cyprus000: I really feel sick by your stupidity. For the benefit of others. Ama throw more light for my brdas.
The word "biafra" was coind from the two word "bia" and "fara" which is pronouced as biafara in 1642. But the colonial masters had problem pronouncing it has "biafara",so it was changed to "biafra" .
The word "fara" means "join(I prefer to call it live)". It's very common in Imo. Anambra says "soro" but it could mean "soro ha" meaning "follow them". "fara" means join in the sense that *even though the space is small, we will try to accommodate you.
Hope that gives you some sense..kid nonsense and trash... |

chukychris92: Iyaloja and babaloja. This a modern day form of slavery where a man and a woman are both coronated with the title of mother and father of the market. When they assume this position, they plant their minions at segmented parts of the market and any trader or even those who carry loads for others just to make a living will have to pay from one part to the other till you leave the market. This happens for every business-run made in any market where they hold sway. This has been on for sometime in Lagos State and the traders are at the receiving end of it and the painful part is that the state government is even behind them. This morning at Odunade coker market, the people who do business there awoke to the news of an imposition of iyaloja andbabaloja, even with a functional market union in place and the local government breathing down their necks with heavy collections made daily from the traders. APC, is this the change we voted for? # morderndayslavery anybody that is not in support of iyaloja or babaoloja, should go back to his or her village.these protest will change nothing |

Osogbo weed no go free you get sense. omo nna mo ti gbo..but ibos should stop claiming what is not theirs.biafra has nothing to do with the ibos,so you ibos should name your country Republic of alaibo wen you get your independence, and it will be made up of the 5 south eastern state including the ibo part of rivers which doesn't include ikwerre land |

GENTLENNAJI: BIA-FRA Bia: is Come FRA: is join or see Biafra is come and join A lot of ibos don't even know the meaning of biafra, yet they keep screaming biafra up and down.Biafra is a word that was gotten from the subgroup biafar or biafada of the Tenda ethnic group who reside in guinea-bissau.the European travellers refer to people from some part of cameroon, gabon and gambia as biafrans,so it has nothing to do with ibos alone or the eastern part of Nigeria. |
