his struggle
be in vain? Must the issue
be swept under the carpet
by a body as ‘viable’ as
African Union,? Yarima
queried.
Going down the
memorable lane, Yarima
stated that in 2003,
President George W. Bush
of the United States of
America (USA) came calling
on shuttle visits to the
African continent. He did
not mince words in
condemning man’s
inhumanity to fellow
human beings through the
slave trade. This was at
Senegal and Ghana.
Together with his
entourage, Yarima
highlighted, they were
taken round the slave
trade ‘black spots’ Bush
was visibly shaken,
disgusted and alarmed at
the perceived agonies,
psychological torture and
trauma, the slaves must
have gone through in the
hands of Bush’s own men
-the slave masters.
Left to Senator Yarima, is
it not the right time for
the African Union to hit
the nail hard at the head
once more and present
the REPARATION issue to
the U.N, five years after
President George W. Bush
departure from our
continent, since they issue
will still be fresh in his
memory? USA is UN, UN is
USA, after all.
Now, Yarima feels
strongly, that his
constituency - THE SENATE,
has a daunting task in its
hands. It has got to debate
exhaustively, a motion on
the issue of REPARATION
for Africa and pass an
urgent resolution,
compelling President
Yar’adua to table the
matter at the next session
of African Union and
pursue it vigorously as he
is doing to the rule of law."

CARRY ON BABA
UWEMEDIMOH. YOUR PROGRAMMES FOR NIGERIA WILL BE ACHIEVED BY YOU IN JESUS NAME. .
It is through the grace of God that you are still alive and able to continue the struggle at your age.
This reminds of the
encouraging words of
REGGIE WHITE, who once declared:
"Many of the great achievements of the world were
accomplished by tired and discouraged men who kept on
working, "
Our Role Model, all Comandclem
Patentees shall rejoice
with you when you start "HARVESTING" the fruit of your hard labour, because:
" It seemed like a dream, too good to be true, when God returned Zion's exiles. We laughed, we
sang, we couldn't believe our good fortune. We were the talk of the
nations - 'God was
wonderful to them!'
God was wonderful to us; we are one happy people."
I am sure that the Almighty God will not disappoint us. ~OMOKEMESI
