100% activity score..what does this spell for me as a driver.. More trips or what? It better be something good

Started driving 1pm today.. By 4pm was on 10k. Thinking I was going to meet 20k when this yeye timing belt broke.. Back to square 1..ive lost my zeal for driving again today jare..

A tenant can only be evicted by an order of the court,so until he is taken to court by the landlord and judgement delivered on the matter,any eviction will be illegal.


However, the fact that he is issued a quit notice does not mean a waiver not to pay his rent upon the expiration of his quit notice.He is required by law to pay for every day not covered by his subsisting tent .

I will advise he lets his landlord know his current financial position and maybe work out an arrangement that works for both of them.

A cousin of mine was given quit notice 1 month ago and it expires in July.. His rent expires the same day..
He's not prepared to rent a house now due to financial reasons..

truly it can be Inexperience or touch screen error.. It has happened to me more than twice.. When it's already on arrived. After 3 mins it brings a pop up "do u want to start d ride?" and ignorantly while trying to cancel d ride or slide d arrived button again, you start the ride.. I always get 1 star for this though..

B4 I started on 9th January this year, I could not go past 3mb on my own. Never entered surulere, can't even drive myself to ozumba mbadiwe from 3mb, can't drive to unilag on my own.. And I've been driving my car since over 1 year. The only route I knew well was abulegba-agege-ogba-egbeda etc.
Mind you, I was born in Lagos but abulegba /Sango axis and never left Lagos except for my BSc..

I'm telling you this to show u I was a total novice entering this biz, yet I survived cos I always tell the riders I'm new in Lagos.. And depend mostly on riders. most riders will be happy to show a newbie the way and u still avoid being rated poorly cos they are aware of Ur ignorance..
As for the ratings, a 1-star trip can take u to. 3.0 from 5.0..and another 4 5-star trips will take u back to almost 4.4.
Dont try too much to impress riders, cos anxiety alone can lead u into a lot of mistakes..
Start leaving 100 naira change or sometimes 200 for long trips.
Sometimes, like I do, end the ride like 500m or a kilometer to destination or when u enter their estates. .. And let them know that u don't want to waste their money.
Never argue with Ur rider, even if he says Buhari is the best president in the world, just support him jeje.

On Ur activity, never cancel a trip by Ur self, if u want to cancel, just slide the "arriving now' and wait for over 3 mins before u cancel

the 3k is from a trip u reviewed maybe few days ago.. It's Ur money,. Fear not.

Once u review a price, it won't add to Ur income. Toll they verify it, hence the addition

I don't normally stay out sha... But if it inevitable. On the island i run into a lounge or club. Open my eyes till like 3am. Back to car, set alarm 4.45am with my toy phone, pocket it and nap.
But like 2 occasions. It's on chevron drive....
Down down after ebeano supermarket on ur right.... Uber/taxify drivers park there and sleep. So quiet, dark and safe..

Guys also park opposite in front of silverbird galleria.. Under the street lights o.. Some taxi drivers always sleep there.

Hello guys, I stay around ahmadiya close to abulegba.. My house have been invaded by snakes of different kinds for the past few weeks..there is this plot of land next to our house that has been left for over 20 years.. No one has come to claim or clear the bush in years.. We even put 'for sale' sign maybe the owner would surface.. Still no luck.. My neighbors living upstairs see like 3 different pythons regularly.. This is the one we killed yesternight.

Nb.this is a fully developed area with no Bush.. Just this compound alone

Guys I'm scared o..picked this rider from magodo phase 2 to Alausa.. 700 trip.. She begged me to end d trip and allow her and her boyfriend chill in the car for few minutes and eat... I asked how much she'll offer, she begged me 3k after paying her 700.

They are presently chilling in my car while I'm watching in 3D incase of foul play..
