I hate it when this thing eludes me. Though i started at 12.20pm. With some yeye destinations. Even up to Lakwe ibeju lekki. After the 6th trip, i had 55mins to go. I called my partner, gave him my exact position so he could request me....so i could hustle for the last with 45mins at least. My guy keeps requesting, and one paul keeps getting it.(my position, with 100% activity, 4.9 star and 4GLite) Meanwhile one Timothy keep requesting and canceling on me.... It got funny at 7.40 pm when a request came in.... Destination... Gbagada from lekki phase.... Chai....

I gave up at 5.30pm on 5 rides.. Traffic was hell.. Just zoomed to icm {to find a ride that takes me home} like I do everyday.. 1st time I'm missing d 6k in over 2 months..

ure lucky if u are in surge area.. But one of the things I've learned on this job is to stop pursuing or planning ahead of surge.. As in leaving potential trips zone pursuing surge.the planing time or waiting time for surge to mature will have earned u more money.
At the end of the day, people wey no get one surge still dey make 20k +.. My opinion though..

be like me.. Get a 2 Sim infinix with 4g..get MTN 4g Sim.. It never disappoints.. Cos when ure on 4g, u can't receive calls Lailai. So u can use Ur normal line on d 2nd sim

The female residents in Ikorodu community, Lagos Mainland, has been asked to stay indoors on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, by the traditional leaders in the community due to the annual Oro festival scheduled to hold same day.
Eyes Of Lagos gathered that, In a letter signed by the Ayangburen of Ikorodu, Oba Kabir Shotobi, and addressed to the chairman of the management boards of the Ikorodu town hall the monarch said female residents should stay indoors and avoid moving around the community to ensure the peaceful celebration of the annual festival.
“This is to notify you of the above-mentioned festival which is slated for Tuesday, 8 May 2018, according to tradition all females are forbidden to be seen outside their homes or move around the town on this date which is Oro Day,” the letter read.
The monarch added that: “Your cooperation towards the success of the festival will be appreciated. Thank you in anticipation and God bless.”
Over the years, the traditional festival has been celebrated twice every year with only the male residents allowed to move freely across different parts of the community.
During the festival, females stay indoors as oral history has it that Oro must not be seen by women and non-participating people

all na luck sha... About 6 riders canceled on me sha. Two even called they were waiting. I was at 5 trips around 6pm. One lady lady just wanted me to com down to water cooperation drive to pick her. After i managed to scale thru the traffic around the event center, she canceled. I called and ask her why. Madam said: my friend is here to pick me don't worry. Chai. I just vex off the app. My plan was to get that 6th trip and get the remaining 2 by hook or crook....
Well my friday earning was close to 30k. I just said to myself: some days are like that..... Before 8.15 this morning i have done their 4 trips at lekki. We pray for more favors. Happy sunday

I Often let my riders know I driver part-time and ve an appointment to catch up with immediately after their ride. Therefore waiting above 15mins are allowed.

I discovered this bout two weeks ago. Island na dulling now, even on Sunday. Now once I drop someone on the island, I drive back to Surulere as long as there's no traffic. One lady was shocked when she ordered me to the island from Surulere and I declined. She said she thought island Was The holy grail for uber drivers.
Even Abule Egba Don sure pass island now.

had done 4 rides by 6pm.. The 4th one took me to vgc gate.. Remaining 2 rides for my 3k bonus.. Between 6 and 8.45pm no requests.. Only few requests were those drivers looking to complete theirs as well. Upon reading this post, zoomed speedily to surulere.. And got my two legit rides and even 2 more..

For me, mainland oversize pass island.. I get long trips(minimum 4500)at least twice daily from abulegba..

Just did a drop off at Air peace and on my way out, those guys were just banging on my car, one was even shouting my car plate number, that they should take note of the number in case I come back.
