Truly Buhari never condemned bokoharam before his election. He was equating them with NIGER DELTA militant who fought a genuine cause and got amnesty He said Fed Govt if GEJ was killing there northern brothers while amnesty was given to NIGER DELTA militant. The last salary increase was on 2010 by GEj government. It's now 5 years after. workers must get pay increase. NLC should be on the vanguard to ensuring this instead of playing politics with other person post. NLC, please face your duties.

The leadership of NLC should as a matter of necessity be fighting for salary increase now according to the Constitution. The Constitution mandates ,salary increase for workers every 5 years. They should not be partisan on Saraki's issue. Calling on Saraki to resign negates the Constitution believe which presumed that an accused is Innocent until proved otherwise by court of competent jurisdiction. Therefore calling on Saraki to resign when court process is still on sparks foolishness and lack of knowledge of the Constitution by the leadership of NLC. No wonder crisis erupted immediately the new NLC leadership was appointed. NLC should have his work and leave politics to politicians to practice.

The ordered relocation of Army headquarters to Maiduguri has not abated the insurgence activities in anyway. Instead, the insurgence are gaining ground and killing more people and destroying more homes. My advise therefore to Buhari is to further split the army headquarters and appoint other army chiefs to head them. He should have one army Chief each in Maiduguri, Adamawa and Yobe. Since the move of Army headquarters to Maiduguri, the insurgence activities seem to have increased and unabated .My advice therefore to the president is to further relocate the army headquarters for effective role. To do this he will require 3 Chief of Army staff , one each in Maiduguri, Adamawa and Yobe. (sub relocation) Try this first, if not effective, I will further advice.
